I recently visited your store with the intention of purchasing a can of apple soda. However, I encountered a significant issue that compelled me to bring it to your attention. Upon examining the cans of soda available on the shelf, I noticed that each and every one of them had surpassed its expiration date. This naturally raised concerns about the quality and safety of the products being sold. When I approached one of the store clerks to inquire about this manager, I was met with an unsatisfactory response. The manager is away, and the clerk informed me that the label on the cans was "unclear" to them, and they claimed they couldn't read the expiration dates!!! To clarify, I pointed out that the expiration date was clearly marked as "2023 JULY" to which the clerk simply responded by stating that today was not in JULY!!. (TODAY IS OCTOBER 7th ) After a considerable period of discussion, the store finally acknowledged the mistake in stocking expired products. Regrettably, during this entire ordeal, there was no formal apology extended to me as a customer. The manager promptly removed the expired cans from the shelf, but no effort was made to address or compensate for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I experienced during my visit.

I went to this store this morning to buy some scratching cards and the cashier asked me for my ID but REFUSED to sell me any ticket. He insisted that I was under the legal age of purchasing lottery tickets. I showed him that the Age19 date was right on my driver license and the legal age was 18 but he just pretended that he didn't see anything . After about 5 mins argument, he threw my license on the counter, called another cashier to check out for me and goes like "I don't wanna get in any troubles, if you want to sell him then you do it !" Idk if it's because I'm Asian . Unfortunately I was feeling lucky in this store and every time I bought crosswords from this place I won something but I'll never come back to here again.

Limited meat choices, only steak and bacon, but no beef or pork. Overall limited of all other skus including vegetables. Generally higher price for all items. What’s amazing is that their checkout price is always higher than counter listed price. I encountered it four times but as each time it’s about 0.5 dollars, I can’t take time to argue. It is about frozen food, wine vinegar, donuts and ice cream. Either the counter price is higher than website price, or the check out price is higher than the counter price. But it was not all about the system error, because never there was a case the checkout price was lower.

Convenient because it's 24 hours. Selection of items are limited as it is not your regular size supermarket but a bigger size convenience store. Produce has a very limited amount of selection. Staff are often not clear of location of items and/or if they carry it or sold out. Usually just 1 cashier now, thus the line sometimes can be quite a wait. Would only come here in desperate needs at odd hours since prices are priced higher than regular grocery stores.

I'm sure they have a decent offering but what they don't offer for a fact is customer service. If you're going to suspect someone's a thief, at least have better evidence than you look like this person before you permanently kick a customer out of your store. Like what the management and store staff did to a friend of mine. I don't live remotely near a rabba. These folks are a joke when it comes to customer service. Likewise with their head office staff.

This location is mobility accessible there is also a public parking lot across the street. There is good selection of prepared food and frozen/refrigeration/dry products, fresh produce and a deli! The deli items are made in-store along with sandwiches. The staff are always friendly and it's a super convenient store with a good selection of items. I'm thankful for this store to be so close with such a great selection.

Best customer service The young girl on deli I guess her name is kagal if I am not wrong is the bestest employe of rabba as she is always polite and smiling . Yesterday night around 8:00 pm by mistake I drop 100 dollar from my pocket and she came behind me to return me which I never expect from any worker and I told her multiple times keep it as reward but she didn’t. I really appreciate her honesty.

A well stocked Rabba with friendly staff who are familiar with stock placement. The rotisserie chickens are my go-to hot food purchase for an easy dinner. Staff are friendly. Store is clean and well laid out. Good selection of fresh pastries, salads and Dufflet cakes (which are sometimes sold by the slice if you're looking for a well-priced, ample portion of a quality dessert for a treat).

Horrible produce kept here. All the fruits and vegetables are rotten and they have audacity to keep increasing the prices. The fruits are laden with fungi and they keep increasing the prices. Its a health hazard to buy fruits and vegetables here. Food inspection authorities should have a hard look at the produce here. Its unfair to pay full price and not get edible produce.

They don't know how to properly bag groceries. Might be too difficult for the guy who might be also the owner. If it's too difficult please let other employee do it and take a break. Also very hard for him to say hi and goodbye. Again it might be too hard for him or too much to ask.

Not only at times do I get ignorance and lack of customer service skills, they say there 24 hours and at 3:00 am have 4 people waiting outside for at least 20 minutes, and lost 6 potential customers while they are walking around you can clearly see on security cameras.

Usually Metro at College Park is the nearest grocery from my residence. But it changed open hours to be from 7am to 10pm, no more 24hours. So today is my first time to go shopping at Rabba. It is a good and convenient shop for me. Items are sufficient. Prices are fair.

It's one of the good Rabba stores in the neighborhood. It's big, clean, and has a very good investory of products. You can find almost everything here. It also has some premium brands, not too many though. You can find same ready-to-eat foods as other Rabbas here.

2 plain clothed security guards started folowing me around from the moment I got there. One guard was so keen on keeping an eye on me, that he seem to have forgotten that he too needs to follow social distance protocols in vigor inside the store.

  • Tharsan Ganapathy

Bought the chicken shawarma meal at the food bar. The amount of rice and chicken I was given was so little for the price of $7.99, it was barely touching the lid. The taste was decent, but portion size wasn't great especially if you're hungry!

A friend of mine came in the store today and she was excused of shop lifting with absolutely no proof. The staff said they had a footage of "someone looked like her" steeling goods. When my friend asked to see the footage, the staff refused

Visited on Saturday afternoon. Rude and unpleasant middle aged male cashier refusing to complete the sale by making himself look busy until my wife and I left the line. He immediately helped the next customer as if he was waiting for us to

Convenient and open 24 hours. This place has palmost all your daily essentials as well as a large variety of specialty food items I have trouble finding at larger grocery stores. The prepared food counter is pretty good as well. The staff

They decided to close the entire store to mop the floors and refused to let me in. How is it acceptable to refuse customers for this reason? I was also previously told to wait five minutes before they could check me out, because I had to

  • Val Leukin

I arrived to order a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich. There is no structure to their process of taking orders from the public. No designated ordering areas. You stand there and hope that they will serve you next. Four people were served before

  • Shadi A

Most people who work there are rude and unprofessional. Prices are higher than elsewhere. There are lots of expired and close to be expired items on shelves. Store has dirty look and unorganized. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Don't buy meats here.... I've bought chicken and their steak on several occasions and when I open it at home it smells bad and it's grey at the bottom... their expiry dates are wrong and it seems that the meat is dyed red...

  • Jon Song

never buy prepackaged ice cream here. I bought a tray of 6 ice cream mochis, they were all already melted inside the package and refroze into one huge clump. obv i cant return it because i already opened it.

Great store with friendly staff and great customer service. A little bit more expensive than your basic supermarket but worth it for convenience. The only drawback with this place is there is no parking.

  • Chrisuu

Over-priced when compared to the regular grocers nearby, but Rabba is open 24 hours. Staff was always nice to me. I don't shop here often because of the markup, but it's nice to have a 24-hour option.

  • Rebaal Arar

I like this branch for Rabba, it’s always clean and smells nice. They always have fresh salads and good snacks. Also the lady who works in the morning is super sweet.

  • Ian Woodruff

SMALL BUT BUSY SUPERMARKET This Rabba outlet has a good mix of produce and is open 24 hours. Fruit and vegetables are reasonably fresh.

  • Kabuto Souji

Avoid that big, tall male cashier (or just simply avoid going to this place). He’s only polite to white customers…

  • Vineed

The 24 Hour Quick Shop! This is a great shore if you're in the neighborhood. It's the closest 24 hour
