Bad experience with driver and staff from this company. Do not recommend. Response to owner: that is not what happened. The driver was in a huge truck that had no business parking in a regular car space in a public mall - nevermind within inches of my vehicle. Even the car wash guys were yelling at your team to park elsewhere with tons of spaces all around. I could barely get out of my vehicle, and why would any rational person approach a RUNNING vehicle with dogs inside to leave garbage on another person's car (after the driver has asked them already to keep away)? Very unprofessional company and team. Please encourage your team to be respectful, especially when representing your brand and driving around in a marked vehicle. Today's behaviour is a direct and first impression of your company. Ps - your passenger dented my car when he opened the door since your team parked in an inappropriate space far too close to my car.

I would like to appreciate the customer service given to me by Mr Eslam mohamed Elgindy . Since he always support me with my cat food and delivery onetime when I need them the most . The company has product called Mera and its very high quality. I have 8 indoor cats and all of them got healthy after changing my food to mera . Keep the good work going .
