Came here for a second opinion on my senior dog’s condition (their website advertises specializing with senior pups) and was told to go back to my original vet. Essentially paid $80 to be turned away. I got the impression they didn’t want to deal with it/didn’t have the staffing for it but I was still encouraged to come in when I called them to schedule the appointment then charged for an office visit when they could have let me know over the phone they wouldn’t or couldn’t do anything for him. I get it no one works for free but I wasted time and money going in there for a service that I feel like I didn’t receive. They didn’t even try to run bloodwork or offer any solutions other than go back to his other vet. Seems a little too much like a price gouging vet office to me. v The below response and breakdown of events is incorrect. I was told Queen City did not have the staff or equipment to perform the ultrasound and was told the best option was to go back to the facility that had previously performed the ultrasound (an animal ER). The staff at Queen city assured me they would send a referral out to them so that we would not have to go through that process ourselves or wait as long given my dog's condition. This was never done and so when I reached out to them a week later, we were wait listed at the ER for an ultrasound apt. Additionally, I feel it is inappropriate to list my pet's condition and name in this review rebuttal. Super tacky...

My boyfriend and I are so grateful to have found QC Animal Hospital! We moved to Charlotte with our 1 year old pup and needed to find a vet to perform his annual exam and update his vaccines. Vet visits are usually very stressful for our dog, so we especially appreciated the fear-free approach and how patient and comforting everyone was. The entire team was super lovable with him, gave him lots of treats, and even let him enjoy a lick mat. The atmosphere is also very inviting! They play calming music (our dogs fav) and have a comfy rug for your pets to lay on in each room. Dr. Cline is extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. We had to come back 3 times to complete his annual visit, but it was completely worth it as we were able to find the best approach to make our dog feel the most comfortable and have as stress-free of a visit as possible. He was super happy to see everyone by the third visit! They even offer you beer and wine (parents fav) and send a super detailed record/report card via email afterwards. I can’t say enough great things about our experience here :)

Where do I start? When I saw that the office pet was a bearded dragon then I knew I was in the right place. The doctor and staff really treat you like family. They tried to care for my 10 year old bearded dragon, Jaja, but we were a bit late in diagnosing her issue. Although I ordered the blood panel a bit too late, the staff tried to provide other options to help provide JaJa with comfort. Jaja passed away just days after we received the results(an irreversible disease). The doctor prepared me for the worst so I knew to start saying my goodbyes. We had ordered a prescription after the diagnosis but she died while it was in transit. The pharmacy that they use even refunded me since she died before she could use the medicine. Like I said, everyone treats you like family...including the outside pharmacy. Which brings me to QCAH last gesture - a farewell card signed by most of the staff!! This was just absolutely so sweet and thoughtful . We will definitely be a family for as long as I am in Charlotte. Thank you QCAH for your care and love! RIP Jaja 05/2012 - 06/2022

I began taking my dog here about a year ago and at first it was fine - like every other vet. Although after time it began to not be our style. My dog was experiencing an emergency and they do not allow day of appointments and will make you go to the dog ER. On top of that, when they administer shots, take blood, and even weigh him they take him to the back. This is supposed to be a Fear Free facility, but my dog has anxiety and these instances made it exponentially worse on my dog’s mental well-being. Lastly, they push tests and purina/hills/etc big dog food brands that are highly processed, packed with fillers and don’t have good ingredients compared to other brands. The icing on the cake was making the owner of the dog, me, feel so incredibly bad for his weight (even though I had just adopted him and it was not my doing) that I began to cry. I would only recommend this vet to those who are possibly new dog owners and don’t TRULY put the health and wellness of their dog first.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I never ever write reviews, however this time, as it’s so important to animal health & wellbeing, I decided to make an exception! The staff were absolutely great & genuinely friendly! My VERY stubborn, won’t go anywhere without me, English Bulldog actually went back with them with no issues at all, that’s never happened before!! And when she came out she had a pep in her step & a smile on her face, which tells me a great deal about the Positive experience she must have had whilst in there without me. Dr Cline was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable & very informative, & she actually spoke to me - not at me! After years of ongoing issues with my Bulldog & several different vets, I finally got answers, a well informed diagnosis & a treatment plan that makes complete sense!! I was extremely happy with our experience & I am confident that my search for a good veterinarian practice is over now that we’ve found Queen City Animal Hospital!!!!!!!

I am a first time puppy mom to my sweet goldendoodle, Matilda, and I did an immense amount of research before choosing a vet, as I want the best for her! I rarely ever leave reviews, but I could not be more pleased with my decision to bring her QCAH. They were absolutely amazing with her, and the fact that they are fear free and want to make going to the vet an enjoyable experience for their patients, is something that stood out to me. Matilda did not even flinch once when getting her vaccines because she was too distracted with her peanut butter! Dr Black took her time answering any questions I had and explaining everything thoroughly. I signed up for their puppy package, which is such a convenient option to have, and they offer payment plans for the package as well. The appointment did not feel rushed at all! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and it felt like one big family. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful vet for my sweet girl!

After going to many other vets in the Charlotte area, we have finally found our place! Queen City Animal Hospital has been absolutely great! My dog was struggling with allergies pretty bad with constant ear infections and a raw belly and Dr. Diaz listened to my concerns and took action at our very first appointment! Now, almost 5 months later, my dog has not had another ear infection or raw belly and it has been so great! Also, my dog is very nervous and anxious around new people and this is the most calm that I have ever seen her at a vet! We have been back a few times since our first visit for follow ups and her annual check up and she goes right with the vet techs and Doctors without me having to walk most of the way with her! Which is also a win! I would recommend Queen City Animal Hospital and Dr. Diaz to anyone in a heart beat! I trust her and know my dog is safe and is getting the best care possible!

Hands down best vet in Charlotte! Our pup LOVES going to the vet. Yes- you read that right! Many people referred us here when we got our little pup and I see why. The staff is so friendly and kind to the animals and their owners. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care for the animals. The facility is always clean and everyone is very professional and helpful. Checking in/out is always a breeze. Anytime we call with questions or concerns they get back to us that very same day. Dr. Cline is very knowledgeable and always happy to take time to personally discuss anything. A friend of mine went to several vets about her kitten with a possible allergy and it was Dr. Cline who listened to her concern and diagnosed the issue when multiple others did not. I have other friends that see the other vets here and love them just the same. I can’t rave enough about QCAH enough!

I’m not even through with my first visit, but I had to give kudos to this place! I’ve always been one to go the easy route for routine and pet exams with a payment plan of big corporations, but I thought it was time for a change now that I’ve added ferrets to my family so lo and behold, we decided to check this place out. First off, the customer service was through the roof between check-in, during the exam, and check out. They were friendly and nice, warm and welcoming. Secondly, I always admire a business that’s openly supportive if equal rights in every sense of the word. and thirdly, the home-y environment and way this place is set up, it makes me feel at home. I can’t imagine any of my animals feeling like they’re at the vet, from the care the staff seem to have and the feel of the exam rooms. I will absolutely be make this place our regular vet for our animals

I have multiple pets and have for some time. My dogs require frequent care, but my gerbils had never had a need for vet care.. until recently. One of my little ones had a mass appear and I was immediately worrying and preparing for the worst. Then I found Queen City Animal Hospital. They have good availability, great support, and an amazing staff. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice and it’s staff. In particular, Dr. Diaz was so helpful and reassuring during what was a very nerve-wracking experience. She helped me understand everything, helped me to prepare, and took the best care of my gerbil while he was in QC’s care. He came out of surgery perfectly fine and is now at home recovering. I just moved to Charlotte and chose this vet based on recommendations from friends and all of the great reviews. I don’t have any concerns about how my pet was cared for, but the experience here was so strange. We were taken to an exam room, and after asking me a few questions they took my cat away for her exam. I ended up just sitting alone in the room for an hour and fifteen minutes while people occasionally came back to give me random updates. Everything was presented to me in such an accusatory way, like I wasn’t doing the right things at home and made my cat sick. They also told me she was so badly behaved that I will have to sedate her if I come back, which is something I have never experienced at any other vet we have been to (she’s 11 years old). I think we’ll be looking at other vet options in Charlotte.

Queen City Animal Hospital is the very best. I bring all of my animals here, * 2 kitties, a bunny, and chameleon*, and every time we come it is nothing but a positive experience. The Vets, staff, and Vet techs are all so nice and friendly and they genuinely care about my pets and making sure I understand what their treatment plans are. I really couldn't praise this office more with how they run their practice. Also to note that they are extremely affordable especially for the exotic pets and their state of the art technology that they are using, i.e. laser therapy, etc. Specifically, Jordyn, one of the vet techs, is always so friendly and sweet to my pets and I really appreciate her for that. I will always recommend Queen City to all of my friends and colleagues for all of their veterinarian needs.

Coming from an amazing vet in Seattle, I was a little worried that I wouldn’t find as great care. I did so much research before deciding on Queen City Animal & I’m so glad I did! I was led to an examination room promptly, it was colorful with a soft rug and calm music playing (part of their fear-free approach). The vet tech and doctor sat on the floor with my pup to get to know him better and were so relaxed. All the staff was incredible and really took time to listen to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all and had quite a bit of face to face with the doctor. The prices were typical for a vet as well, $250 for a first time wellness exam, nail trim, blood work & fecal sample (my dog is 60 pounds). Would highly recommend!

I take my two dogs and three cats here, Queen City Animal hospital is the best! They’ve helped my dog with an ear infection, my cats respiratory infection, neutering and all kitten care from vaccines to heart worm prevention. The best part is the way my pets are handled with care, each person that interacts with them here always takes time to sit with them and give them treats to make them comfortable before examining them. I was very happy with my cats neutering yesterday, the communication and quality of care was excellent. Also my cat was sent home in an extremely effective E collar that stayed on him through the night and seems comfortable with cushion and padding unlike the plastic ones. Thank you Dr. Black and Team !

I moved to Charlotte recently and I haven’t found a vet for my pet bunny yet because it’s very hard to find vets that will see a rabbit since they are considered exotic. Well my bun was displaying some symptoms of a cold and I was pretty worried about him. QCAH was able to get him in next day and the care he received was phenomenal. Every vet tech loved on him, gave him lots of treats and love to help him feel more calm. Dr. Black was also so warm and friendly and did such a great job with my bun. Truly 5 star care. I felt so at ease and an added plus was that they offered humans beer or wine really loved the care and treatment received by every employee at this center and will continue to use them in the future.

My dog got an eye infection after being boarded for the first time, I called her doctor and tones of other places and no one had an appointment available for like the next 2 weeks . My husband found this place and thank god cause i called and they set up an appointment in a few days, and to think I didnt even know it was down the street. Everything went so smoothly and they were extremely nice and helpful. My dog has never been sick, so her being 10 years old, I freaked out, and I'm so happy everything went well! She was in such discomfort before and now she is recovering so nicely, and looks happy again. They even called to check on her, just goes to show they really cared. I would definitely recommend them!

QCAH and Dr. Hriez were able to see my bunny for an emergency visit when he wasn’t able to see his usual vet. Both Dr. Hriez and Dr. Black were so informative and cared about the situation better than I could’ve ever imagined. Brooke made sure I was comfortable and the vets knew everything about my bun. I left with antibiotics and information I needed. I called the following day with questions and concerns. Mel called back within the hr and had answers from the vets that cared for him. I always took him to the vet outside of Charlotte for price reasons but was so surprised with the cost. Affordable, clean, and comfortable! They also gave me a glass of wine! Our new and only vet! Thank you QCAH! ❤️

I took our two senior dogs here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff was all so friendly and the space is clean and inviting. There is calming music playing for your pets and the vet tech and Dr. Diaz both spent more time with us in the exam room asking and addressing questions than any other vet ever has. My dogs are usually incredibly anxious at the vet and can't wait to leave but both of them were pretty chill and seemed to be at ease. It was also one of the more affordable vets we've ever been to. I could feel how much they care for both the animals and their owners and am impressed and grateful for the care received. We will definitely be returning to QCAH!

My bunny was seen for a life threatening illness and I needed an emergency refill of her meds from a veterinarian closer to home. Queen City Animal Hospital and Brooke their RVT, didn't hesitate to come to the aid of my bunny, Beauty. Their sincere concern has given me many reasons to return to Queen City Animal for the future care of my free roam bunny and six Guinea pigs. Plus, the fact the clinic is located directly on the bus line (bus #4) and its located at a tiny and very charming four corner intersection with some great food places. I feel blessed that Queen City Animal hospital and I connected. My bunny survived her life threatening illness because of them.

I love Queen City Animal Hospital- they are kind, caring and incredibly sweet and gentle with my kitty. The front desk staff are professional and quick, while also being incredibly personable. Dr. Hreiz is wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He’s kind and understanding, and he worked with me to find a care plan that worked with my budget. He celebrated with me when my kitty got better. It’s also a really nice space. The kitty exam room is pretty and comfortable. I just felt that my and my kitty were supported and cared for from the time I made the appointment to the end of the appointment and beyond. Love love these guys.

Took my cat here for the first time, and knew immediately this would be our forever vet. They put cat nip on the floor and diffuse feliway to encourage calmness. I was able to call same day and get an appointment as my cat was very sick. When I arrived they knew who we were and immediately got us situated in a room. I also loved the open communication with our vet as well as the vet tech. They both took the time to sit down and walk us through the details of everything. I am now excited for vet visits where in the past it has been an extremely stressful experience. If you’re considering this veterinary office, do it. Best vet experience yet!

Queen City Animal Hospital was great. The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and caring to the customers and pets. The doctor took time to explain everything that was done to our dogs for our initial visit, and provide guidance and recommendations on what to do continuously to our dogs to make them healthier and happier. They also offer flexible financing for the costs incurred which was nice in case people can't afford to make the payment in full. I highly recommend Queen City Animal Hospital for new pet owners, or to people who have recently moved to Charlotte and are looking for their pets to be taken care of.

We just moved to Charlotte with our 11-year-old mini schnauzer who was in the middle of a workup for liver disease when we relocated. The team at QCAH got us in within a week of arriving and reviewed all of his previous records before our arrival. They did a full assessment and had some additional less-invasive recommendations for lab tests and diagnostics, and great connections with specialists in the area that they plan to defer to if necessary. Everyone on the team has been so knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. Our dog also loved the fear-free environment with the calming music and a rug in the room!

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who owns pets. They've been incredibly kind to both my cat Kimchi and my dog Gogi. Making appointments is super easy and drop off appointments to squeeze in your pet for a questionable emergency is available and has been amazing for me. The cost is incredible reasonable. They also accept care credit and scratch pay if needed. My dog gets incredibly nervous at vet visits but she left her visit more calm than I've ever seen her especially after a nail trim. I look forward to establishing this as the future place for care for Kimchi and Gogi. Thank you!!

I take my dog and cat here for their veterinary care. The staff is amazing. They provide excellent care and outstanding customer service. My dog LOVES going to Queen City Animal Hospital. The environment is welcoming, calming, and upscale. Prices are fair and care is thorough. When I need refills on my dog's medication I am able to call and swing by later the same day to pick it up. When urgent needs come up, they have always been able to squeeze us in for work-in appointments. We have been going to QCAH for a year now and will continue to be loyal customers!

Every time I pull up to the Queen City Animal Hospital, my pup goes nuts with excitement. He does not do that for any other place we frequent-- including daycare, the park, or the dog bar. The staff here are so friendly and professional... whether it's for his third ear infection in the past 3 months or retrieving the engagement ring he ate from his stomach . I had my first visit yesterday with my two new kittens. Everyone was so patient in answering all of my (many) questions. I appreciate how thorough the staff is in explaining the different options and procedures that a new kitten needs. They discussed the prices line by line before and during the appointment, which I appreciated. I am more than willing to pay a premium so that my kittens receive a better quality of care. They made my kittens’ first vet visit less stressful, for me and for the kittens. Thank you for all that you do!

I switched my dog over to Queen City Animal Hospital purely for convenience since it’s closer than our old vets offices, and I was so pleasantly surprised. They offer aid to dogs to who may have anxiety about the vet or being in the car. When I arrived they offered me a drink and gave my dog treats as soon as we got into the examination room. Every person who I came into contact with made it feel like such a personal experience and I would recommend QCAH to anyone considering a new animal hospital in the Charlotte area. 10/10!

The most fun Vet we have been to ever! We (our pets and humans) have been so happy with the level of care and great service at Queen City Animal Hospital. They don’t try to up-sell on products or services and instead just tell you what all your options are and let you make an informed decision on how to treat your animal. Really can’t say enough about the staff and kindness shown. Plus they offered wine or beer while you are waiting. They are able to care for our dog and rabbit, whereas other vets are mostly dog and cats.

I can’t speak highly enough of Queen City Animal Hospital. My dog, Zoe, contracted a nasty case of canine influenza last Fall and spent almost 5 months battling pneumonia and lingering symptoms. The doctors and staff at QCAH were thorough and gentle with Zoe across our countless visits, and they were beyond patient, gracious, and understanding with me and my endless calls, questions, and anxieties. I am truly truly grateful for this practice and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them!

Dr. Black was truly the most kind, compassionate, and loving veterinarian and person we could have asked for during the most difficult time with our angel Hazel. After significant research, we came to Queen City Animal Hospital as we had been searching for a new vet for our golden girl. Our sweet girl unfortunately had a devastating diagnosis. The staff at QCAH had nothing but pure empathy and was so helpful as we navigated through her care. We are forever grateful for how you all treated our Hazey girl.

We have been going to Queen City Animal Hospital for years now. We always have a positive experience. They have demonstrated so much patience with us when we have had surprise medical issues arise. As well as patience and kindness when our dogs need extra time for their care. Just recently we had to drop off our dog for care for an itchy red paw, but they went above and beyond and screened for other abnormal signs and symptoms and caught an ear infection. We are so grateful for them!

Queen City Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinary practice that I've dealt with in all my years of having pets. The staff is friendly and understanding and takes great care of our dog, two cats, and love bird. They won us as customers for life when we had to make a very hard decision with our previous dog and they were accommodating and allowed us all the time we needed to be comfortable and say goodbye. You can't find a better place to take your pets in the Charlotte area.

The doctors and staff at Queen City Animal Hospital have always been so good with my dog Annabelle and cat Rocky. They are also so polite and professional with myself. They explain everything beforehand and their prices are very reasonable. The offices and waiting rooms are clean and well maintained. We had an awesome experience at Queen City Animal Hospital and have established them as our new home-vet. they're located close to uptown with really convenient parking. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Hreiz was very consultative regarding best treatment/care options for my dog and he was patient answering any questions or concerns I had during the visit. My dog received laser treatment on her back leg while we were there which I believe has helped already!

This is the best vet in NoDa and Charlotte! Dr. Black is truly the most thoughtful and kindest vet we have ever taken our dogs too. She is so thorough and detailed and truly treats your dog like her own! The entire staff is always friendly and attentive; we have never once had a bad experience here. If we didn’t move out of Charlotte I would take my dogs here forever! So thankful for the entire Queen City staff and truly can not say enough great things about them.

This was my first visit. We moved from Wilmington, NC two weeks ago. This is a terrific place. The treatment room was like a living room for cats. Scotty, who does believe as in ancient Egypt that he is a god, was happy. It was not the cold, sterile room that is prevalent in Vet care. Everyone was friendly from the moment we entered and left the building. Dr Jay Hreiz knows his stuff. He is genuinely interested in Scotty's care. I am glad that I found this place.

No long wait times, was very attentive towards my pup and even gave him treats. Treated him with respect and gentleness. They were very good at explaining everything that was wrong with him and took time to make sure that I understood. Went in detail about what the game plan was to make him feel better. Was also very support towards us both. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet. I think Casper and I will be staying with them for a long time! Cheers!!

We recently moved to the area and both our dogs needed care, after some research Queen City was one of my top two choices. They were quick to schedule us, winning their place as our new vet and we were not disapointed. Queen City was excellent! Great parking, calm atmosphere, clean facility and highly educated providers! We saw two of their vets and both were awesome! Plus, once you're a patient you schedule appointments online which is a huge plus!

Queen City Animal Hospital is simply the best! We have been taking our Golden Retriever there for 2.5+ years and they have always cared for her like she was their own dog. Their fear-free approach makes the whole experience better for our dog, who actually loves going to see her friends at QCAH. Their entire team is well trained, caring and kind, always helpful when we call with questions or need to come in for an unexpected visit. Highly recommend!

Today I visited Queen City Animal Hospital for the first time and I can definitely say that I made the right choice! Every person I have dealt with has been so friendly and warm! I have never seen an office like this. My Great Dane loves his doctor (Dr. Hreiz) and I do too! What a wonderful man, and INCREDIBLE vet. You would think you’re the only patient in the office, the way Dr. Hreiz and his team spends quality and impactful time with you. Very clean facility, they offered me beer and wine while I waited, wasn't expecting that at a vet clinic (too early for me but some people are into that). Staff was incredibly friendly, and they thought my chinchilla was adorable. They gave me piece of mind when I thought my little girl was sick. Definitely coming back here for her checkups or if something happens to her, God forbid. I'll know she's in good hands here

Great new and immaculate facility for our Frenchie. Takes care of our dogs and provides all the necessary services to keep our dog happy and healthy. Customer service is excellent. Like a Nordstrom experience when explaining and dealing with pricing/packages. Everyone is very nice and have great attitudes. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great bet. Bonus they have free wine and craft beer when you wait

I'm a new owner of a golden retriever puppy. This animal hospital is right around the corner from my place, and they are extremely friendly and careful with each pet that comes in! It's a very loving and friendly facility with each of the workers there. I'm very thankful for how well they've taken care of Ollie and for the patience they've had with me as a first-time dog owner. Ollie is always very happy to visit!

First time taking my 2 year old Goldendoodle Ollie after our big move to Charlotte. The staff was great with him, and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Diaz. Ollie also loved them, and I could tell he felt safe and cared for during our visit. It's easy to say they will be my new veterinarian moving forward. Absolutely Love The staff here! I started going here during COVID, and they have continued to treat my furbaby with the most diligent and thorough care! You can tell that they truly enjoy taking care of animals and you are not rushed in and out. I love the separate rooms for cats vs. dogs. The facility is always super clean and accommodating… i will continue to use them for my vet services!

I can’t say enough great things about QC animal hospital. We’ve been taking our two dogs for around two years, every staff member is so helpful, welcoming and seem to sincerely care for our pups. Anytime I’ve had a concern they’ve helped work us in for a same or next day appointment, which is a huge sense of relief. I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for a vet.

This is the first place I've ever taken my cat that had a space meant for him with a cat tree and lots of windows. I spotted Feliway multi-cat plug-ins in the walls, too. I paid a good price for a work-in sick visit, meds, and a vaccination, and got great advice about my best friend to help him stay healthy generally. Happy to have a spot in this part of town that we can trust.

The entire experience was great, from scheduling, to getting my very anxious dog to be comfortable, all the way through check out and getting my receipt via email. Dr. Cline and Brooke are wonderful. No non-sense reasonably priced care. Will definitely be back!

We brought our Beardie here as she was under the weather. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. This office sees all kinds of exotics and they were so kind and welcoming. Both the vet tech to the vet spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and concerns. They found the problem and we are in the midst of getting her healthy! It was a wonderful experience!

The staff at QCAH are attentive and wonderful with both the patients and their owners! The warm welcome makes you feel at home within the comfortable space. The doctors and techs are very knowledgable in with health care. And if they do not know the answer, they find it and contact you right away to keep your worries away! Would highly recommend to all pet owners!

everything about this clinic was great, the doctors, receptionists, all staff, rooms, everything was great about this. i took my bunny for a checkup thinking it would be an eye to pay but to my surprise it was way less. the prices are relatively low and the doctors were great to my bunny and had treats for him in the room! will definitely be going back again soon!

Our golden Gatsby has been going here since he was 10weeks old! The staff is so attentive and welcoming to us and our fur baby. I think they love him as much as we do! Dr Cline is dedicated and takes the time to explain and answer any questions we have, even if the questions seem silly (Does he slobber too much?). No other place we’d want to take our fur babies!!

It was our first visit at Queen City Animal Hospital and it was incredible! They were very helpful, professional, and kind. The handlers and vet treated my vet-anxious dog with the calmest and most professional care i have ever seen. I was honestly dumbfounded how by the end of our appointment, my dog (that was running around, whinnying, & panicking when we first got there) was now sitting calmly looking up at the vet waiting for more peanut butter. They were amazing!

Queen City Animal Hospital does a phenomenal job of pet care and customer service with the pet parents. Their fear free approach is quickly apparent - my dog loves going to the vet! In fact even after her teeth cleaning she wanted to hang out longer with the team. Highly recommend them! Excellent facility, great communication, stellar service.

Absolutely love this place! The staff was super friendly and informative. Dr. Diaz was just amazing in checking on my beardie and even gave me a really detailed care guide to make sure that I do the right things to take care of him. It’s also really affordable for exotic pets too! Highly recommend coming here for any pet health concerns

These people are the best ever! I love them. When my Cat passed from incurable cancer, all the staff sent a card in the mail, with their condolences. That really warmed my heart. Tbh it made me cry. If I had’ve found them sooner, maybe the outcome would’ve been different… idk, but they really care about people and their pets ❤️

My dog couldn't wait for the vet to come back into the exam room! This place is amazing and just what the neighborhood needed. They offer exactly what your dog needs, nothing extra. There is absolutely no pressure, judgement or guilt tripping. It is the best not feeling like I'm being robbed each time we go. We love it here!

Took our kitten Georgie to Queen City Animal Hospital and we absolutely loved it. The amount of love and treats that the animals get there is amazing. We love that there is a cat waiting room where your cat can play and jump around freely. Best experience we had so far and we will bringing both of our cats from now on here.

Fantastic experience! My older dog is extremely anxious and has always had issues going into the vet. Today was her first visit and she was completely calm walking in and wasn't even that excited to leave, as she usually is. Very happy that I switched to this animal hospital and would highly recommend it to others!

Really awesome staff! My Puppy had his first round of vaccines and wasn’t doing so well. The clinic took the time to do a proper follow up to ensure everything was going well. The puppy was completely fine, and they were very nice about taking the time to reassure everything was okay.

Highly recommend this local vet. Have been in for routine check ups and urgent care and they are always quick to help work whatever need. Very affordable, great communication, and very attentive and personable staff and doctors every time we come in. Lil Miss gives them 4 paws up!

Very pleasant staff who took excellent care of my Great Dane who unfortunately came down with a bad case of kennel cough. They were very transparent with costs and the rationale for the diagnostics used to get him back to health. I’m elated to see Groot back to his playful self.

After an accident, I spent 2 hours on the phone to find an available vet. It was a nightmare. Queen City Animal Hospital was the only one available. They took Jumpie in. He spent there all day and they took great care of him. Great people. Thank you for saving my family member!

Excellent and knowledgeable. Brought a dog there I found to see if she had a chip. Not only did the dog have a chip, but they immediately recognized the dog as one of their patients and took control, called the owner and the dog is now home and safe.
