I purchased a bed from Royal Furniture Abu Dhabi, and I'm extremely disappointed. The bed's quality was subpar, and it broke within a year. The after-sales customer service was terrible, unresponsive, and unhelpful. Additionally, their refusal to accommodate a one-week furniture hold during our move to a new apartment was frustrating. Considering the high prices, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.

It is called Royal Furniture and they treat you Royal.. That is how I was treated the first time I came, and every time I keep coming back.. They do their best to help me and I always leave happy and satisfied. They are so wonderful in every way and my whole home is Royal because of the team. Their smile, their welcome, their treatment, their solutions, their support is Royal. Thank you Royal Furniture Team.

One of the worst experience ever , first time and last time purchasing from them : 1- not organized 2- unprofessional team 3- more than 3 weeks delay 4- they keep promising and don’t deliver 5- staff not experienced in what they are doing 6- so many mistakes in order 7- bad service after sale First and last time dealing with them. It’s a good experience for us after visiting to ROYAL FURNITURE.Mainly sales staff is friendly specially Mr. Sebastin is very knowledgeable and friendly behavior. He has given as all the details and good suggestion.Also Mrs Mariam also have good approach towards the customer.

I am not at all happy with this kind of service. And this is not how you should treat your prospective customers. Because the word of mouth makes the business go up or down. It's been 8 days and not fixed yet because of the missing pieces. The worst service ever

اسوا خدمه في التوصيل و كثرت التمادي في الموعيد ١. اول يوم اعطوني موعد الساعه 2الى 5. ٢. اليوم الثالث السياره متعطله . 3. اليوم الثالث الكرسي حته الان لم يتتهون .وسوف نحضره يوم الثالث سوف نحضره اليوم الرابع شكلهم مفكرين انى الكستمر يشتق على حسابهم .

Loved the furniture & especially where you can customize literally anything on the couch; color, material & even the leggings wood, steel you name it. Staff were so friendly, special mention to Raj to be there for funding what I need.

Delton was super super accommodating and helpful. Very grateful for his patient support and knowledge. Made getting the sofa and table a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Would give 10 stars if I could, and would certainly come back.
