PS: The car wash destroyed my rear wiper. The manager brushed me off. I contacted the corporate office. The manager now said no trouble, bring me a receipt. 2 hours later, my emailed receipt is not acceptable and they need a written copy. Sure, for $10.00 I have already spent over 2 hours trying to locate a replacement part and going back and forth with Quick Quack. It is a sour joke. Quick Quack regional manager got involved. He was smart and to the point. I was reimbursed in cash and we are done. Thank you Mike. Friendly staff. Long time member here. Just went through their car wash. I noticed it was way louder than usual. When I got out to vacuum, I found the rear wiper arm off the glass and the wiper was mostly gone (the connector piece was still there with part of the plastic). The attendant found all the parts in the car wash. I had just replaced the rear wiper one month prior. The manager refused to help, declining because Quick Quack's responsibility doesn't cover damages to wipers. What the heck? I had to pay $18.00 for my 2028 Subaru Forester rear wiper as Subaru cars can't be fitted with a generic. Now, every time I go to get my car washed there, I need to worry they might break off another wiper? Also, 4 out of 5 times I go to that location (1 mile from my house), there is not a single towel in any of the dispensers. I have left great reviews for other locations, but as you can tell, I am not happy with this one on E. Cactus road in Phoenix.

Update: They've started passing out a packaged wipe that's good for interior dashboards and leather/vinyl seats. The package warns against using it on glass and it's not big enough for the exterior, but it's better than nothing. Update 2: New, more effective shade structures have replaced the skimpy ones. Much better. Not as good as the outfit that owned it before. No more free wipes and air fresheners. Instead there is a vending machine waiting to nickel and dime you. The hoses are new, but a good percentage of the nozzles are loose and a falling off. This may explain why the vacuum's suction is weaker than before too. Update 3: Hoses are fixed and are properly blocked when they are put away so the suction is good. Two hose heads to choose from at each station (original narrow for tight spots and a wider one for carpet & seats.) Adding another star.

I was running really late for work and I came here because my normal car wash was closed and stupidly I left my debit card at home. I do ridesharing for a living and it’s imperative that I got my car washed and the girl who helped me, I can’t remember her name went ahead and let me wash my car for free! This was the nicest thing ever. Especially since I was going to have to not work and stay at home if I couldn’t get my really dirty car clean and I was really down and out I had like maybe 20 bucks to my name and was going to use the last of it to put gas in my car and clean the car so I could go make money. no one has ever done anything like that for me before and I was really having a bad day so this was some thing that really brightened my day and touched my heart! I for sure will be back and they definitely have a new customer!!

Car wash prices are increasing along with everything else, the basic wash here is now 7.99, of course with free vacuums. The drying at the end almost always disappoints, but most do. HOWEVER, when I went today, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they now have clean towels located at the vacuum stations that make all the difference. O may even opt in for the monthly membership because of it. I have not seen any other drive thru car washes that provide drying towels. So, that makes me happy. **UPDATE** Since this review, I have gone to 2 other car washes and it seems having Clean Towels for drying your vehicle is now the new norm. To my disappointment, the following 3 times that I have come to this particular car wash, there have been no towels available. So at this point this is now the last place I will go for a car wash.

Used to like coming here well any of your location. But that price increase is not affordable for me. It basically read wash and dry 10dollers. No wow factor in two words wash and dry. I mean do I get soap or what. All washes were much more customer pleasing like wow check out this special soap to add or something to encourage a better wash. Bur nope just wash and dry. Well thanks for the pleasure lol. So I get bare minimum for 10 or all the fancy stuff for 20dollers. I can't barely feed myself. In actuality a car wash is a Luxury not a necessity. So marketing is gearing us towards more money and you have all yhe fancy digital machines. I'm sorry but I won't be going to this brand anymore. I literally left when I saw this. Didn't proceed to the wash and went to Greenway and cavecreek where they have more options.

I prefer to wash my truck myself but that gets to be impossible in the summer time because the water here in phoenix is very hard and the air is so hot that anytime I spray down my truck it all boils off in a matter of seconds and leaves nasty water spots. because of this I am stuck with drive threw car washes until it cools down a little bit. the people at this are really nice which is surprising to see in the summer time. if I had to stand out in the heat all day I would not be smiling no matter how much you paid me. my only issue is this car wash is a little rough, they do a thorough job but the brushes whack the B pillars on my truck so hard it leaves little scratches on my paint. I think the brushes spin too fast and too close to the vehicle. aside from that I like this place.

Id love to give them 5 stars but this is an issue I have with almost all locations thus far and that is it doesn't always get my car completely clean and dry. Sometimes the water looks dirty and does tend to leave streaks. I know they aren't perfect and good for a quick wash but come on this is 2020. According to Back to the Future we should have flying cars and self drying jackets already. Staff are always pushy with unlimited service subscriptions. Which for the job is just normal upselling and understandable though just irks me I have to tell them no every time. Free vacuum use, free air use is always a plus in my book. If you are paying the minimum $5 wash you do indeed get a lot for your money. Pay a little extra gets you a cool little light show and a lot more suds.

I use to love this car wash, however there was a time I went and one of there machines cracked my window when I reported it they said it was to late and I had to come out of pocket to pay it myself. However after that I decided to give another location another chance, when I went there I signed up for the membership again for some reason I didn't use it, so I called and Asked them if they would be willing to pause my subscription since I didn't use it for a whole month and I was still paying for it. They said they could cancel but that's it so basically I paid for it and wasn't able to use it. In my eyes they don't care about there customers so I definitely wouldn't refer anyone to this place, these are the 2 north phx locations!!!!

first time trying quick quack. We had an opportunity to have one of these on 7th Street and Thomas in downtown Phoenix area but the neighbors didn't want it because I thought it would increase traffic and other issues. So now we get to look at a lovely abandoned gas station for the last 3 years instead of a nice place like this. The quality of our simple $5 car wash seem to be better then some of the $89 car washes we paid for around the valley. I do like that the conveyor system goes through a little slower than most which allows your car to be scrubbed a little more too. The ones that push you through really fast always seem to leave streaks of dirt in certain areas on your vehicle. Very satisfied and we will be back.

First off none of the vacuums work and yet they expect you to pay full price. The car wash is misadjusted 90% of the time, and I have to get through twice to get a halfway decent wash. The prices you have to pay to do most of your own washing are pretty ridiculous. This place is a really bad now you and badly managed. The workers on the line aren't empowered to make any decisions or to please the customer this is a business model that just needs to die. Serving people badly and treating employees badly should be a recipe for disaster. I have no idea how this company stays in business. Although they are closest to my home, I will go out of my way to avoid giving them my business.

I have utilized this location for the last 3 years since i have lived here. I am aware of the price increase and understand how business works. What is not acceptable, is a price increase, With a decline in quality of service. This location for the last 2 months has vacumes frequently down. You have to search for the ones that work, which are usually taken. There is no marking says "these are out of order". Employees can have bad days like everyone, so customer service is not a complaint. But when you are a car wash company and 1 of your 2 functions is exteremly difficult to utilize, AND you have increased the price.....A little off putting to continued customers.

I have lived in this area for 5 years now and this location is convenient for me. I was going to this location prior to it being Quick Quack. I am so happy that quick quack is here because I always have a good experience when I go there. I have an unlimited membership and I visit this location typically once a week at the least. I have always been greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The staff and management deserve a pat on the back, they provide an awesome service and it’s always clean and quick. I’m very particular about keeping my car clean and this place allows me to make that happen at an affordable price.

No wonder this place was empty when I came. This is a drive through car wash, the whole point is being quick and easy. I don't want you to "check me in" and take my license plate down and give me a sales pitch. I just want to drive through the the car wash. The presumptive close "so which unlimited wash package can we get you started with?" and the attitude when I just want a car wash killed me. I don't need a side of drama with a drive through car wash. Congratulations you guys figured out how to make something easy into an uncomfortable experience. I won't come back here for sure.

I usually pay for the middle wash and vacuum myself. I gave it 4 stars because it is what I paid for and expected. This place used to have bomber vacuums and all but since the covid 19 and removing the flat headed vacuums they got weak and don't pull my dogs hair out of the seats any more it is a shame but I am guessing it was so that they can minimize the amount of germs spreading through their equipment it just kinda stinks because I really liked the old vacuums and the different choices in getting the narrow head and the flat head for a wider stronger pull.

I bought the works wash. Nice staff. I was only one there at the time so went straight in. They gave me a wipe to wipe down interior. Two things that bug me about car washes are 1) when it doesn’t clean the back of my car well 2) when the dryers don’t dry my car well enough. Well, happy to say the brush did clean my back window and hatch well and the dryers did well. Only had to spot check a few things with air hose at vacuum station. Vacuums were strong on both sides. Fantastic customer service!!!! I accidentally vacuumed my car keys and the manager, Raymond, quickly began to help me look. Raymond did everything he could to help me find the keys (power off the vacuums, open up pipes, stick his whole arm in a pipe, etc.). In the end, I lost my keys and had to call a Locksmith. But Raymond offered me water and said he could even give me a ride home while I waited for the locksmith to arrive (we live only half a mile away). Thank you Raymond for the going above and beyond with your customer service!!

This place is great! They're new. The staff wears white shirts with green bow ties! Very friendly and professional. It's automatic car wash but they do have someone that scrubs wheels down. The really best part is the price. For regular wash. You can either pay for single at $4.95 or monthly at $14.95. We pay monthly & you can run your car through whenever. It's nice. They also have do it yourself vacuums. So for a quick automatic wash on your way to shopping, it's great.

First time going through a Quick Quack Car Wash. gotta say it was way better than other drive through car washes operating in A similar manner. The gentleman who checked me in was polite and handed me all my goodies (dash wipes, air freshener, microfiber cloth!) I’m a neat freak so these bonus gifts thrilled me ;) I wish there was one closer to my home, I’d be there every week. Oh yah, plenty of vacuum spaces, free to wash customers, didn’t have to wait for anything.

This was a very nice carwash! My car came out very clean! Most times when I pay over $10 for a wash the back of the car is not clean. Not so at this Quick Quack car wash. I bought the basic carwash for $4.99 and the back was just as clean as the rest of the car! There was talk of putting one of these in my neighborhood recently, but the neighbors who hate change and progress made sure it didn't happen. That's too bad because this is a really nice and clean place!

First time at a Quick Quack and an employee named Megan was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the company! The wash itself was so fun with the lights and the car came out pretty nicely. Vacuums worked great and the "best" wash package came with a microfiber towel and air freshener. Megan said they were continuing to expand so maybe there will be a location closer to central Phoenix soon?

Staff was super friendly and the soap made even the inside of my car smell good! My car is yellow so I noticed that this wash used plenty of soap lather which removed much more dirt and grime than what I usually experience. To top it all off I received a coupon for a FREE MONTH of unlimited washes!!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the Phoenix locations are inconveniently located

Great car wash.. i live just down the road so its convenient & pretty fast! Gets busy on weekends. I remember them having a $3 car wash now its $4.99 for the most simple car wash called "Good" if you pay with a $5 bill you get a penny back which is kinda silly in my opinion, but otherwise a great car wash! All of the employees are very friendly & always helpful! Highly reccomend!

I had a coupon with me and it was not working when I pulled out the code to scan. They still let me use it which was a huge relief. I appreciate good customer service, it made my day. The car wash was awesome and I got a wet wipe cloth to wipe down my car inside after the wash. Love getting to vacuum my car at the end to ensure the entire car is spotless! Will definitely be back!

I gave them another chance, twice and service was much better but both times I couldn't get a receipt... No receipt no rewash after it rains. Additionally, I specifically asked for no tire shine and the attendant said no problem we can do that. There was shine on the driver side and onto the paint but nothing on the passenger side. I give up, no more washes there for me!

A decent car wash, but they just changed their prices and now their basic wash is $10?! I'm sorry but at this point they've priced themselves out of being reasonable. The Costco by Scottsdale Airport offers the equivalent to the top-of-the-line wash for $8 and they don't try to sell you anything. This wash also loves to eat rear wipers, so SUVs and wagons beware.

I thought I would give them another try after the lock down period. Thank you for making my decision to pass. The spray station only hit my clean windshield. I was lucky to have brought my own towel as they were out. My car may have been pretty dry, but I still had memories of the bugs and bird shots. I will continue my quest to locate the best wash for my buck.

You get what you pay for! But I must say that as far as drive-through car washes go, this one is not that bad. I just had some issues with their billing. When you go through here you sign up for a reoccurring bill on the this was not explained to me! They do have self-service vacuums and a place to park that is covered when you're finished to wipe off your car.

I usually like to go to quick quack for my car washes, but this was my first time at this location and I'm very disappointed. Literally nothing was cleaned off and I feel like I wasted my money. Thank God I only did the basic wash today. If you want to go to a good location, go to the one on Bethany Home. Ghetto location but their machines are way better

Just got the Lucky Duck after a road trip to Oceanside. Even though I sprayed my own bug and tar remover on the front, there were still quite a bit of bugs. So I came back around to ask for a reward. Not only did they rewatch, no issues, Raymond HAND WASHED the front of my car to make sure it was clean!!!! Great customer service and wash! Thanks!!

I absolutely love this car wash. Me and my kids went through and while my car was being washed it started to smell amazing inside my car. The free vacuums at the end are an added bonus, I have also never been to a car wash that has dust blowers to blow the dirt out that is inside the little crevices in your car. Quick and easy. Friendly, well maintained. Drive thru wash works great. Good set up for self service vacuum, etc. Membership is good value for money if you wash your car at least twice a month. Nice to be able to swing in quickly for a quick wash or vacuum. It helps that it's close to my house and on the way to things i do 2+ times per week.

I like this place because it is close to my house and they do have unique vacuums that are free to use. I got the basic car wash today that is about $8.00 and I was disappointed with the finish because the back of my car was still very dirty. I drive a Toyota RAV4 and will have to had wash the back of my car. Was not pleased about that.

I had a coupon that didn’t work but a gentleman was quick to come out and resolve it. The best wash seems to have a great quality wax...better than some of the other subscription places! The only reason I deducted a star is because their air sprayers don’t seem as powerful as they should be & I like to spray all the excess droplets.

First time to this location! I got the “Best” car wash. Such a great and fun experience! Silly to say but i loves all the lights in the car wash. It was a car wash and show at the same time! Love the garbage bag, wipes, air freshener, and towel you get as well! All that definitely comes in handy!!

This was definitely one of the best, clean and thorough car washes. I can tell the difference in products and machinery used by the difference in just the low quick wash. I recommend using Quick Quack to make you and your car feel better on the road. I will looking up all the locations now.

Prices went up quite a bit since I was last there a few weeks ago. No more self serve, someone stops you to ask questions, upgrades, unlimited washes... I just want to go in, get my car washed and vacuumed in a short amount of time. Still a great place to go though, just keep it simple!

Like a quick wash, but the rain policy total quackery. It DID rain last week within 48 hrs of my wash, BUT I was told I had to beat it back to the wash WITHIN 48 hrs to honor the rewash?? !! Mmm... ok I'm just simply not always able to do that quick-a-quack turnaround )

These Scam Artists take a picture of your licence plate when you pull in, Send treat you like some criminal on the run what complained. The one down the street tried the same thing so clearly all the quick wash are there to sell your information disguised as the car wash

This carwash isn’t good quality, the vacuum cleaner wasn’t work properly and I can’t clean well inside because no enough pressure. The cleaner band scratched the paint on the hood too. Really was all disaster. I don’t comeback anymore.

I really liked this car wash place. It's a car wash and has self cleaning bays so you can vacuum and clean your windows. They are super clean there. Plus, the suction of the vacuums are unbelievably strong. I'd recommend this car wash.

Good place to get your car washed. The new upgrades are nice. In and out in about 7 to 8 minutes and there are 15+ bays to vacuum your car out after you are done as well. The location is right by the house and it's ever too busy.

I have been coming to this location for less than a year but all my experiences have been positive. The workers are very nice and accommodating. There is no stress and the location is never to busy.

I am very happy with this car wash. It does a great cleaning, top to bottom. Need to check car afterward though. The cleaning sweepers will pull the rubber strip off of the top of your automobile.

The $29.99 unlimited car wash is definitely worth it. I get the best wax on my car. And I also get free vacuum. The staff is really nice. They even give you a courtesy cloth to wipe dry your car.
