Called this location to order pizza for pickup to which I was told 15-20 minutes. Drove all the way down there and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She told me that I did not call this location and that they did not have my order. I was 100% sure that I had called the correct location as I checked beforehand that I was calling the location closest to me. She was very argumentative and then she demanded that I showed her proof of the phone call. It wasn't until after that she decided to be polite and tell me that they would deliver it as they didn't have my order and hadn't made it. As I was about to tell her the details of the order, she then told me that they had received my order but she "had to call someone and forgot to make the order" so obviously she knew that she forgot to make the order the entire time. She offered to have it delivered to me, which she said would be 15-20 mins, which actually ended up being nearly 45 minutes. I get that people make mistakes, and I would have been understanding if she had admitted that they forgot my order, but this was way beyond rude. The pizza was disgusting and definitely not worth the trouble.

We have been ordering from your business for almost a year. We have never had a bad experience until today. There was a miscommunication with our wings order ~ that happens. But when calling to let you know, we were spoken to rudely and with attitude. Not only did we call once, but three times. The pizza itself was also not the best we had, normally it’s very good! Today it was tasteless and disappointing. We’re not looking for free pizza, we wanted to be treated with the great customer service we’ve been receiving for almost a year. Not once did you offer a solution for the future, just place blame and be defensive. When I mentioned that we would no longer be ordering from your business, your attitude was just like okay! That’s fine. That is not customer service. If you’re wrong or not it is at your businesses best interest to at least TRY to find a solution. It is unfortunate that this has happened.

Called in for a 'large pizza and wings special' pickup order, located on their skip the dishes menu. I was told 15-20 mins. I arrived 17 mins later, and was told another couple mins. I was shocked when I was charged $26 instead of the $16 on the menu, but apparently there was more than one large pizza and wings special and they gave me the biggest one instead of clarifying. Fine, lesson learned. However 12 mins after arriving I was still waiting, and when it finally came out, I was asked to pay again. She seemed surprised when I mentioned that I already paid, even though she was the one who took my payment 15 mins prior. Pizza was decent, but the wings were pretty bad. Poor experience overall which was disappointing.

I just watched either the employee or owner Ardyia(I believe is how she spelt it told me) stop a attempted theft from the customer a head of me, the lady was able to polietly stop the girl that attempted the theft and get her to pay for her order (young lady attempted to walk out while said queens pizza repesentive was on the phone with a order) without any commotion she barely had to talk above a whisper to achieve this...I was quite impressed with her ability to handle the situation as I would have been pissed if someone tried to steal right in front of me....felt it should be posted as a review.....good job....

I eat here so often i forgot there is competition. Thats how tasty and friendly the food and service is to me and im a dutchman we are known to shop around for the best price and these guys queens off of king and holton are worth the extra .50cents a pizza. Hell i even tip them every so often If you dont like their pizza and want to send a one star review remember not to let your feelings dictate your number of stars and explain your discomfort with some detail as owners need to hear all opinions to gage their next move Im not trying to promote them just being honest. I mentioned they cost a tad more thats evident enough that im not being biased

This was such an amazing pizza place. I would order pizza here once a week, at least. Since the new owner took over it has been terrible. Delivery use to take 20 mins, or 15 mins for pick up. Now, it's 45 mins for delivery, and your order isn't even correct. You would think with all that extra time they would be able to at least get the order right. I have not received a correct order since they took over. Ordered mild wings, they were hot. They had no ham for pizza. I ordered pizza and wings with garlic bread, no garlic bread was delivered. Just absolutely terrible service. Unfortunately, they lost a long time customer.

Great place to get quality fast food at an affordable price. They have a wide selection of menu items, but their pizzas are hands down The Best. I've ordered from them over a dozen times and it's always delicious and made perfectly every time. Their wings and poutine are also really good! Service is prompt, delivery is always on time, and the guys that work there are friendly and professional. 10/10 highly recommend them! P.s. it's probably a good idea to ignore reviews earlier than 3 months ago since the business got new owners who really turned the place around.

‘New owners’ or not.... maybe it’s the employees then? I’m usually not 1 to criticize but when your watching you Uber eats drivers switch off cuz your pizzas not ready at scheduled time (nor ‘at the least est’) then by the 3 delivery driver just to served cold pizza that’s not really cooked (cooked enough that the cheese is melted and crust just has a slight cookness to it). Also I’ll add I’m a 10min walk away so there is NO WAY it should have arrive cold in a car/heat bag) I was very disappointed. And will probably not order again nor trust ‘new owner’

Hi I thought I would try a different pizza shop and oh boy was this the wrong choice! I asked for toppings that were not there. The pizza to be well done and it wasn't. Then I found a staple in my mouth from my poutine! The pizza was.so bland everything tasted the same too! So I called to complain and the girl said I will give you 10 percent of your next order. Which I laughed because I will not be ordering from queens pizza on king st again. I have never wrote a review before so it must have been terrible people.

If I could give 0 stars I would, last few times I had awful customer service. And alot of black hair on the food. I have brown hair. I went in to order last time, the employees friends were there yelling about conflicts overseas and using obscene language toward each other and I sat there for 15 min waiting for my dinner. The store is run down and disgusting. And again I found alot of hair on my food. Avoid at all costs.

Well, I have eaten High Line Pizza more then my fair share of times with not much to complain about. Just found myself in a situation where queens made a lot more sense, so we tried it. Well, now I have choices when it comes to dialing up dinner!!! Food was great, service matched the food, and the price was right in line with what I expected. Cheers Queens Pizza and Wings!!! I recently ordered a small pepperoni pizza from here last night.This being my first time ordering from this establishment. I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't care for the pizza. It was over cooked, greasy & the pepperoni was way too salty. I got halfway through the pizza & couldn't eat anymore. I threw the rest away. I guess when you pay cheap for it that's what you get. What a waste of money.

Had 3 different hairs in my poutine after only a few bites completely disgusted plus one of the people who work there handling the food does drugs regularly someone should look into this place prices had also increased with new owners alongside with being rude on the phone when calling and asking for a new one claiming that they are my own hairs and that I would try to get a free one out of them

Paid $50.00 for 2 medium ,wings , salad and garlic bread. Unfortunately it did not taste very good, pizza was bland and wings were vinegar tasting. Salad came already dressed and was way to much dressing . Garlic bread we asked for extra garlic butter and it was dry. This was not worth $50.00.

A very bad experience. I order a combo and I only received 2 pizzas. When I called them the Lady who answer the phone was upset. Practical they stole the chicken wings from the combo. You could have many excuses but you know what I am talking about. I paid for the combo and you know that. I will put this comment on the Hamilton FB groups people have to know what you do.

Horrible service my infant was in the car and I told him to bring my order to my car window he said no you can leave your baby in the car and come to get your order i told him it’s illegal and I can’t wake him up he’s sick he said then you can go and order from somewhere else rude with no work ethic / the amount of ignorant and disrespect in his reply is unbelievable

1 star for getting the order right, 1 star for actually having the physical food. We got 2 medium pizzas, 20 wing, garlic bread and veggie sticks combo. Wings were tasteless and pizzas were disappointing. There was barely any topping on either pizzas and tasted like cardboard. Not even exaggerating but I haven't had worse pizza than this. Just overall disappointing.

It was a little disappointing to see 1 star reviews of this place when I've never had a bad experience with them. I only order through UberEats since it's simple and I don't have to talk to anyone. All the pizzas and wings I've had are very good. A friend of mine also agreed that their wings are very good. Very solid place to order from if you want pizza and wings.

Absolutely love this place! One of those really good “hole in the wall” places yknow? Some of the best single slices in the city! They also make amazing burgers and fries too! And garlic bread LOL My go to for when I just don’t wanna cook, which is pretty often. Staff is awesome and they remember customers, which makes the experience all the more pleasant

I ordered onion rings and was very disappointed. They were burnt looking almost as if they were cooked then refried. Their is a couple places besides here that will get my business which sucks as queen pizza is close by.

Terrible experience. First set of wings had almost no sauce, second one they sent also had little to no sauce. We had bought from them two times before and whoever prepared it clearly knew how. But not this time, when I called to let them know the lady argued with me. There is supposed to be honey garlic sauce on these.

Stone cold when delivered after an hour and half. Never ordering here again! Response...yes we did order from you, my husband ordered we are right on Holton (less than 5min drive from you) we sent the stone cold pizza back.

I hate giving low ratings but after prepaying on Just Eat app and tipping the driver 20% the pizza was still an hour and 15 min from order to delivery. I specifically asked for well done and the middle is raw. The pizza was also cold. :( I had half a slice and threw the rest out.

Used DoorDash got the complete wrong order then delivery guy comes back to take the food back which is completely unprofessional. We reorder and they proceed to charge us $5 for no reason. Meatball sub had no sauce at all, shawarma was not wrapped properly and lettuce tasted old.

New (young) employee is a belligerent, self absorbed, degrading, self righteous, narcissist. I have had no problems with any of the other employees but every time I am served by this new person, I have nothing but problems and complaints with the quality of service and food.

My go-to place whenever i’m craving a slice of pizza or cheesecake. Also, the people and prices are amazing. Great Pizza, great prices, great people & Great cheesecake. You really can’t go wrong.

The worst pizza and customer service I have ever had. They do not value the customer opinion or complaint and instead of try to fix the problem, they prefer to call the customer a lier and say they are right. This place do not deserve your attention or money.

This has got to be THE most underrated place in Hamilton for students!! Queens Pizza is my go-to when I'm craving late night study food: they're open late and have great prices. I specifically recommend the wings- great quality for the price.

I'm not sure why had a bad experience unless those other reviews are manufactured but I've been twice once just now and once a few months ago. Both times the pizza was awful. Good customer service but christ almighty is the pizza ever bad.

Honestly, one of my favorite places. The people who work there are absolutely amazing so nice to me and my children whenever we go in! And the owner, I gotta say 100% one of the best ones I've talked to. Much appreciated guys :) …

We are ordering for contactless delivery during these days of change. We ordered four pounds of hot wings. They were breaded which we don’t prefer but there was no option of nonbreaded wings. They were tasty but not too hot in flavour.

Ordered through skip the dishes tonight Ordered 2 medium pizzas jalapeno poppers and blue cheese dip. I didnt receive the jalapenos and the blue cheese dip was garlic. Good deal but not when you pay for things you didnt get..

Not gonna lie, great walk in deal! Just grabbed a pizza few minutes before the wrestling event across the street. The ring crew loved the pizza. Next time I'm out in Hamilton doing a show with GCW I'll come by again

Probably the best pizza in Hamilton! You can taste the quality ingredients, the fresh made dough, and not to mention their amazing garlic sauce! Do yourself a favor, and give this place a shot, you will not regret it!

Everything was great! Pizza was tasty, wings were well done like asked. Only thing missing was my 2 dipping sauces I ordered. Other then that good pizza and good service.

The manager called a customer the c word and told her he wished she was x. The customer was more in the wrong, but the way the workers handled this was not ok.

The new management has been knocking it out of the park recently. The previous iteration was bad, but now it's been great. Best bang for buck za in the area.

Big sign on door reads "no mask no entry". Awesome! Come in, customers not wearing masks, nor are the workers. Not so awesome. Food was good though.

Great management, not everyone is woke and for this I will support.

The best kept secret to their menu are the incredibly tasty cheesecakes that are less than $3.00. Really creamy and tasty.
