Excellent work both with the physical side and the information aspects. Rafael has been attending my elderly cousin, who is in a local care home. He’s been attending on a weekly basis for several months, after my cousin had been in hospital after a collapse and lack of ability to walk. He is now progressed to walking and various movements etc. With the hope of him being able to return to his home, and the ability to be able to move around and do tasks on his own, with the added confidence he has been given along with his strength and mobility improvements. Also very reliable and a well managed contactable office.

Having experienced terrible pain from a hip operation I can honestly say that Rafal has 'saved' me. Both the exercises and the massage and the individual advice he has given have been superb and am now on the road to recovery. Rafal has given me enormous practical help but just as importantly hope that I can get better. Rafal works from your own home and the treatment is well worth the very reasonable fee this was a positive first step he charges. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Raf's Aqua Therapy classes are second to none! He explains every movement in detail and makes sure you know not to push yourself too far, just do what you can do and you will slowly improve is his motto. I would recommend anyone to his classes. Raff is a very experienced Physio. Not only as a ‘hands on’ practitioner but also as a zoom teacher! After having both hips & both knees replaced, he has kept me going throughout the pandemic with on line exercises which he teaches to a very professional standard.
