I recently had my Audi A1 serviced and MOT'd at Queensway Garage, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Had an issue after this garage replaced my clutch. I had to get the garage out twice to pump the clutch as I had literally no clutch a couple of times, once coming off a motorway. (Possibly the seals had gone) After coming out and checking the clutch, they left me with no petrol in my car, even after the first time. I did ask them to not to leave me empty after testing. So had to go to a garage and fill up a jerry can twice. Felt like I was a nuisance to get them out to test and the owner kept saying it was the master cylinder but I'm sure if it was the master cylinder they would have spotted it??? Was contacted by the owner regarding a previous review, asking me to take it off. The first review was a bit unfair so have taken it off. But this review is an account if my experience with this garage. I'll leave it up to you .

After my dads mechanic passed away I could never find a person like him who would just fix what needs fixing without making up stories and causing more grief. At last Queensway autos especially the boss is exactly like my dads mechanic. After I gave them a dodgy o2 sensor (aftermarket) which completely killed the car they kept the car for over a week to try and fix it and although at the end it was concluded the car was not economically viable to repair and after much hours spent which he did not charge a penny I can honestly say they are a proud bunch of people and I would recommend them if you want peace of mind. I must advice don’t ever buy your own parts as it might harm your car than fix it. I learnt the hard way. Just give the car to them and they will sort it out.

called the first garage I saw on google this morning when my car broke down, I was sent recovery van within 15 mins of calling them. Turns out my fan broke and ripped a hole in a hose which caused a massive leak but Mr Hassan ordered a new one and replaced it for me had my car up and running within a few hours ! Amazing service would 100% recommend

Definitely avoid them. They just lie about what they’ve done which mostly is nothing good but stealing petrol and causing extra damage. They say that they will call you back but they never actually will, they kept my car for five weeks without fixing a £500 worth problem on warranty. You are lucky if you get your car back in one piece from them.

I have been taking my Cars to Omer Usta since i started driving, so 15 years now, always friendly, always honest, his always fair on price and always completed my repairs and services to a high standard. Appreciate the service and honesty, will remain a customer for many years to come.

Very pleased having found this garage. Took car in as tail lights were not coming on and the gentleman fixed it there and then. Friendly atmosphere and the price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend and will be going back if ever I need anything.

They fixed the clutch and forgot to put oil in the gearbox, the gearbox after one month smashed, refused to admit..taking them to court now as I have a report from the gearbox mechanic that there was no oil in gearbox box at all which caused the damage.

Finally found an honest garage who don't waffle on and tell you straight what's what.very reliable and trustworthy very high standard of work would recommend to anyone who's looking for a garage and don't want to be ripped off

Got a free health check from RAC. Checked my car with them this morning! Very polite guy, explained me everything about my car. Will come back to do some work with them for some minor issues!

Quotes one price and when they take apart the parts they have another price. Not happy with the quality of repair and afterwards customer service really bad and non existent.
