[I’m posting this on behalf of my parents.] We employed Pure Movers in San Jose to move part of our home to an assisted living residence. Because they did such an excellent job, we thought that a review and comments were deserved. We tried Pure because their ratings showed them the highest in the San Jose area and our conversations with them were thorough and helpful. A list of items important to us follows: * Customer service were available immediately. They evaluated what was needed and scheduled the appropriate number of movers. * They spelled out pricing, and the pricing was accurate. * They checked to make sure that we were still ready to move as scheduled. * 3 guys and a truck showed up on time * The team packed everything and delivered to destination and unpacked and placed furniture where requested * Team worked hard till all was complete and then took packing and boxes away * From heaviest rolltop desk and large bedstead to the most delicate items, all were loaded and delivered without damage. * Daniel’s team was courteous, efficient, and very careful of everything * The team had a sense of humor, which helped on a tough day.

Bill and his team were AMAZING!!! Our booking experience was seamless, we even had to change our move date last minute and they were so accommodating. The team showed up on time on the dot and worked so hard and carefully to move our entire house - no stone was unturned! They helped box everything and were incredibly careful with our precious items including plants, instruments and heirlooms. I was SO impressed with their work and how helpful they were when it came to installing everything into our new house. Not a single thing broken or even scuffed, they were SO professional and kind despite a 10 hr move on a hot summer day. I highly recommend Pure Moving and Bill’s team to anyone, they are the best!!!

Everything about the moving process was so much easier because of Pure Moving. After requesting a quote, I immediately received a call from Austin who walked me through the process and pricing. He even called the day before my move to check in and see what I needed! Dima and his crew were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They got right to work when they showed up and never stopped! Other companies wanted to charge me for everything - using blankets, plastic wrap, etc. But Pure offered me a flat rate and I am glad I went with 3 movers instead of 2. I'll never move without hiring movers again and I'd definitely go with Pure in the future.

Dima and crew were great! They were professional, friendly, and hard working. I had multiple moves in a week and they were happy to assist with all of them. They even packed up my entire kitchen for me. Every mug, plate, glass, appliance etc was carefully wrapped and thoughtfully placed into the boxes. Nothing was broken or damaged upon arrival. My house had multiple flights of stairs and they were able to get all the heavy furniture and even a glass cabinet down the stairs carefully. Dima and his team were great to work with and I would use their services again in a heartbeat (but hopefully I won’t have to move again for a while!)

I was in need of movers quick and had a decent amount of boxes with no help of my own. I inquired and got a quote immediately and was able to secure two movers and a truck within the week. Both gentlemen were friendly and fast, wrapped everything and gave me options along the way, since I had a few items still unpacked. Overall, I plan on using them in the near future for the second part of my move and hope to have the same friendly service people. Price was good and I appreciate they give you choices with no pressure to up sale.

I used Pure Moving Company for a local move, and it was a great experience. Dima and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They had equipment that made the process way smoother and faster. They were very careful with the furniture and used protective wrapping on everything that wasn't already in a box.They were also just generally considerate and nice to interact with. I'll definitely be using Pure Moving Company again next time I move.

This is our third time using Pure Moving and the experience has always been amazing! They always check in and make sure they have enough people to make sure the job is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Daniel and Simon were amazing! They will even helped with last minute packing and organization! Basically, they're a great company, I've worked with them on multiple occasions, and will continue to call them for future moves!

We had a wonderful experience using Pure Moving company! We have never used a moving company before and were definitely nervous but they made it very straightforward and easy. The movers showed up perfectly on time and completed our move in a very quick time, they were professional and took care of all of our items. Moving with pure moving company was a breeze. Max and his team were super professional and amazing at their job. The employees are friendly and professional. They work hard and efficiently. They've finished well before the quoted time-frame and were careful with our items. We couldn't be happier!

Ali and his crew did a great job. We had a really tough move with tons of stairs on both ends, and dozens of boxes of books. They showed up promptly and were able to complete our move in one day, even when I was worried that it would go over (which has happened to us in the past with other movers). I would definitely hire Pure Moving again.

Dima and crew were great at moving things and wrapping delicate items quickly. Super friendly, and professional I appreciate that they asked good questions. Pricing is a bit expensive (caught them during busy season) for movers but, you get what you pay for. Would recommend, hopefully you don’t have as much stuff as us to save on time.

Dima and his team from pure moving were AMAZING!! They were very polite, considerate and helpful! they went above and beyond, driving the moving truck for a long-distance destination 4 hours away SAME DAY! Even offering to assemble new furniture I happened to have in a box at my new address! Woukd recommend and hire again any time!

Dima, Semen, and Madyar were fantastic. They were professional, excellent communicators throughout the move, and had experience managing moves within Sf which can be difficult (small spaces, old buildings, parking, etc). I would highly recommend them to anyone moving and would use them again in the future.

Dima and his crew were very efficient with packing and wrapping everything, were careful with all of my items, and communicated well upon arrival. Also very friendly and enjoyable to work with. This is my second move with Pure Moving and will continue to use them in the future!
