This is the second time in as many weeks I visited the QT kitchen for lunch at work. Horrible! The first time I tried ordering on the app but they said there was no breakfast available at all. Knowing it had to be something wrong with the system I went anyway and was able to successfully order at the kiosk. After spending most of my lunch break waiting on my order, I return to work to discover my food was completely cold. Out of the fridge, can't believe I watched them pull it out of the oven, cold! I pour concrete for a living and this line of work doesn't allow for triditional two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch. Don't get me wrong we do get time to rest but you just can't leave concrete on the ground unattended, you have to keep working untill it's finished. With no other opportunity to go get my food replaced or pick up something from somewhere else I had to pour and finish the day with no food. Figuring I could trust the QT name more then the individual location and experience, (other kitchens I visited were always at least to expectations) I decided to give it another try today. Bad idea. I'm severely lactose intolerant (swore off the dairy when I found out years ago) so I always order no cheese. Again I order at the kiosk, spend most my lunch waiting, I got the food I felt the bag and could feel the heat. Okay I'm thinking, just might have been worth it this time. I rush back to work trying to scarf down as much as I can before concrete arrives only to look down and see a picturesque string of melted cheese coming from the bowl to my mouth. So it is from here, confined to this port-a-potty, warming up past 80°, while I leave my crew short a guy on a pour as my body tries to completely empty itself I can confidently say I will never be returning here again. Quite honestly as I'm realizing now I have to again finish a day without eating and now facing dehydration I will not be returning to any QT kitchen.

Rude as hell qt kitchen staff waited over ten minutes for a shake and ice cream ..after waiting ended up being the wrong size and the shake was runny the consistency of water..I am not usually a Karen about stuff but when the workers are hanging out chatting and I’m the only customer in line waiting for two simple things that only need to be poured in a cup and I wait that long is ridiculous and then the female working wanted to argue with me about what size I ordered and when I asked about the shake the manager said the shake was probably runny because i went back outside and then came back in (I realized the size was wrong after getting in the car) but the shake was handed to me like that which is prob why It had a weird lid on it the first time and it’s nice out this morning and doesn’t melt that quickly and had I not had to go back and forth because they couldn’t get their orders correct than that wouldn’t be an issue and when he called back to kitchen to be remade they asked why and he shrugged his shoulders ?! When I worked customer service/fast food long ago things were much different !!whatever happened to the customer is always right and especially when I’m being polite and patient AF?! I’ll go out of my way to a farther qt for better customer service.

They allow vaping in their. None of the 5 employees batted and eyelash or said anything. Nevermind I have EXTREME ASTHMA AND COULD HAVE HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION AND ASTHMA ATTACK! No store manager anywhere. I called out the customer, for being a jerk (other expletives), and they kicked ME out!!!!! Not the jerk poisoning everyone’s air who were standing in line. That’s the sad state of hiring a bunch of millennials with no adult supervision. They told ME never to come back…. So AITA?? No worries. I’ll go to the corner store across the street where they hire actual adults and their customers are not self centered people. Let’s just be adults here. The customer couldn’t have waited 2 min before VAPING??? Wow! QT should be ashamed!

Doesn't allow an overnight safe place for at risk women travelers like the others do. Likely due to the area it's in. You may be handled as homeless regardless of status. Staff could certainly be more friendly. This is the only location Ive visited that isn't. But YMMV. I prefer shopping at QT for having everything I need in one place. I think the other reviewers definitely picked up on something about this location and it lts staff. Edit: On my way out, there were definitely other overnighters bunking there, which is pretty common with any QT. So I guess theyre just selective of which ones they want to stay. Test your luck.

They should fire that lady and when I get her name I’ll come back and edit this comment but she is rude to everyone. I will refuse to go to her line going forward after she through the receipt at me and then scolded me for not coming to her line in a timely manner I have a fake hip move slow. You shouldn’t work with the public if you don’t like your job my recommendation to QT is to either train her more on customer service or have her go work for circle k some they are notorious for rude workers. And if she’s management all your employees will be a reflection of her bad rude attitude with customers.

When you specifically ask for no cheese because you have a dairy allergy and they decide to cover your food with cheese that's just outright insane!!!! That's a lawsuit waiting to happen the kitchen staff is horrible. The food on the warmers are completely cold. I have never been to a QT this bad. I would have had a better chance at Circle K. Do Not Go To This QT!!!!! They really need to get the general manager in this store and fire these employees that don't care about their customers or their business.

I used to go the extra mile to find a QT. USED to be inviting almost like home. The hello/ welcome sounds so Fake, the customer service is terrible they seem so stressed out and it shows. I literally walked in the door to go to the bathroom and I got snapped at, NOPW CANT GO TO THE BATHROOM LIKE I WAS A CHILD, CURTISY would have been nice. It is overwhelming w strays but don't take it our on customers

The extremely petty Mr. Gambino outright refused to get simply give me the price of his cheapest pack of cigarettes. I work for Circle K therefore he would not give me the cheapest price of cigarettes. This is beyond petty and extremely extremely unprofessional. If he can give the price to a customer why can he not give it to me? He literally can't give me a posted price are you kidding me?

Consistently slow and rude customer service. Three to five employees will stand and watch one or two employees actually assist paying customers, as the line steadily gets longer. Then they allow ignorant, arrogant customers to make their own, new line and will be helped before those that have been waiting. I'll stop at the QT on the other side of the freeway from now on.

I've fueled up at many QTs. This location is consistently busy. I've had to wait a couple times for fuel pumps to open up. But that's not really QTs fault. The gas station must be conveniently located for many drivers. The pumps had never given me any issues like a faulty pump trigger. I pay by card most the time. Nobody has stolen my information. So that's good.

I love QT! This store is just as fantastic as the others...I'm a regular morning iced coffee drinker, one morning I forgot my debit card and the QT Kitchen associate gave me his debit card to pay! Of course I paid him back the next day... But QT has the BEST employees and the BEST customer service. I bypass 7-11 and circle k for QT!

The gas station is slighlty higher in price than the surrounding but the worst is the kitchen takes 18 minutes to make a crossiant sandwhich and gives out 7 orders that were put in after mine. The kitchen staff said their new guy didn't know how to make it. When I got in the work truck and opened it. It was the wrong order

This location isn't far from the location on Union Hills, but it is newer and cleaner. When I head north on Cave Creek, I will sometimes stop here... Not sure I've ever filled up, but have ordered food and grabbed some drinks while passing by. Big fan of QuikTrip, and this location is no exception. Cheers!

I like QT as a business, and I’ve been seeing all these ads for the BBQ stuff cooked with wood and by chefs, so thought I’d try a brisket taco. It was a little over $5 with tax, and medium in size as tacos go. I’m gonna give it 3 stars. It was just OK but I won’t be eating any more QT BBQ.

I go in Monday thru Friday clean nice people the kitchen doesn’t seem to care or take there job serious both time I order recently thy forgot to make my order after waiting 20 min thumbs down forsure especially because they didn’t apologize they just drug there shoulders

I love QT but at least the last 10 times I've had to go inside for receipt it always says printing receipt and makes a gurgling sound when I go in the cashier says ya thats been happening a lot lately I know this probably won't be seen and you probably don't care

Absolutely the worst QT. The deli takes 15 min for a single burrito. Everyday there is issues. I work very close and I am here all the time. They just keeping throwing free drink vouchers at you. Poor management all the way around. Don’t seem to care much.

Absolutely filthy bathroom. Overflowing toilets. Paper towels all over the floor...stalls/changing table are dirty. There’s usually a strong sewer smell coming from the drain too. I stop in here daily and the place has progressively become worse each day.

Today I visited QuikTrip and it was awesome I ordered a personal Pizza and it was repaired relatively quickly the line was initially pretty long but fortunately another team member stepped in and the line moved very quickly the pizza was excellent

Cashier had a hatred for 1 dollar bills and wouldn’t give me change for a 40. Said he wouldn’t because he gets too many ones from construction workers. Maybe if I worked construction I would have gotten what I needed? Jerk.

I ordered from the kitchen my food was completely wrong. The place was dirty. I tried calling to get my order corrected nobody answered the phone. It also took 20 mins to get my wrong uncooked food

Pretty sure the employee that helped me the other day did some shady work. Looking at my bank statement I apparently took $2 cash back. What can I do with $2 cash back? Watch your receipt people!

It's a modern PHX gas station. I come every so often when it's convenient. The gas prices aren't the lowest in the area but they certainly don't gouge you for being near the highway.

The store is clean and organize the shells are well stocked but the employee's attitude here a very almost disrespectful. Won't be stopping here again. Would recommend that to others

don't bother trying to order anything from the kitchen unless you want to be 20 minutes late. Also the gas here is 10 cents higher than all the other qts in the valley. zero stars.

When you show up at QuikTrip 40 and the gentleman tells you it's going to be three minutes Brew 30 minutes later nothing but two sweet teas are made left very thirsty and unhappy

Was absolutely disappointed with this place and the service until Abel came to my assistance and was the only person in the store that knew what they were talking about.

You must get more diesel pumps! Better yet, make diesel only islands, so the retards who don't use diesel stay away from the only two diesel pumps you have.

This is the nicest QT ive been too. Super clean restrooms and has a great kitchen. Staff is always nice, which is a nice thing at 4am in the morning.

My son and I visit this QT often. We are consistently greeted, graciously helped, and quickly served every time. Thanks QT!
