I walked in for the first time ever to inquire about a fee on one a new master card. The teller took my bank card out of the pin pad machine walked around the counter and handed my card off to someone else. With no knowledge of what was going on, I waited for serval minutes for the teller to return when he did I was asked to take a seat. A gentleman walked out from the back office holding my card playing with it and put it in his pocket. The entire teller staff of 3 woman at the time were discussing a movie they were streaming online. I had continued to sit wonder what was going on. Again several minutes later that same male had approached me and waived at me to follow him, I got up and followed him to his office. He called their 1-800 number to inquire about the card and the fees. He had given them someone else information over the phone due to the fact that he had tons of bank statements from other clients on his desk. I was in complete disbelief. The lady over the phone was advising I had signed up for this card either online or in person because I had signed for it. Which was not the case at all as I had signed up for the card via telephone. This was likely due to him once again providing the wrong clients information. The guy then goes to me and said “that sucks” I was in complete shock and got up out of the chair and asked for my card back and left. The lack of professionalism and communication is enough for me to want to cancel all my RBC accounts. I am in complete disbelief of this locations actions.

If I can give - stars I would go to the best I can. Will not recommend this branch to any one. I called the branch to speak with manager about my money on hold. As I really need to use it for my special project. But holly S... she is super high doesn’t listen at all. Just utter the words and keeps going. Very much pathetic way of speaking and doesn’t want to understand the situation. As she wanna say in simple words I don’t give a f.... none of my problem and instead of solving the solution she was giving my lecture as a mom. Don’t try to be my mom!! Will not recommend this branch as long this women is there. I will not go to that branch in life or call to speak with her so Also recommending not have business in this branch.

WORST LOCATION IN GTA... there is one long line for personal and commercial clients. I make business deposits almost daily for my business and have to wait on average 30-60 minutes in the line each time. The woman in the business booth always "shoo's" people if they dare get in the business line and they are very slow. They don't respect their clients' time and have very poor customer service and lack basic social skills. It is a daily upsetting inconvenience. I highly recommend CIBC or Scotiabank up the street. I will never look back! RBC is deteriorating and I will be closing all of my business and personal investments at this location. BEWARE!!!

RBC has issued a Credit card under my name , and it is showing on my credit report. I dont have any account with RBC and I dont knkw why this happened. I called Transunion and disputed for change and card removal . But they said they could not do anything and I will have to contact the creditor (RBC). I tried calling RBC to book an appointment but the stupid Virtual assistant keep asking for credit card no. which I dont have. There is no way I could talk to someone at any branch . Its been 2 months , I am strugling to solve this issue. I will have to walk in to branch and wait in line. Thats Disgusting , thank god I am not a customer with RBC.

As expected. Came in person to the bank to speak with an advisor in regards to fraudulent charges on my business account only to be sent away saying that the banking advisor is busy and have no time speaking with me. I am asked to call the banking advisor the next business day, which I did. Spoke to Andrew Pucci and explained the situation to which I was promised an investigation would be open and I would get an email as a follow up the same day. 5 days later no email, no updates and Andrew is not responding to any of my emails either. Gotta love the customer service and care for it's business clients. Top notch guys. Keep it up...

I am truly regretting ever coming to this RBC branch. We opened a business account with them and didn't get our debit and credit cards untill 3 months later. And that was because I had to go in 3 times for them to rectify their same mistake on our address. Next, our business manager, her name starts with a N, is probably the worst individual when it comes to speaking to her clients. After many attempts she finally called at the wrong time, I asked her to call back shortly. She said she will call again in the morning and never did. Do not go to this branch for anything. Trust me!!

This is by far the worst branch. Extremely discriminatory. I go here every week for a wire and have no issues. Whenever I get one girl Swati she creates an issue. This week she lied to me about sending out my wire. She gave me a false document that stated my wire was sent when it was not. When I gave it to my client they traced it and said it did not exist. She has some personal issues it seems and is upset that my cheques clear within a business day and not 4 business days. The false document she gave me got me into issues with my client.

I do my business banking with this branch. Currently shopping around for a mortgage. Made an appointment, sat there for over a half hour, nobody came until I inquired. That person said they would check and never came back.....oh my. They don't want business and don't seem to care about their customers!

Went into the branch was greeted right away and my needs were handled right away ..the teller was very welcoming and professional and was able to assit me in getting a draft hut also had helped me save money of my banking by switching me into a banking package costly me way less

Today i went in rbc with my brother and i met here with tiviya and the service she gave me was awesome she explained eveery single thing in detail i m feeling very glad to have all knowledge about my account and i am so thankful to her and appreciated for her efforts . ☺️

Financial advisor Sara has amazing people skills and goes above and beyond had a technical issue and she resolved it quickly and efficiently, A1 customer service, bad reviews for this branch is mainly because the Frontline csr workers other thank that it's an OK branch

Irresponsible management, waiting for almost 1 hour do get a bank draft and the best part was, sorry we dont have bank draft ,and I was the first one in Mornig , if you dont have the service you suppose to ,just get the notice on window.

If your looking to open a business account do not come to this location if your business rep is Nadine close your account down. I hate writing bad reviews to give everyone benefit of doubt but this location is horrible.

Worst RBC Branch. Either RBC needs to change Branch Manager or close the branch. You are in corporate area and you can't even clear draft same day for long time RBC clients. No wonder why this branch has bad reviews.

Walked in just to get change and the lady said she can't give me change for the money that I was providing without some sort of ID. Walked into TD across the street and got the change I needed. Banking made easier.

Customer service was very poor. Management engaged in coaching conversation on the floor. Reprimanding their staff while a large line of customers are waiting, not appropriate. Save your time, go to another branch!

Very slow staff.. complained to Manager..he didn't care... 35 minutes waiit for a single transaction..total six counters .only 2 people working..on a Monday afternoon 3 pm.. not even lunch time...waste of time.
