"24 Hours laughable"
"Walked to the counter to not even have a "Hi" or "Hello" from the chola doused in makeup that was jockeying the register"
"We got harrassed by a lady working there with a mole on her face more than a few times"
Went to get an energy drink around midnight. Since it was late, had to go to the window (not a problem). Asked the girl for a particular flavor. She got me the wrong one. I tried explaining again. She got me a larger sized can of the same flavor. I apologized and tried explaining a third time: "I'm sorry, maybe I wasn't very clear. I want the solid blue can, where the whole can is blue"; she had brought over a black can with 2 lines of blue text. She said "So you don't want this?" When I answered that I didn't want that flavor, she said "I'm not going back" and walked away from the window. Honestly, wouldn't have cared if I got poor service (people have bad days), but to just be refused service because the employee was lazy is kind of astonishing. I only say lazy, because she was sitting down drinking a slurpee and using her phone when I got there, and went right back to that after; it's not like I interrupted her store duties or anything.

24 Hours laughable... This place should be called an inconvenience store. No longer spending my money here. Ends up costing me $3 more across the street every time their closed, and at 11:30AM? C'mon... When they are open, they have great customer service, the employees are great, but if I had a nickel for every time they were closed during busy afternoon hours, I'd have a s*** ton of nickels :/
Walked to the counter to not even have a "Hi" or "Hello" from the chola doused in makeup that was jockeying the register. She just looked at me. After trying extra hard to understand her spanglish, I learned they (nor the other 7-11 at 3801 Central) can break a $100 bill. They also think it's acceptable to ask you to wait 25min so they can get change. Don't waste your time.
We got harrassed by a lady working there with a mole on her face more than a few times.she called my girlfriend stupid when she asked for a bag. And she called me the same thing and grab the receipt off the counter really rude.and ive seen her do the same with different customers.this is not acceptable.im contacting corporate
11:30pm and they still offered hot cheese for my Fritos clerk didn’t mind asking me what else I needed (colored hair guy) there was a small line of 3 people. And the lady came from the back to get them orders in(I’m guessing manager) I just moved a block away. This is my corner store:)
Definitely not 24 hours anymore and no signage at all. Coolers broken for months too, it's a Terrible place for so many reasons, annoying to walk at midnight for no reason to have a worker there refuse to even acknowledge you, incredibly unprofessional.
The lady who works overnight was about as sweet as they come... Yes, I am a proud, masculine man, and I can honestly say this lady was definition sweet as honey marmalade on a nitrous binge.
This store has almost no inventory, inconsistently working gas pumps and a constant presence of people loitering outside and peeing on the walls. Not sure why it's even still here.
7/11 does it really need an explanation, they have all your snacks, drinks and gas to get up and go. Convenient location across street from UNM
With the workers it can be a hit or miss if they are nice depending on who is there. Also some of people in area are different to say the least
Just wanted to ask the owner what times is the lobby open and what time s is the window open? Just so I know for sure before I head out there.
Went early in the morning, homeless people everywhere, lady yelled at me thru a window for trying to go in, no public restroom.
Super sketchy place. Always some character hanging out around there. Staff are usually friendly though.
Frank is an idiot...every employee there is friendly in spite of all the boo whoz like Frank....
They didn't have no hot dogs, no water, and the coffee machine was partially broken.
Watched "the owner" pepper spray someone for sitting in the shade. Disgusting.
Its really creepy and the service is weird old mean ladies but good slushies
Art construction makes this place difficult to access, not worth it
