I was in desperate need of 2 pairs (Staggered Rims) of matching all seaon tires before the winter, and waited too long, as this is a very busy time for winter tire changes. I like to shop around for the best deal from a reputable and high rated company, and my dad suggested calling for a quote from here. Out of 8 tire places that I called, they had the best price. Upon calling to confirm my purchase I was informed that Marco's son was the one I previously spoke to. Knowing that this was a locally owned family business, who sounded very personable and professional on the phone, I had a good feeling that I was making the right choice. Upon showing up, the atmosphere was extremely friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Marco, yet all of his staff were great as well. I had mentioned that I had brake fluid leaking (which i had an appointment later in week to get fixed) so that he would be aware and be able to cover the floor under the leak). While waiting, I spoke to several of the other customers in their waiting room. There were a couple of older gentlemen who I asked about their previous experience with this business. They all had nothing but wonderful things to say about Marco and his company and had been customers for many years due to this. When I mentioned to the other customers about my scheduled brake leak, and that I had an appointment with a large auto repair chain, they responded "Why don't you ask Marco if he can get it taken care of?". They informed me that beside their shop, they have a separate bay with a licensed mechanic, who would be able to do repairs, as I assumed they only did tires and rims. I was already having such a positive experience here, that upon hearing this, I spoke with Marco and upon confirmation that this could be done here, I cancelled my upcoming appointment and scheduled the the job with them instead. Marco was able to get me an appointment very soon, despite the fact that they were extremely busy (which again is a good sign that many people trust Queenston Tire and Rim Hamilton with their automotive needs. They did a quality job, for a reasonable price, in a timely manner, all while being personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did. And I look forward to their assistance with my brake leak issue in the near future. I highly recommend Queenston Tire and Rim as well as their mechanic service.

As a customer, I would go to a place where I get: honest advice, good price, friendly service and quick resolution. I was fortunate to get all these 4 things at Queenston Tire Shop. The owner Mr Marco, is such a nice person. He's friendly with a good sense of humor. His guys too, are some people I'd be glad to be friends with. Honestly, till now everytime when I have visited a mechanic I've always been nervous thinking whether the issue will be fixed, will I get a good price, will it be timely and so on. Today, after speaking to Marco and his mechanics, I felt completely relieved from those worries and was very confident about their work! They earned my business till i'm in Hamilton. I called this place on a Tuesday to get a price on some new summer performance tires. They gave me a great quote on the tires/install and booked me in on the Thursday. I went for my appointment on the Thursday and the new tires were there waiting for me. They had me right in and the install was quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great shop, great people. My husband and I got the brakes, rotors and an oil change and we were alerted to needing 2 new tires asap which we ordered new and were installed in under 24hrs! We'll be back in future for sure, it's so hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic these days but that's what we found at Queenston Tire. Queenston Tire & Rim has definitely earned the star rating they received. They squeezed me in on short notice to look at one of my tires that picked up a nail. I was lucky it was just in the tread but they double checked it all for me. I was in and out just like that. Their fantastic customer service and friendly staff have earned them a new loyal client in me.

Queenston Tire & Automotive Hamilton were extremely helpful and accommodating. My tire appeared to be flat and came off the rim. After having my car towed there, they took my car in right away, triple checked their findings, and I was on my way home within 15-20minutes. I interacted with several of the mechanics and they were all friendly & knowledgeable.

I bought 4 new tires for my van from Marco about a month ago. Today I noticed 1 tire needed air. Topped it up at the gas station and called Queenston Tire. Went in two months ago to get winter tires put on, that I bought and ordered from them. The boys did excellent work in a timely manner. Got me in and out fast, even though I didn't have an appointment. They even gave me bags for my old tires at no extra cost, although they were dirty/used haha.

6/5 stars. managed to squeeze me in considering they were booked. also great customer service and atmosphere. made sure everything was done on time, as i had an online exam in the same day. also job was done safely and correctly will be back from now on for all my tire needs and services :)

These kids know how to balance tires. I bought tires at Costco with the 5 year unlimited balancing. They could never balance tires even after a free replacement. Same tires balanced by Queenston tire, my suv rides smooth at any speed.
