I won’t be enrolling my child to your nursery for the following reasons :- I got an appointment yesterday for the nursery tour at 9am today. I arrived there before 9am today to be made to wait till the next parent came which was fine but having to wait another 15 mins for your staff Ms Susie to give me a tour was ridiculous. Your principal Ms Susie has no manners or clue on how to reply to a parent. She was very rude when I asked questions about the learning and teaching part. If you were only so keen to help the other parent who arrived late then I guess your nursery only needs such unpunctual people leaving their kids there! Also I used my phone after saying excuse me for a moment because my daughter isn’t keeping well and I was getting messages from her current nursery which is heaven compared to what you’re running there. It’s unfortunate and sad that they are closing down and I had to do such an unprofessional and ridiculous tour at your nursery. Instead of talking away & poking on my phone and telling that we eradicate such devices, be less ignorant and ask If I need a moment. The worst experience ever and I’m sure you might be getting a lot of applications or whatever but anything that lacks quality will show and that’s what your nursery is! Your staff Susie lacks both professionalism & experience in her job! If your unhappy please don’t ruin others day! We don’t deserve to be treated this way! My child or us as a family won’t be part of such an unprofessional or unethical establishment! If you’re like this with the parents then I can’t imagine how you are with the kids when the parents aren’t around! By the way your website is pathetic as well. All the best for the future and get some training before you give a nursery tour to prospective parents!

I have sent my child to this nursery for one term, I don’t recommend any other parents to send their child to this nursery, below are few reasons 1. the principle Ms Lynn is so complaining person and unprofessional she made my wife and myself feel their is something wrong with my child, I consulted 4 different pediatrician and speech therapist all were inline and saying all is ok their is nothing wrong. she asked us to hire a Nany to accompany our child to school because he is physically active since i changed the school I got zero complains. and my child has been developed a lot and he can’t wait to go their again 2. the school is so crowded and not hygienic enough, during one term my child got serous sickness 3 times each time he was getting absent for at least a week. however I found the other school better. 3. I didn’t feel there is proper supervision for the kids, my child got a permanent scare on his face and they were claiming he did to him self. I feel bad I sent my child to such school it was total waste of effort, money and time.

My son had a wonderful journey at Raffles springs! I would definitely highly recommend it! The ambiance of the setup is very welcoming, warm, cozy, and homelike. Teachers are approachable and very friendly as well as the manager Ms. Rowan and the Principal Ms. Rishika. They are most of the time at the door during morning drop offs greeting children one by one and afternoon pickups ready to answer any queries we had about our child. Teacher was always updating me on seesaw on what my son was doing (through pictures) which made me feel relaxed and reassured that my son is safe and happy at the same time (especially that I am a working mother). Setup is very clean, sanitizers everywhere, temperature checkups morning when children are entering, nurse wearing full PPE and follows up with parents in case on any onset symptoms regardless how bad it was. I am grateful for my son’s experience at Raffles!

My son has now been at the nursery for almost a whole academic year. He has grown so much socially and emotionally. He has such respect for his teachers. As a teacher myself I was keen for a true Montessori environment that embraces the Montessori approach fully and was delighted to find that here. I'm also an advocate of gentle and positive discipline and Springs nursery acts totally in line with my thinking. They understand and guide children through normal age appropriate behaviour issues. Communication between nursery and home is frequent, clear and comprehensive. I'd highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing, safe and overall lovely environment for their little one. I will look forward to continuing into Starters school next year where the same environment exists. The option for continuity in a small caring setting is fantastic.

As a dad of three young girls, I can confidently say that our experience with Raffles nursery has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we first visited the facility in 2016, we were impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us a tour that highlighted the many amenities and resources available to the children. Over the years, our girls have thrived in this nurturing environment. The staff truly care about each child's well-being and take the time to get to know their individual needs and personalities.

Very happy with the school, the facilities, the activities & the amazing staff!! Been taking my son since last year in Raffles Nursery & this year to Raffles Starters & it's been great. The kids are greeted in the morning by the head of the school Mrs. Suzie always with a smile & knows each child & each parent. All the experiences I've had with all the teaching staff is very pleasant. The level of dedication is honestly impeccable!! Definitely a place I would recommend.

My son went here for summer camp. And almost half of the days class teacher was not in the class and the assistant was a very rude woman. She treated very bad to my potty training son that it took me months to help him recover. Almost everytime i stepped in to school, i saw youtube wide open reflected on wall at the enterance class. Teacher doing nothing but sitting at her chair. I hope reading this nobody would face a similar experience!

Feel sorry for my kids. The principal did nothing to assist parent. This is a school which you need to beg them to provide you the school report and transfer certificate. Guess the only reason to send your kids to this school is the distance. Worst nursery I've ever experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, not a surprise as the leader is not capable and rude.

My son goes to this nursery since august 2022. We can see huge progress in his development. He loves going to class meeting his friends. He loves his teacher Amani. Staff is very friendly. Many different learning activities, fun and interesting. Highly recommend this nursery
