This is the go-to place in Tianmu for people with fine hair. Excellent cuts, dyes, the works. Paul has a professional eye to solve even the most dramatic 'accidents' requiring do-overs. A friendly and engaging atmosphere. No weird black n gold mirrored posh, but clean, well stocked and fresh... If you want old, cockroach infested couches and cheapo hack jobs, please go elsewhere.
