Ann is such an expert on hair..one of the best hairdressers I've ever met and I've been going around parlours in dubai for almost 8 years.. she asks a lot of questions and gives lot of advice to make sure we get what we want and the end result is just wow! My hair was so dry and damaged and now it's full of life after their hair treatment . Hair cut was perfect to give volume and styling was so beautiful Anyone who needs hair colouring should definitely visit this salon . The staff is very attentive to your needs also. Parking is available in the front of the salon inc case it's full ucan get help from the staff will guideline to go inside the building parking . Thanks ladies for making me feel so beautiful!! Got my hair done by Annabelle ,truly talented, so professional, has an excellent knowledge and gives very good recommendations with great dedication and patience. She’s the sweetest and did what I wanted and I’m delighted with the service I got from her. And Lyn the lash technician who knew exactly what she was doing. My lashes looks very natural and very light.I love it!!Very friendly staff and salon is clean and tidy as well. Great service and amazing team. Will definitely recommend and be coming back :)

A very bad experience❌❌❌❌❌, especially that girl with gray hair and a very plump body. She had an ugly manner with the customer. I asked on WhatsApp about straight hair. She said 40 dirhams, then she took 105!!!! Why and even she didnt said sorry❌❌❌??? In fact, I did not advise any of my friends or neighbors because of your experience. You should hire females who can deal with the customer.

If you want torture and a nightmare! Yes go to that horrible salon. I even can't describe the experience.. I went to fix my hair, they made worsen my hair. It turned to orange and I can't even go out and walk with this hair. I have to wear a scarf. Cheap place and scammers. I left with burned skin and so upset and the end I paid aed 500 for that horrible experience.

The salon in a building where is no parking at all even paid.i was looking for almost 40min and no avlb parking. The salon has only one parking which waa equipped already. Don't really advise to go there if u r driving.
