Firstly, this dentistry has been the best one I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I recently moved to the San Jose area and were looking for a dentist. We found this one on yelp, and because of the location being so close to our house, we decided to just try them out. The first impression we had of them was over the phone. They were so accommodating and willing to be flexible with our schedules. On the first visit, the staff was so kind, everyone greeting you, asking questions to get to know you, and on top of it all, the dentist himself was so kind and gentle in his works. Every time we have gone in since then, we have had such wonderful experiences. All of the staff have been so genuine, helpful, and kind. They even call you days after your appointments to follow-up with you and check to make sure everything went smoothly and that you aren't having any pains! I really appreciate their services and am grateful that the dentist himself is knowledgable and helpful. He talks you through everything he does and is very kind about it all! Definitely recommend this dentistry and am so glad we found this place!

I went in literally quaking in my boots. I needed a great deal of work including multiple extractions. The kind and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. I met Dr. Owais, himself a kind and soft-spoken man, and told him of my fears and about my budget restraints. After a thorough and painless examination I was given options that allowed me to tailor the treatment to my needs and financial situation. Once the real work began I saw right away that Dr. Owais had listened to my concerns. I had several extractions with a minimum of pain both during and following the procedure. I like to ask questions and the doctor was quick to answer and explain what he was doing. I have nearly completed all the procedures and am confident that I will eating steak again one of these days soon. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff, they make every visit easy and pleasant, thanks gals. I don't know how I happened to choose Quality Dental Care but I am sure glad I did and count myself lucky to have done so. Highly recommended!

Worst dentist ever who tried to charge me over $8,000 for two crowns that I don’t even need! Long story short, during my first visit here, the Dr told me that I have cracks and need crowns, without asking if anything was bothering me or I felt pain or discomfort. (I just moved to here, and my previous dentist never said anything about cracks) Second visit, I was given the estimated cost for the crowns for over $8,000 and scheduled a date for surgery. Because of the extreme cost estimation, I got a second opinion, turns out, I don’t have cracks! Just craze lines which do not need crowns, let alone the $8,000 price tag for two crowns! Avoid this place at all cost unless you are willing to pay the crazy price for unnecessary surgeries.

Quality Dental Care and Dr. Owais have taken care of my family and me for as long as Dr. Owais has been in this office. Everyone on the staff is so kind and accommodating. They work with your needs. For instance, my teeth are sensitive to cold, so they go out of their way to make sure there are no cold blasts when I get my teeth cleaned. They always explain what they are doing, chat just enough about daily life to keep your mind off the dental work, have lovely artwork and music to distract from "dentist anxiety," give you affirmation for good dental habits, and treat you as a whole human being. I can't say I will ever look forward to going to the dentist, but Quality Dental Care makes it as positive an experience as it can be!

New to California and didn’t have a primary dentist yet. I looked up a few places and based on reviews I came here. I went in last minute due to one of my wisdom teeth hurting and I only had to wait a few minutes due to my face being swollen and I’m sure they could tell I was in a lot of pain : ( Dentist was able to see me after a few minutes and was able to tell me what was needed. Very professional staff, from the lady at the front desk, to the lady who did my xrays, to the dentist, it was just so nice to see people care. I was amazed how welcoming they all were! Happy I now have a primary dentist to go to. Will recommend this place to others!! Thank you all at Quality Dental Care! : )

Dr. Owais and staff are great!!! I've been to many dentists in San Jose and this have got to be one of the best dentists in town. The staff are friendly and courteous. Dr. Owais and assistant are very knowledgeable, detailed, and informative with every procedure they perform. Dr. Oasis have updated equipment. Their appointment system is one of the best with calendar reminder before the appointment through email and text message. I've recommended my friends and family to here, and they all love the service and attention Dr. Owais and staff given them. I've been a long time patient and will continue to be.

Karen the dental hygienist was awesome!! She did a great job cleaning my teeth, and gave me good recommendations for how to improve my routine. I just genuinely liked her as a person too. She was genuine and listened to my concerns. The dentist was kind, calm, respectful, and soft spoken, which I appreciated. He didn't make me feel rushed (I feel most dentists do) and got me everything I needed. I actually felt a little bad around such a calm person since I'm so high strung (a me problem of course, not a him problem).

I had the worst experience ever with a dentist, my wife got a root canal done and after that she had unbearable pain for 6 months, we complained many times but the doctor was very stubborn denying that this pain caused by that root canal, Until we went to specialist and paid 200$ to make sure that main cause is the bad root canal, After returning to him with the specialist report, he finally said that he had done it wrong after ONE Year !!

I give five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ also would love to say a big thank to all the staff .It was the first time I visited this place to filling and make a Crown for my in front tooth also cleaning . Wonderful job great effort, caring and very friendly. Dr Ovais is very professional and humble. Suzie does very good job at the front desk too .I'm very happy with the place also the performance. It has been always great experience at Quality Dental Care. Doctor Owais is good doctor and always gives me right advice for my teeth. I have been following their advice and not having any further issues since last three years. Their staff is also really professional and helpful. I would suggest everyone to see doctor Owais.

Dr Owais has been my primary dentist for about 10 years now, and on 2/15/16 I had my first crown work done, and as usual everyone there was very nice and welcoming, and they always make sure you're comfortable while you're there. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I am very happy with the care of Owais Zaidoon and his team. They are all super friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that I get every single step of treatment explained, the examination is very thorough and if you have to get some work done they take great care of you.

Nice small dental practice ideal for the people who live nearby. Not crowded. Skilled hygienist. Doctor is nice and tells it like it is, but doesn’t push you to do things you don’t want to do. The staff are all very professional and kind.

Dr. Owais has been my doctor for the last two years. He is talented, attentive, and very friendly. The staff was professional and friendly. I plan to stay with Quality Dental for years to come.
