On 11/7 I went here to fill up and heard some chatter while at the pump. I looked over and saw a QT team member (Tarzay?) talking with an older, very petite, woman who was also getting gas. Apparently she was struggling to squeeze the gas pump handle and he offered to assist her. I heard him say something like "no problem, I'm not that busy and I'm happy to help". Then as he pumped gas, he continued to engage her in a really sweet conversation, asking about her day and plans and sharing some details to his day. I looked over and he was just beaming with the nicest, warmest smile. I later called to share my feedback with the store manager and it turns out, he is the store manager! :-) He was gracious in receiving the positive feedback, never asking that I notify his manager or corporate (which I did anyway, lol). If he is this kind and thoughtful with customers when he thinks no one is watching, I can only imagine what a great contributor he is regularly. Great job QT recognizing such great talent. AMAZING job Tarzay having such a positive impact with each interaction. I know customer service is challenging (today perhaps more than ever) but your demeanor and approach is so valuable to the company you work for as well as the people you interact with. You'll have a positive impact everywhere you go.

The middle age man with the mustache is the rudest guy ever. I think his name was Zach. I just witnessed him embarrass a mother and a small child over a pretzel. He clearly was over charging her for it no way it was 6 bucks. The matter of the fact is though right after she decided to go a head and leave it he screamed out to the store “Who wants a free pretzel!?!” I think it was very unprofessional and he shouldn’t have spoke to her that way. I called the store to try to speak to the manager and it was the same guy. I can’t believe how someone in charge can speak to people that way. She clearly was asking how can a pretzel be 2.99 but your charging her $6.

Need to teach your employees that if someones card isn't working, try to actually resolve the issue. Don't just say "take it out try again" 16 times in a row with a condescending smirk, as if i'm the one wasting YOUR time. Maybe, just maybe, if the card worked perfectly fine at the pump, it is an issue with your card readers at the register and you should actually try to FIX THE PROBLEM instead of saying "try again" over and over again, and then getting an attitude.

Came I to use the restroom and get a drink. Apparently there was a fight in the parking lot and someone told the manager/supervisor on duty that one of the combatants ducked into the bathroom. So, my restroom time was cut short by the mgr/sup banging on my stall, telling me to get out and threatening to call the police to take me away. As soon as I came out, he saw I wasn't one of the fighters, apologized, and computed me for my drink. Fair, but harrowing.

This QT has card skimmers please do not use credit cards or EBT at this location you will be sorry we live in the apartments down the street my wife only uses her debit card at this location and her EBT card both are debit card and EBT card has been skimmed you must do business at this location he's only use cash I hope the management reads this comment

Despite being the newest QT in the area, it's easily the worst: constantly out of everything (specialty coffee, donuts, food items by late morning, ice by early afternoon etc) I recommend going to the one on 7th and Butler instead, its better stocked and has more gas pumps. Hard to believe we lost Carlos O'Brien's only to gain this monstrosity.

Hey the gas was cheaper here!! That is why I stopped. I went inside for a Scratcher ticket. They have a machine to the left in the back or you can buy them at the counter. The place was clean and they had plenty of stuff to buy. The guy at the counter was nice and there was another person cleaning. I bought my Scratchers from the machine.

Clean busy gas station but the service is great. The bathrooms are clean. The area around it is clean and the prices are comparable to everywhere else in town. QT is always up there. Also open restrooms. Big big deal. Open restrooms. Thank you, QT That's worth a million stars in itself. …

Love the new qt. The kitchen, the homemade grill cheese,the pretzels, drinks, etc. love the ice cream cones, the milkshakes,especially, mocha shake.Also the frozen cappuccinos with Carmel & mocha, that is how I make it.Devon, the Mgr,Ben & all workers are great.

New store smell! With Summer coming on and just opening a new store got to keep cold drinks ready. Ice machines down, soda machines down weekend of 04/24. Not good!... It is now 04/27 and fountain drinks area all shut down. Terrible way to start the summer.

6:45 am and this place is out of regular and decaf coffee as well as French vanilla. After purchasing the strong coffee which is the only one that was full. So told the cashier and was greeted rudely and barely a response of acknowledge. disappointing

Great service. The young lady was so kind and had my to go lunch ready. Cashier rushes too much people. Sales opportunity wasted. We feel rushed, we stop grabbing snacks. Just paid whatever and leave. Stopped at Cicle Key to finishing snacks shopping.

Called for some information and Hazel the manager answered was rude didn't want o give me any help saying not her store not her problem to call back when the manager was back. I asked her position and she said she was a manager and hung up.

Need to be more attentive to cleaning up gas spills. There were a few small puddles near pumps, I accidentally stepped in one. Now my car, shoes, and somehow hands still smell slightly of gas hours later after trying hard to clean it up.

As a neighbor literally across the street, it's good to have a clean and well run store on the corner. Hoping it brings a lot of new awareness to the small businesses in this complex.

Busy friendly place,but to many homeless hanging around at all times every time I go in there,I get stopped by them asking for money,smokes,or if I could buy them a drink ,ect...

This is my go to QT, I wish the workers at night were much more nice. I get it, its a late night shift, but there is no need for the passive aggressive attitude.

Don't use air pump here, cuz of biker loves messing w air nozzle to screw it up!! Don't hang around those homeless, they're use benches for sleeping.

The guy behind the counter was very rude and the food on the rollers were old and stale, gross and ended up throwing it out. Very disappointing store

Didn't think I would review a gas station but was in hurry and tried their kitchen. GREAT big Italian hoagie (half) for $5.49!!

They have problems of pump jumping at this store so be careful. It happens off and on and nothing is ever done about it.

Finally a clean new QT near by. Already a well ran clean establishment with free tire air and multiple diesel pumps.

Very clean. Easy experience at pump. Prices very competitive and has tap to pay. Very convenient location.

Had everything I needed today. Need to catch up on cleaning though.
