I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this one needs to be written. The lack of communication between management and it employees are none existant. I have a mortgage renewal with this back, I started communication with then in feb with a renewal date in may. It has been a nightmare, between the communication, the follow Ups, as well as sending documents without proper instructions and what we agreed on. I spoke directly with the assistant manager. Informed her of the whole situation, and the following week, none of the instructions we given to her mortgage specialist. Nor did she even follow up with me on any of my concerns. When the notary contacted us for the signing, once again the paper work was incorrect. Mortgages are a pretty standard banking transaction. This should as most take 2 weeks to complete. Two months later, at the finish line there are still mistakes on behalf of the branch. Absolutely disappointing, and the branch should do a better job. As you are making a lot of money on these clients, and it can be overwhelming for some. The minimum expedition is communication and professionalism.

This review goes out to RBC in general. They encourage you constantly to use online banking and the human to human experience is no longer a thing. You can’t even call the branch itself and RBC puts you on the phone with some automated speaker. To make matters worse it keeps hanging up on me and my matter I need help with is rather serious. With all the money the bank has they can’t afford people who actually wait on the line to help you out, totally reliance on a mobile or online banking website is the wrong direction, maybe they think it’s streamlining the system but honestly it comes off as laziness. First time I have considered leaving RBC. I have been with them since I had a “LEO” account when I was a child.

Too long time waiting to do my request, because just two agents were working in front. In the end, they said they couldn't do my request since it's need a permission!!! So I have to get appointment with an agent. It's just a simple job to add a checking account in my current business account. I had talked to an agent by phone previously but he didn't do this job for unknown reason after following by email as well as leaving some mesages on their phone. Never go there anymore and may change my business account to another bank that respects their clients. Don't waste your time in this branch. The service quality is too low there and nobody cares about your time or your request. Watch out!

I have been using this branch for business deposits for about 20 years, and I have never seen it so bad. Even on the peak of the pandemic it was not as bad as this year. This year the turnover of the people is incredible. Every time I go there, there are new faces. I do not blame the people who work there, because they are new and of course it takes them longer to service the clients. Because I do US$ deposits I cannot even use the ATM, so I’m left without any really choice (other than moving to another bank). Today I waited so much that after a while I just left this branch and went to the place Grilli branch. Total time to deposit a cheque was over 90 minutes!

Been trying to get an appointment for months!! First time i booked the advisor was a no show and nobody followed up to reschedule or anything. Second appointment i was contacted by the advisor saying he doesnt even work at the time they booked me but he will follow up with an email to reach him at a better time but he never did. THIRD TIME the advisor called me confused why i booked with her since im not her existing client (its still my branch?) And she cant help me.. eventually she said she will do it by email and again never replied!!!! What is with the employees here? Ghosted by 3 advisors.

Had a recurring issue that i was unable to solve for weeks! Lots of back and forth with the branch. Each advisor was passing the blame to someone else and were unwilling to help! Almost wrote a review with 1 star. Until i saw Eric, easily ther most professional advisor out of the group. Was calm, knowledgeable and stayed with me and solved my issue in one sitting instead of shifting blame. Such an amazing young guy, rbc is lucky to have him

I’ve been a client at this branch for as long as I can remember. Staff are very nice and there’s never been any problems here. I highly recommend speaking to Iman Dimitry if anyone is looking for a mortgage specialist. She’s well informed on things, she’ll explain the process and details clearly, answers quickly and stays on top of everything to make sure that everything goes smoothly.

By far the WORST bank branch I have ever dealt with!!! They not only messed up my mortgage (I nearly lost my new house because paper work was improperly filed on their end), charge interest payments to my parents account?!?!, they also messed up and sent my tax payment to the wrong government. SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE MANAGEMENT - STAY AWAY!!! Too bad we can't give 0 stars

Took 2 months to open the business account for my wife. It has been more than 2.5 months , she didn’t receive her Mastercard. The security and fraud team over the phone keep cancelling the previously issued card and issuing the new card, but it never reached to us. Top level disaster. Nobody cares. Bunch of stupid people.

Inefficient,confused, totally overwhelmed, product knowledge is low, refers to another department to solve a cashiers issue. Make people angry in line because of poor management of staff. Try anoyher branch, seriously lacking admin and client service skills. I won’t refer anyone there at that branch.

One of the worst banking places I've ever dealt with they refused to take my bank draft and release the hold it's a bank draft for a reason so there is no hold very disappointing this happens almost every single time I deal with rbc they need to learn how to do banking properly

Terrible service. No managers on Saturday and no one to resolve my problem . They are sitting on my $1500 and bouncing the fault on the call Center when my money is sitting in a GL in their branch since 3 weeks now.

I had an appointment today with an advisor called Ruba. She’s amazing. It was one of the best experiences with RBC . She knows her job very good and she deals with clients in a very respectful way !

I cant stand how they always ask you why you're waiting in line. Also 5 pm closing is ridiculous dont understand how I've stayed with this bank for so long it wont be much longer that's for sure.
