1 star for location 1 star for the stock team keeping it up 1 star for literally everyone else except the customer service desk. If you go to that desk experiencing problem - they will make you feel like YOU are in fact deplorable garbage and helping you is their absolute worst inconvenience. Case in point- I was grabbing Publix made food and a tangent spaghetti fell off the shelf and smeared my leg and the floor (8/1/2023 5:45ish PM) I had created a mess, but instead of leaving it I went up to customer service to see if anyone could assist me/ and notify of the accidental mess on the floor. I was treated with dead eyes, silence, eye rolls, reluctance, muttering. I even offered to pay for the spaghetti that was spilled and the employee didn’t bother to so much as look at me or communicate with me. I was already so embarrassed but the employee made me feel SO much worse. No shred of empathy in the interaction Second case in point: My wife had placed a sub order one evening and I went to pick it up. It was not available in the case even though I was 15 minutes later than the pickup time. I asked an employee *at customer service* why my sub might be delayed and the response I received (while they were talking with other staff behind the desk) was “they’re backed up tonight”. I waited several more minutes and asked several more times… “it’s been about 30 minutes… 40 minutes and other people’s subs have been brought out” to the response …”they’re backed up tonight”. I waited 45 minutes beyond delivery time before I started getting frustrated and the employee at customer service *finally* went back to check on my and another customers order (who at that point had been waiting 20 minutes). As the employee *slowly* walked back to customer service while chatting with the customer service desk *manager* she handed me the sub and stated… “oh I guess it’s been back there”. There was no single shred of empathy in the interaction. Third case: An employee scrutinized my wife at self checkout while she was having a problem scanning and imputing a produce code. Literally watched her struggle. My wife put in the next best code; paid for her entire grocery purchase… and then was immediately approached by the self checkout employee to inform her that she had under-paid for the produce that was *clearly and observed* by the employee giving her issues. This employee was suddenly able step in to recheck and have her pay for the remainder of the goods which she was entirely willing… but why watch her struggle, see her pay, and then *wait* to help after seeing her pay and then accusing her of trying to pay less? How embarrassing… again, no shred of empathy. This has not been my full experience at this Publix, as there have been many helpful employees… but the lack of empathy displayed on a daily and customer to customer basis here is NOT what Publix quality and customer care is known for. Footnote Edit: The hot food rack at deli is NEVER HOT ENOUGH. Luke warm coming off every time. Get someone to check those temps and raise the temperature on the rack to keep it in a safe zone- it’s mostly chicken!
I went to Publix today 11/2 I called beforehand to ensure they had the Mardi Gras wings I love. I talked to DeMarcus the Manager before going to the store was telling him how on my last visit I purchased 2 orders of wings got home one had 20 pieces the other order had 19 pieces. I reminded him that I have to pay cash for the wings since they're a hot item. I wished they had the wings cold so I could use my food stamps to purchase. All the manager did was say he was sorry about them collecting all their money and shorted me!! I told the manager about this before going to the store. Got to the store they have started giving 20 wings. Glad I counted mines in the store it was only 18 wings!! Come on Publix you're getting all your money but not giving all of what we're paying for!! Why can't the wings be counted when they're putting them in the container?? I SUGGEST EVERYBODY COUNT YOUR WINGS PUBLIX NOT GIVING ALL THE WINGS!! The wings were salty and burnt see the pictures below!! Also why we can't put more than one review?? Why I have to edit my review to speak about a new issue? Shopping is getting NOT TO BE PLEASURE like the standards have gone down at the Hank Aaron location. I have been given incorrect information over the phone, left on a long hold like today when I called customer service the lady put me on hold and walked away from the phone it seemed that long then she transferred me to prepared food where I listened to the phone ringing too death. I called back let the young lady in customer service know I had called prepared foods first nobody answered and when she dumped me on them they didn't answer then either. Shopping not a pleasure if nobody answers the phone at the store or answers the phone to help. Where are the employees that make shopping a pleasure because they're NOT at the Hank Aaron location!! A bunch of lazy people doing enough to get by where is that award winning customer service the company was founded on?? Definitely missing at the Hank Aaron location♀️♀️♀️
YES!!! It is finally open though the other remaining buildings are under construction. The parking is spacious and there is underground or lower level parking as well. Just be careful the entrance into the plaza is a little narrow. When you go in, there is an entrance and exit, bakery is all the way in the left corner of the store away from the busy produce and sandwhich section, I was told you can make your cake orders there and pick it up at a more convenient location, the customer service area. You will notice the store has two levels... one for the typical grocery shopping experience, and another is an upper loft space with additional bathrooms, sink, microwave, couches, and tables. Kind of an eatery style area for those on the run who would like to eat at the store or for my case, to duck away and relax, snack while allowing mom to take her time grocery shopping. Almost all refrigerated items are neatly tucked and stored behind glass doors. When you first go in, there is the famous Deli area where you can get your fill of sandwhiches, chicken, salads, cheeses, and even sushi. For those in a rush to the right of that area contains curated quick ready to eat or microwave meal options. Everything else is super! There is a pharmacy(no drive thru) and Floral dept. Seafood is small but sufficient.
Every time I order a sandwich online, it’s never ready. NEVER! I have to tell customer service & wait for sandwich to be made a HOUR after scheduled pick up time. Today I waited two hours after scheduled pickup time to pick up sandwich.. got there and was told someone STOLE my sandwich! Customer service said the only thing they could do was print out a receipt and I would have to wait an additional 30 mins for another sandwich to be made bc ppl was in front of me. Technically I was in front of those ppl for I ordered two hours before them smh. One time I went to pick up and had to wait 45 mins for my sandwich, customer service gave me a discount for waiting. The sandwiches be good but the way in which they operate and turn around time for making sandwiches and online orders is the worst in the city! I haven’t seen any improvement either and I been ordering from here since they recently opened. I have this problem with no other publix
I was there the first day they opened at 9 am to get some groceries and because they were on their A game everything went very smoothly. I grabbed some staples and a chicken tender sub. Not even a week has passed however and the deli service is already sub par. I go in again at 9 am (I am getting off a graveyard shift) and again go to order a chicken sub. They start making the sandwich, get bread and cheese etc. then they tell me actually the chicken won’t be ready for ten minutes. They have been open for two hours, half the subs on the board are chicken tenders, including this week’s special. I choose something else, and rather than let me re-select bread and cheese for a different sandwich, they just put stuff on top. Over dressed and over salted, I actually didn’t even finish the thing. Threw half of it away because I was so dissatisfied. Get it together, it has been less than a week.
I first came into this Publix on its first day open and it was great. Super clean, all employees very friendly. Later that weekend, I ordered some subs for pickup and had a great experience. Today, I did not have a good experience. I placed an order at 5:03 for a 5:45 pickup and arrived at the store just after 6. The subs were not made, and I had to ask multiple employees for help. When someone finally was able to help me and told me they hadn’t started on them, there was no apology and not even any eye contact with me. She just told me they were busy and an hour behind. Yet I had placed my order an hour before. Sandwiches weren’t ready until 6:25, 40 minutes late. I’m very excited to have this in the neighborhood but disappointed the service has already gone down. I understand things get busy and mess ups happen, but a simple apology would have gone a long way. I hope this improves.
When this first opened up it was a great experience! Kind staff, fast service at the deli, and it really was exciting to have a new Publix in the area. Today, everything was terrible. I ordered a sub at noon, set pickup for 110, got there at 110 and there were multiple people waiting for their pickups. I had to wait until 145 before I ever got my subs. No apologies made, just rude service and they weren’t even making our subs. We watched the line go through at the deli quicker than it ever took to get our subs. I then went to a register to have them ring me up where two employees just conversed the whole time- one on the cashier side and the other on the customer side and she was trying to get a free bag. We sat there for 5 minutes waiting to be serviced and ended up having to carry all of our items to self checkout and finally leave. Infuriating to say the least.
The deli department needs a lot of work. If Jimmy Johns can make a sandwich in 30 seconds, what is the rocket science behind a Publix sandwich? It's 1:30 on a Thursday and the Turkey Cranberry sub is back for a limited time. There's no BH Turkey sliced. The griddle is broke and the bacon can't be heated. The person on sandwich toppings (Andrea) clearly doesn't want to be there. She told me that she's been there since 6:30 without a break and she's not even supposed to be working that zone. How do I know this? She volunteered this information after I told her what I wanted on my sandwich. Seriously! Managers are slipping. Do better! Manage! Motivate! Plan! This is all purposeful for excellent customer service. If I want bad service, I will go to Walmart. Yes I said it. #Consultant #CustomerService
We came to the grand opening today and again in the evening to grab dinner and it did not disappoint. The story is so clean and beautifully stocked. The sub was great and the tenders were delicious! Super crispy and tender. I’m so glad this Publix is 1 mile away. I’ll definitely be a regular. Welcome to the neighborhood! **UPDATE** I really hate to do this, because this is my new Publix and I’m a frequent shopper, but management needs to see this. This was originally 5 stars, but I bumped it to 3 stars. RETRAIN or REHIRE the entire deli department. This is probably the most unorganized and slowest Publix deli I’ve ever been to. The employees are more concerned with gossiping than making the sandwiches. It really shouldn’t be this difficult, nor take this long to make a sandwich/sub.
It's convenient since I work nearby. So it's easy to get lunch and make it back on time with moderate planning. Everything was nearly perfect until the parking lot collapse. That kinda ruined parking for a few weeks. Other than that business as usual. They were operating as normally as possible. Sandwich area is pretty slow though. And I don't think they place optimal and efficient employees in that area also there are a ton of manager/supervisor types that don't appear to get their hands dirty or help with rushes. But overall a great location. They service a large community and is convenient for a variety of people of different ages and at different stages of life.
I'm impressed with this new Publix and do plan to shop there more often. Their prices are a little higher based on the area and new of the store I feel but it's not too crazy that I can't manage. My one complaint is the cleanliness of the woman's restroom. I don't understand how one stall can be out of order and there being toilet paper and other trash on the floor. Also, the floor needed to be mopped. Again, I enjoyed shopping in the store and getting some new products that I haven't seen before. Staff is nice and was working to get items stocked. Store was clean overall and I felt protected with the police presence outside and a guard walking around.
For this to be a new store, the deli needs some work, the workers have really bad attitudes. Today was the worst, the workers were arguing amongst each other, people’s sandwiches weren’t being made right, and a worker who was apparently trying to go on break (as she loudly stated while in line) complained that she was going to get her food before she clocked out for break, but because the wait was so long she proceeded to go back and make her own sandwich as a line full stood by and watch. They really need to work on there customer service skills. It was unprofessional to say the least.
I was excited that this Publix open because it close to where I live. Unfortunately, there is a mixture of employees with great customer service and terrible customer service. The employees that work the deli in the meat section are not customer friendly . I came in to buy some meat and cheese at the deli and I stand there for 7 mins. There was five employees working that area they just look at me and said nothing, and went on to do something else. Therefore, I left and went to the other Publix nearby. Management need to work with these employees about customer service skills.
YES THIS PLACE IS IN A NICE LOCATED AND IT'S CAME AT THE RIGHT TIME FOR THE COLLEGE STUDENTS ALSO FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD ALONG WITH ALL OF THOSE ELDERS WHO DON'T HAVE CAR'S AND ALSO IT'S IN WALKING DISTANCE WHO'S IS ABLE TO WALK TO THAT VERY NICE LOVELY GROCERY STORE AND SHOP DID IS REALLY GOOD FOR EVERYONE ELSE WHO'S LOVE TO SHOP AT THIS PLACE AT LEAST FOR SURE I GIVE THE GROCERY STORE %PERCENT MAKING IT HAPPEN FOR SURE WE ALL COULD BE SAFE OUT THERE IN THE PLACE IS LOCATED AT A VERY NICE LOCATION AGAIN FOR REAL
This publix is so slow with their services. The hot food line is always long and it takes a long time to get any of the food. The sub sandwich line is always wrapped around the corner and it takes forever just to get a sandwich. If you order ahead of time it takes forever to even get the order even if you come at the scheduled time of your online order, it won’t be ready. the service is really bad. I wish they would hire some more people and get better Customer Service. More training is needed for faster service.
This is one of the worst Publix I’ve ever been to. Publix is one of those places where you know everyone is going to be helpful and do it with a smile but sorry, I’ve never gotten that at this location. Everyone walks around looking mad, they don’t speak, they walk away when you’re trying to ask a question or for help and the sandwich line is always crazy! I literally just left out of here and left the basket as well… I’ll spend my money where I feel wanted! Publix, Y’all need to fix this!!!
The Deli is a mess. So inconsistent. Staff is slower than the sloth from Zootopia at the DMV. No sense of urgency. I have to repeat my order multiple times. They keep passing my sandwich to the other person. People that were behind me get their sandwiches finished before me which makes zero sense. Why can’t one worker just make the sandwich just like every other Publix? Lack of care, lack of understanding and lack of intuition. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Need to do better
First time shopping at this location, and it will definitely be my last. There are so many unfriendly, unprofessional workers. The deli is a disaster! My cashier Jasmine and a young guy stocking on the floor were the only workers I encountered with great customer service. Hopefully, Jasmine's beautiful and friendly demeanor will help the young lady who was bagging for her. She kept throwing and slamming my food items in the bags with attitude ♀️
It was hideous. It was to order something at the bakery and for 15 minutes I had to stand there and never got acknowledged and stood there while a girl told her man yelling at the top of her lungs about her daddy in jail for murder. And got to hear them say the N word repetitively. Ready your audience people. We all have things happen life!! Time and place for everything. You are in customer service. Service the customer !!
I only buy fresh fruit from here, they usually have the best fresh fruits, until last week, the plums was ripe and the Peaches was too hard and not juicy and the nectarines wasn't write there were too hard also. I don't know what happened to the Fresh Ripe fruit that they advertised. I'm disappointed in Publix this time. Everyone knows that fresh fruit cost more but the quality wasn't worth the price.
Horrible service. Last I checked, the deli food was supposed to be served hot or warm, at least. Picked up some shrimp and chicken for my daughter. It couldn’t have been colder and had been sitting there longer. Meanwhile, there is one woman working the deli counter, who walks away for 15 minutes. Assistant store manager standing right by chatting it up with another employee. Just disrespectful of customers time.
Store already going to be a disaster like others no customer service I ask a worker could she go check on my sandwich order since I waited in area for pickup for a while she look at me and walked away others workers just walking around gossiping only 2 containers of cut out fruit deli line wrap around store with one worker bread on sandwich taste so old as if the store had it months before they open complete mess
Waited an hour for a Publix Sub that I ordered online that was supposed to be ready at 1:45 and never got. Ended up leaving at 2:45 because they literally were not making my order. The woman at the service station would go back multiple times and nothing was being made. Ridiculous and terrible service highly recommend not ordering at the deli here. You guys need to learn how to properly train your employees.
Stopped at this Publix for lunch to grab a salad or some New England Clam Chowder if they had made some. I often stop at a Publix for lunch since I don't eat fast food. I've been eating New England Clam Chowder since I can remember but this Publix has the BEST Clam Chowder I've EVER HAD!! Today is day 2 of stopping in here specifically for this soup. I was in the area while working and couldn't resist!
This was my first visit to the bakery. I am so thankful to the bakery worker with a Jamaican accent, so sorry I did not get her name. She accommodated me picking up my cake order early. I did see her get reprimanded by who I perceive was her supervisor, which is a shame. I hope that this woman’s kindness was not met with getting in trouble. I really appreciate her help and She did a great job!
Yolanda is the the most vibrant employee I've met in a while. She was uplifting, helpful and attentive when we had a customer service need while in the store. Most of the young folk in here speak and were polite and smart . They are navigating a challenge with the parking due to an unforeseen incident very well and even the security presence in site is professional and not off putting.
If I could give no stars I would This cashier Miranda and her manager Samantha was horrible her attitude was horrendous I pride businesses that hold customer service at the forefront. Do not go to this location. If their employees are not having a good day they do not need to work in customer service Have made a corporate complaint and would love to speak to the store manager John Turner
Being from Florida, I was raised on Publix. I love the fact that we now have one in the neighborhood however, maybe they haven't gotten a grasp on how much food to order. I love the layout of the store but they are always out of something I need to complete my meal. I started going back to the Publix at Madison Yards until the Summerhill Publix can get and keep certain foods stocked.
It was clean products on self and I always good chicken always clean employees nice they always remind me of one good sales the lines are always moving fast so would it objective list of item as I go through the express line with 10 items less I purchased my cheeses puff one of my favorite snacks? Only to discover when I arrives home because the bag was busted open now Publix
Very clean store, that easily could have gotten a 5 but I have had some issues with the quality of chicken in the hot food and th deli wait can be a little time consuming. The store is still new and they are ironing out the issues which were rectified each time I visited and addressed it with the manager. I am certain in a few months I will give them a 5 out of 5.
It's one of the best Publix here in Atlanta I'm from Miami,FL. and been here for just about 2 years it clean , great location, affordable saving and pricing the employees are always nice and very pleasant helpful the store is always busy at a nice pace, the shells always stocked... And food always fresh got to love shopping at Publix where is your pleasure....
Publix has been closed; with that said, I hope management has pulled all expired products off the shelves and out of the freezer sections. There are more than enough employees there to prevent this from happening. When I go back, I will update and change my rating. Because if I see it again, I will pull everything off myself. Management be aware.
Food selection is good, staff have been great. Love the bakery options and the self checkout has like 10 registers so the line moves quickly. Wish their international isle was a little more diversified and had niche things besides "Old El Paso", but overall a really solid store and happy to have something in Summerhill.
The new Publix Super Market at Summerhill is the best grocery store south of I-20 in ATL. This is a really nice Publix with an excellent deli. It's unfortunate that they had a truck damage their parking deck, but they're open again and doing their best. This is definitely by preferred local grocery store now.
I ordered $250 in sandwich trays on Sunday for pickup on Saturday. I requested mayo and mustard packets. At pick up they had no mustard. I asked to be comped at bottle of mustard. I was given a small bowl of mustard and a spoon. Very classless on the part of the deli manager. A bottle of mustard was $1.99.
Total failure Publix! you should be embarrassed. caused constr.traffic for a year only to build a parking lot that collapsed on your customers. which upon semi-reopen created chaos to get IN to building. again. now closed on a holiday??? if this is how poorly you run your biz - why trust you with our FOOD?
Very pleasant experience I got everything I forgot the canola oil but I didn't go down the aisle where the oil was located. I did good not to have a list the only thing I didn't see was sliced watermelon .. The grapefruit was a little high at $2.00 a piece for one and the pack was $7.00 for 8 grapefruit.
The WORST deli i’ve ever experienced. The store itself is run unorganized and slow. Customer service has attitudes and management is unhelpful and i know it’s annoying people having the same problem coming to you but a 40 minute wait on a sun that as ordered online is absolutely ridiculous.
I did an online order and was not ready an hour after and the older lady with dreads with green tips Publix associate has a very nasty attitude to be in customer service. She does not need to be working in the deli department busiest department in the store poor customer service.
All publix stores need a separate Sub/Sandwich station for fulfilling online orders. The subs are extremely good and popular so the employees work triple hard trying to handle the long line and complete online orders. It usually takes 2hr for an online order pickup . …
I really have to spotlight the employees at this Publix in particular. They are some of the most professional I've encountered and it's really nice to see how hard these employees are working to make it easier for me to walk in and get what I need. Thanks for a great experience
Employees are friendly and helpful. I had a message written on a pre-made cake. They followed my instructions perfectly and it was ready for pickup the same day! (I made the order first thing in the morning.) My husband and I are so happy a publix has opened closer to us!
On Thursday August 31,2023 It took me 45 minutes to get a sub sandwich from the deli. The employees were very slow not trained and couldn’t multi task. This has to change! I asked to talk to the store manager but apparently he did not want to talk to me.
As Publix goes its expensive however the store is clean and bright so was the parking lot. Some employees were reluctant in giving directions for the items I wanted customer service is a must Publix Market opened June 21,2023 and closed September 2023.
The pharmacy is terrible the pharmacy manager is rude, upnotches,I will never go back to there pharmacy I think he's racist, he had the nerve to tell me to go back to my old pharmacy because I was calling everyday to check on a bank order prescription.
I’m not feeling the deli sandwich shop. I can’t understand why 3-4 people have to make one sandwich. That’s a lot of people talking over your sandwich! Why can’t one person make your sandwich?? I don’t like the sandwich assembly line!! Disgusting!!!!
Fresh, fresh, and fresh! Visited during the lunch hour while in Atlanta. Was greeted by a bustling and quick moving array of transparent food prep. I was in lunch choice playground. I finally decided on the freshly prepared sushi. YUMMY. …
It would be a lot nicer after they had the ATM machine working it seem like every time you go up there it always empty or there's some reason why you can't withdraw money from it it's a good store it just a ATM machine is never working
Don’t come here unless you have 45 minutes to wait for your deli meat. This has been over 6 visits that they take 26 minutes to even be SEEN, not even ordering. This manager pays no attention to the boars head counter that’s for sure.
Finally I got some GOOOOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PUBLIX. A young lady in the deli , QUEEN is her name. VERY POLITE, VERY HELPFUL, TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dear Publix , I WISH SHE COULD BE CLONED……..P.S.SHE’S A KEEPER.❤️
This Publix is the worst in all the land, I promise you the customer service is the worst and no matter what you are getting, expect to spend a ridiculous amount in time waiting, did I mention the customer service is horrendous
Ordered two batches of chocolate covered strawberries. They were ready as expected. I always call after i make bakery orders online to ensure that it's taken care of. I like this publix. Hopefully, it stays ghetto-free.
This is a new location. I visited the second day after opening. The store is large, clean, and stock. The staff is great and willing to help in any way. There is plenty of parking and easy access. I would recommend it.
Store is new but you can tell that they do not clean and it hasn't been a full week. All workers in the deli section seem to tend to sub lines only. Waited 10 minutes for meat and cheese and I was the only one in line.
Big fan of Publix and this store being 1.7 miles from our place is amazing! While it’s not here in Castleberry Hill, it’s closer and super convenient w/ a lower parking deck, which is nice in inclement weather.
Shopping is a pleasure at this new HUGE Publix! My new place for grocery shopping. It's in Summer Hill, but easy to access from Midtown. Plenty of items in-stock and friendly associates that are willing to help
Gorgeous interior, wide selection. There is also ample parking, and their deli is delicious. This Publix is actually a really great grocery shopping experience, huge selection of products, great pub subs.
I LOVE the store. Perfect little modern Publix near home. I would have given it 5 stars but some of the employees are not very friendly. The gentlemen who helped me at self checkout clearly hated his job.
So clean! The produce was fresh, which is so much better than the Kroger that was the option before. Leaps and bounds above anything we had in this area. Please keep it up. I would love to keep coming.
Okay y’all already know. Publix always got it goin on. Food depot who? Walmart where? Ingles huh? Kroger?? Never heard of her. Shopping is a pleasure baby!! Best cakes, subs, fruit, wings, EVERYTHING!
Very clean and it's publix! Give me the subs you know. They get super busy at the deli so I suggest using the app. Overall great selection of beer and wine and everything.,....and like i said- clean.
Our newest store grand opening Publix. We just love to shop here easy self check out oh and there nice dining area upstairs elevator accessible, eat first to build up tour energy then shop is awesome
Brand new !! Place is awesome. Fresh produce. Deli department is clean. Summerhill welcomes you Publix... ps.. why is it, that every time I go there... I smell weed in the parking lot ?... LOL...
The ladies in the deli department Ms.Jackie..,Kawanna, & Lakendra prepared our salads with love!! These ladies were so friendly . Publix located in Summerhill . I appreciate ppl like these women.
This branch of Publix has to have the most pleasant employees in the entire country. Service with a smile, every time. That plus the pristine environment makes grocery shopping a real pleasure.
First time in the new Publix, which is very clean and spacious. Thanks for coming this side of town. Please think about putting one on Metropolitan Ave. South West Atlanta is a good desert.
Wish I could have given it a 0 star. All the cheese and meat section was expired, MOLDED or about to be expired. So be aware, thought a new store would pay attention to these things more.
Really wanted a delicious buffalo chicken pub sub. Ended up waiting 40 minutes just for no sub at all. There was absolutely no organization. Someone help them please. It was pure chaos.
Worst Publix I have ever been to. Shrimp at the deli were inedible. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and no one there has no sense of urgency whatsoever. I'd like my $7 bucks back. DISGUSTING
Always long lines, not really friendly to the people of the community. You're not really geared up. Don't know what to do with healthcare cards. Just a totally bad experience.
I'm just happy to have more fresh groceries within a mile radius of me. When this area gets a Whole Foods or smaller and better stocked grocery stores - it's game over.
Brand new, easy to navigate, friendly service and clean. Similar in size and layout to Madison Yards location. But you get what you pay for - no bargain pricing here.
This is the worst Publix in Atlanta, customer service is horrible and the deli line stays out of the door, no one helps no one cares…just pure ignorant and ghetto
Store is very now and clean just don’t ever ever do a pick-up order here unless you’re willing to wait over an hour. I would suggest just ordering in line instead
I love the location and set up but the young ladies in the deli great job gets tough with a lot of customers long line but thanks for pushing through Britney
Loved this place, everyone was so friendly, the store Manger was very engaging. Everything was bright and clean. I will shop here on my way home from work.
It's always a pleasure to shop here. The prices are a bit high, which is to be expected with Publix, but the customer service provided makes it worth it.
They just built this place and the parking deck is already collapsing... clearly they cut corners on building costs and yet they're still overpriced...
The sandwich line is so slow. I ordered an online sub, which was supposed to be ready at 105pm. I waited in the store until it was ready at 248 pm.
This Publix I a breath of fresh air in this area. Manager Jesus is the right fit for this store location. He's responsive and customer-friendly.
I can walk 2 Publix now today was my 1st very nice & fast got in & out in mins been waiting on this store for a while finally here lol thx y’all
Good store, clean and well stocked. The customers were a bit rude, blocking aisles, not putting their carts back, etc. Not the store's fault.
Had a great experience...found exactly what I was looking for ..but most of all I loved the buy one get one for free campaign...keep that up
This store is brand new and so clean. The deli is huge and much needed in the area. Great place to shop if your looking for healthy choices.
The overall service is by far one of the worst experience EVER at any Publix I’ve ever visited. The management completely dropped the ball.
Great place to pick up groceries...Ive never had a sub from there and dont think I want to as irate as folks are about their "pub sub" lol
Glad Publix seeded a store in this neighborhood. Much needed and we appreciate it. Very clean, and organized like most other Publixs are.
It was busy and the lady at the deli was left to work alone. The line was long but she stayed calm under pressure. I wish I knew her name
The deli is the bomb and the ladies making salad and sandwiches are so professional and sweet. I got some great deals from the location.
Good afternoon it's been awhile since I did some reviews let's get I usually do not like to give and negative lights but but here we go
A great addition to the neighborhood. Plenty of parking and walking distance to other shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood.
I felt safe... a lot of security and police around. The lines at the deli are always long, but the workers work with a purpose!!!
Wow! Southside has a fancy grocery store now. The incredible store has a great deli with lots of lunch options—my new Publix.
The parking is on the Frazer Street side and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Y experience was very good.
They've got kinks to work out, but they are getting there. Happy addition to the neighborhood. #parking #hole #in #the #deck
Best thing to happen to the community was getting this much needed grocery store. This and the pharmacy was a must have. ❤️
A great to shop. Excellent employees. Very clean store. Great prices. Will recommend this store to my family and friends.
When you talk to the management they act like you are invisible. When you say hello to management they don't speak back
Brand new and private parking underground. Nice employees and the community is definitely enjoying this new location.
Brand new so things can always change but very nice set up, and the employees are really friendly and helpful.
