Updated review. Bring your own LED headlamp if you plan on spending any time rearranging or pulling items out of your unit. Otherwise plan to wave your arms around in the dark to get the motion sensors to switch the lights back on every so many minutes. In fairness, other storage facilities in the area are adopting the same approach, which I dislike. If you whack your head on concrete in the dark you get to take that to small claims. You do not have to buy a lock from Public Storage, you can use your own. You can use your own insurance carrier as well to cover the contents of your locker if you choose. I had a billing issue, and after speaking with the staff and the district manager, that issue was resolved today fairly and quickly, so I've changed my rating to four stars. Just understand that if you sign something, sign it on the morning you are ready to move in because you are billed on the day you sign any agreement, whether you sign at 9 a.m. or at 4:59 p.m., 30 seconds before the facility closes for the day. In either case, they will bill you for the entire day regardless of the date of your online reservation. I think this should be explained up-front to customers. I was told that my agreement (the long document that I signed electronically at the counter) would be emailed to me. It hasn't show up yet. Staff did resend the "Gate Code Information" but I don't see the actual legal agreement that I signed. I'll ask again, maybe that is a system issue on their end. You do not receive a paper copy of your contract when you sign up. Month to month contract: What that means, though, is that your introductory rate can be changed two or three or five months from when you lease a space. The answer that staff gives out is this: "You can write and ask that your rent be kept at where it is and your request will be considered." Well, okay, do you have the time to write a letter like this each and every month asking that your rent remain at the rate you thought you were getting? What assurance do you have that your request will be taken seriously? Answer: none. Other storage facilities in the area, such as the old Moishe's, now "Storage Post," are taking the same approach. Storage Post re-painted their logos on the outside of the Moishe's facility, they swapped out their fluorescent tube lighting for LED lights that auto-shut off after about 10 minutes. And they keep the building quite a bit colder in the Winter than it used to be. I don't see any of these changes as a facilities "improvement" that would justify increasing my monthly rate a great deal. But they increased rates anyways. With Public Storage, when you reserve online, you'll notice that they only indicate whether your unit is in the basement or on some upper floor, but they don't tell you which floor. I walked in and was told I was on the 6th floor. For certain floors in this space there is exactly one elevator that will take you to that floor. One elevator, that's a fact. You may want to ask about elevator access for any unit you are thinking about renting. Access by two elevators matters when the building is busy with people moving items in and out. Better yet, Public Storage could provide that information (what floor the unit you are trying to reserve is located) online at the time you make a reservation. The staff onsite are friendly, polite, and professional. The building is kept clean. They don't make provision for throwing out boxes so far as I can tell. It's as if the five or six storage provides in the area all talk to one another because over the past seven years, they've all made similar unwelcome changes. My advice is: sell it, dump it, leave it behind if you are moving into the neighborhood. There are no great storage options. I give Public Storage's building high marks, as well as the staff. Their hours of operation are on the short side. Their online booking system could be improved. I thank the district manager, and the onsite manager Brian, for taking care of the billing issue today. A rep just called me and tried to confirm the time I was coming in to sign the paperwork. Someone had rescheduled my move in date. I told him it was wrong, but that we already had plans to come in to see the unit to make sure we were getting the appropriate unit for us. He started snapping at us condescendingly asking, “So, you’re just coming in to see empty space.” We were essentially, but that was our business and it would’ve cost him nothing. He then hung up on us before we were finished talking. We called back to tell him that he hung up on us. He said, “I thought we were finished talking.” He wouldn’t listen to anything we were saying and was talking over us reading from a canned response page. We never said anything rude to him. We have ultimately decided to not store our items here, and anyone who would like to be treated with respect and dignity should avoid this place. This person should never work in a customer-facing position of any kind. This interaction took place at 3:40pm in Tuesday, 10/29/19.

I went into the Public Storage today to find out prices and to know what it looks like and what is the process of moving in. I stepped into the office and at a blink of an eye i was greeted by two lovey men by the name of Hector and I believe the other was Matt.They asked me what my name was and number and went down a list of what i was storing. First i was a little freaked out and asked why did they need that information their response was to get me the best size unit that fit my budget and that caught my attention that they cared about not how much money the are trying to pull from me but what worked best for my pocket. They were so sweet and honest and gave me a very straight forward tour of the building. I got an understanding of different sizes security prices and promotions. I had an amazing experience and will be exited to move in possibly June.Everything was basically just for future knowledge so i know what to do and where to go. Thank You Public Storage.

Consistently rude and unprofessional. Can’t wait to get my stuff out of this place. I have 3 units there for some years. If the associated costs to move to another facility were not so high, I’d already be gone. We are waiting for a house to be completed. Yearly price increases. Place always smells like weed. I don’t have any issue with that, but keep it outside of work. I’ve waited multiple times for someone to arrive to open well after posted business hours began. A year of construction where I couldn’t directly access 2 of units by an elevator. The attitude I received when my credit card was hacked and had to be replaced. The autopay did not go through and they suddenly became aggressive bill collectors after only 24 hours. I changed my billing card on the Public Storage website which I guess took some time to show in their local system. They acted like I was some kind of deadbeat rather than one of their longest tenants with 3 large units. Unforgivable.

So I've been renting at this place for quite some time now... AMAZING. I can't express how much better I feel using this storage in comparison to the other storage places I've used. I know my unit and everything in it is safe and secure, and not for a bad price either. Definitely well worth it. On another note every time I've stopped by the same man always happened to be there, and he has accommodated me very well with everything I needed. He even convinced me to stay when I found another storage unit for a better price. Hector (Torres I believe is his last name) seems to me to be a very valuable employee. If it weren't for him I may not have stayed to see how worth it this place is. I just want to say thank you to your company and to Hector for everything. I will definitely be recommending this storage to friends and family. Thanks again :-)

I have rented a few different spaces from Public Storage in Brooklyn. I would particularly recommend the property on Emerson Place, both for its facility, and for its staff. The facility is clean, there are always plenty of hand trucks, the elevators are fast and reliable, and there are bathrooms available for when you are spending hours at the facility moving in, out, or re-organizing. I must also spotlight the staff members Kenisha and Brian. They were tremendously helpful during our tenancy. There can be a lot of moving parts when transferring property out of the storage space, especially in New York, and they were exceptionally understanding and accommodating to our special needs. I do not know their roles at the company, but if they are not managers, they should be!

I had a helluva day at Public Storage that was all my fault. Long story short: I called some movers from CraigsList that never showed. I should have know better than to call some random service on CL. I was finally able to find a moving service to help me move out of my storage unit, at the last minute, same day. As I was hanging around in the PS lobby and making phone calls all day, trying to make this happen, Matthew and (I think) Betsy were so, so incredibly friendly. And very helpful. They offered me a chair and would check-in on me from time to time. When my movers finally got there, we had to move fast in order to make a delivery deadline. The PS staff wasted no time checking me out of the space and made everything run like clockwork. Much appreciated, guys.

Public storage was a very pleasant experience. Myself and my girlfriend ran behind schedule on move out day, and we ended up getting to public storage well past the storage access cutoff time. Initially we were told that we could still do out paperwork, which would have been nice, but when we arrived it got better. The two employees working at the time, Ray and Betsy, stayed late without any begging on our part and let us move in our things.The professionalism and kindness of these two ladies really made our day, not to mention that allowing us to move in past closing time saved us a considerable amount of van rental money and a good deal of stress. Were it not for them, we would have been sleeping in a uhaul that night. I can't reccomend public storage enough!

Tyneisha was absolutely wonderful and one of the best sales person I have ever met. Being that I have never put anything in a storage facility before she made the process so stress free because she was so accommodating, friendly, courteous and still address all my concerns in a very professional manner. In addition, her customer service skills was so excellent she left me with a sense of comfort and feeling at ease that I am in the right hands as far as the storage of my contents is concern. With such a warm and friendly staff I am glad I made the decision on that location, and I definitely will be recommending this place to family members and friends who needs a good storage facility.

I have been renting a unit here for 5 months and have been very happy with the staff and the unit itself. However, this morning I opened my email to see a Public Storage invoice with a $25 rent increase (almost 18%). They claimed that it was because of rent rebasing for rising rents of storage units across Brooklyn, however, I can go onto their website and see that they have my exact same size storage unit listed for my old rent! I can understand a rent increase after 12 months and if the increase was more in line with 5% but 18% after 5 months is just bad business. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Pros: This location was always really clean and well maintained whenever I visited. The staff was also extremely helpful each time. I felt my storage unit was very well secured as well. Cons: Public Storage does not pro-rate months which every other storage company I have used has. So I had to pay for the full month of February even when I only used my space for 6 days of the month. And Public Storage can re-rent my space now and earn double on the unit. They really should pro-rate for partial months like their competition. This was very disappointing, be aware in case you can't time your move out to the end of the month.

The Public Storage on Emerson is a jem! I'm out of state and rented a unit for my college kid. I made the reservation online and my daughter worked everything else out with the women in the office. They were amazing! Customer service is top notch. My daughter felt safe moving her items in and out over the summer. I never saw the place until I was helping her move her belongings out to move back to college. Building accessibilty is easy. We were able to always get a spot in the covered driveway. (We made three trips! ) Plenty of carts available. Everything was pretty clean. 10 out of 10! Would HIGHLY recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a storage company. I went in with little to no knowledge and was provided outstanding assistant from this guy named Matthew. The place was clean and very well organized; I really felt comfortable having my things being held at this facility. I decided to open a unit, everything was explained with clarity and at the end was very confident signing my name. I can't emphasize enough on how amazing this guy was in assisting me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit; you will not regret it! That's my word.

These people are total snakes . They are sweet as pie while luring you into storing there . Once they have you hostage , they raise your storage rates consistently every couple months , leaving you no choice but to pay up or pay thousands to another moving company to get you out . Ive stored here under a year and already had TWO rent increases, nearly doubling my rate ! I stored in another location in the city for over 10 years and never experienced bi-monthly charges for no reason . I intend to call an attorney and hope to shut down these practices of theirs for good .

Although I was looking for something less expensive, I'm sure I wouldn't have found the super friendly and accommodating service I received in the most convenient location for me. Raylene and Trainee' aka Sophie were absolutely wonderful and brought a smile to face and some sunshine to a cold wintery day. They helped me find the best fit for my storage needs and made the process not as dry and formal as it can be, while maintaining a professional attitude. Great find for me for sure, and it comes as no surprise that I was referred this place as I will refer it as well.

My storage experience has been supportive, courteous and professional. I was greeted by Hana, who took me step by step through the process of leasing my unit under unpleasant circumstances. Her pleasant and joyous attitude made me feel as if I was leaving my property at her home and she was going to personally look after it. Actually, I accidentally left a couple items outside of my unit and received a prompt call from Hana inquiring of my intentions and giving me the opportunity to recover my items. Thanks again Hana for your excellent customer service.

I chosed Pubic Storage at 72 Emerson Place because it was walking distance from my home, and I had a dead line to move my belonging out. Ray and the staff were very very helpful at getting me storage units Ray and the staff are professionals. They walked me through the process of setting up my units; suggested boxes and other accessories that I may need for my move. Ray even suggested a moving company to help with my move. I can't express how helpful Ray and the staff have been to me. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage space.

I came to this location since its somewhat close to my home and had good reviews. I don't think the reviews do this place justice. The facility is extremely well mantined. The office is very clean and organized as well as the rest of the facility. The staff is wonderful, a young lady by the name of Ray helped me. She took her time and guided me through all of the paperwork. She answered every question I had (I had many) without hesitation. I would highly recommend this facility. It was a pleasure to come here. If you ever see this, Thanks Ray!!!

Would highly recommend Public Storage at 72 Emerson Place! Really easy to reserve a space online and once you arrive the paperwork process is quick. We were helped by Frandy, the manager on shift, and he was very professional and fun to talk to! The place is clean and well-kept. The best part is how they have a large open lot where you can just drive your vehicle right up to the entrance, unload your belongings and grab one of the many carts to place your stuff on and go straight to your space. We were in and out in under 30 mins. Thank you!!

I've had this storage unit for about almost a year now, and even from the day that I started rented my storage unit the staff there was very helpful in explaining everything from helping me find the correct storage unit for me. I remember that day I came like probably 20-30 minutes before closing, and was happy with the service that they gave. Recently, I just did a locker transfer basically upgraded to a bigger size and Angel was very helpful in doing that transfer, and explain everything to me. Wonderful service from the staff!

I have been a happy customer for over ten years. i have enjoyed the management of the Ladies that fulfill there job description now under the distinct personage of Ray a young lady with a distinct personality to help tenants with a smile of style and Hana who is profusely works to enhance the service well given. Though Bernadette is no longer there, her profound work ethic and training her replacements have proved positive. Public storage is safe haven that insures quality space and professional courtesy.

This 5 Star review relates to Isaiah’s customer service ONLY. I reserved a 5*10 unit with elevator access only to arrive at the facility to be told there is in fact NO elevator access to the 6th floor (where my unit is located). At least not at this time! But of course there’s space on the side with full elevator access for just $60-$80 more (for the same sized unit!!!!). This is classic BAIT and SWITCH. Had it not been for Isaiah’s calming personality and professional demeanor I would’ve walked out.

I was originally going with another Storage place I won’t mention the name of much closer to my house. Once I went to view the storage space, I was RUDELY greeted And turned off by bad customer service. So I left and went calling around to other storage units nearby and stumbled upon “Public Storage.” Alone from the great customer service and great deal I was given over the phone by Alinnia I was sold! So I rushed in that same day and now I am the proud owner of a “Public Storage” storage unit

I've been a customer at this location for nearly two years and they have never disappointed me. Rae and the staff are always extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. They deliver exceptional customer service every time. I love getting those reminder phone calls at the beginning of the month that my payment is due, just comes to show you how much they are on top of things! I also acknowledge how clean and secure they keep the facility at all times. Public Storage is the best. Thank you guys!!!

Absolute nightmare. I stored all my belongings here for exactly 3 months. Came back today to find all my belongings covered in mold. My boxes were so damp, they tore when I picked them up. My TV stand had absorbed so much moisture, that a box that was left on top of it, left an imprint (see photos). Had to throw out my bed frame, mattress, several pillows, nightstands to name a few. Please avoid this location, or at least the cellar floor until they can figure out how to remove the mold.

It's very clean on the outside with it's orange nice paint. But if you rent a space bring a broom and mop because it's filthy inside the storage spaces. At one point they wouldn't sweep the galleries until I complained. Also if you're late on your rent the people who work here take it personal that you owe. I was 6 days late.. I got a guy from public storage calling me at home demanding when I'll have my payment. If you like dirty storage spaces and rude staff, go for it.

I highly recommend Public Storage at Emerson Place. I arrived in a rush and Ray and Betsy were extremely helpful and accommodating. Ray walked us through the paperwork and was kind, competent, and welcoming. She and Betsy stayed late so that we could empty our truck. They both just went above and beyond. When I came back a few days later, Ray even remembered my name. The price was reasonable and the experience was personable and easy. Definitely go to this Public Storage!

We arrived at the facility later than scheduled. However, it was imperative that we were able to move in today. Shaniqua was extremely helpful and expeditious. She sensed that there was a sense of urgency and moved quickly to ensure that we could complete our move in before closing time. She was polite, pleasant and friendly, yet professional. Shaniqua isn't fully aware, I'm sure, of just how much of a blessing she was to our family today. Thank you Shaniqua.

A few days ago I went into Public Storage to inquire about space and Matthew was so helpful answering all my questions regarding the different spaces. I absolutely felt beyond comfortable and informed about everything I need to know about renting a space. Ultimately I decided to get a space, with Matthews fantastic customer service I could not say no he had me sold ! Keep up the great work and I'd recommend this storage facility to any and everyone !

My experiance has been nothing but outstanding at this storage location, I have been to many and this one is the best. The three women who work here Hana, Daphne, and Ray are as helpful and courtious as they come just there manicures alone are worth a trip to storage! The location is kept impecably if I could live there I would do it right now, if you are ever in need of storage these ladies will treat you like you were a part of there family.

Ray & Betsy went to great lengths to make my move so much easier--they went out out their way to wait for me beyond closing time when my movers were late and turned what could've been a nightmare of a moving day into a very smooth, efficient experience. They also gave me a nicer unit without extra charge when I expressed concern that all my items wouldn't fit into the smaller unit I ordered online. Highly recommended for customer service!

Public storage was recommended to me by a friend who had been using this facility for a very long time, and needless to say how she has been treated with respect and dignity by all their employee's but especially Ray. l was told to ask for Ray to do my transactions with and l did. l am very please with all the encounters with the facility. l would gladly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage space now or in the future.

So my daughter is in college and stored her stuff here while she came back home to Maryland, we were very skeptical on storage units but this location was amazing, they made things super simple moving in and moving out was even easier thanks to Siquena!! My fiance and I went to 3 storage units. Public storage was half the price of the other two we went to in the area for the same size units. Not only that but the customer service was outstanding. After reserving the unit online I got a call within 5 minutes from the manager Alinnia who was friendly and offered to show us around the facility. All around great experience. Thank you public storage and Alinnia.

DO NOT RENT HERE . This storage facility needs to be shut down . They got me in with an amazing rate and then hiked it up after i was moved in . The elevator was broken for over a week last month and this is a regular occurrence. Staff and management is content to lie to your face about the lack of problems . Management has no idea what is going on right under their nose and does not care whatsoever

I have been a client of Public Storage for the last 25 years on and off. Casandra at Treat has been very helpful when I moved in from out of the area. Casandra was able to size up my space, provide the packaging materials and help me with the paperwork and insurance on my unit. The staff was very professional and I got to meet the District Manager Bernard who happened to be on site that day.

I was refer to this storage by my sister who has used this particular location for years. I met Brian who was very informative, polite and easy to talk to. He made me feel my property was secured and it was accessible. He assisted me in picking out the perfect unit and I couldn’t be happier with the service. You can tell when a person takes pride in their work! Thanks again Brian.

Jasmine, Brian and the whole team here make my choice of storage pretty easy. They are always super cheerful, patient, and try to be helpful as much as they can, even pulling strings for me when possible to ensure I have the best choice of storage unit! They are also super flexible on helping you switch units as needed to something more ideal. Don’t mind making visits here often.

After a long day of moving, we got stuck in traffic and ended up showing up with a full uhaul 5 minutes after closing. (Do be mindful they close at 6:00pm!) Instead of slamming the door in our face, Brian propped open the automatic door, and helped us out. He was very understanding of our situation, which was so nice to experience after such a long day. These guys are the best!!

I walked into this property and the service I received from Dazni, Betsy, Ray and Tiffany was amazing!!! I would recommend this propert to anyone. I was not ready to rent but they suggested packing supplies and Dazni was teaching me how I should protect my belongings. I will be renting here in the future! Alinnia provide me with 1st class service for the second time! My first experience was in July when i needed to pack to catch a flight and mail some valuables st the same time. Excellent excellent service at this location! Jasmine was a gem yesterday and made my check in process amazing. I came late unfortunately after work and Jasmine made sure to provide great service and allow me to finish getting everything into my unit. The unit was clean and they assure climate control to prevent damage to items. Everyone needs to store items here!

Isaiah was GREAT ! I came in 20 mins to close with a load of stuff, I was already having a bad and I came in ready for it to get worse. He was polite and humorous and changed my mood throughout the process. He was informative and thorough which made the process swift and easy. The storage space is clean and safe and I liked the area which is quiet but not sketch. And their customer service was really good. I've never used storage space before and I had no idea about it. I came in property to help my Brother move in his space .property was very clean . I appreciate the customer service provided to us . By far my best experience with storage company’s workers . The paperwork was a lot and felt like I am signing up for a mortgage but over all they were all friendly and very helpful indeed. An excellent experience. Our move-in time was delayed due to traffic etc. Brian called to check on our arrival and asked if we wanted to reschedule, then volunteered to stay late to help us out. Once there, the whole check-in process was smooth and well prepared; the storage space was as advertised and the service to get us oriented and installed was terrific.

I payed a visit to this location and it was quite present. All of my questions were answered and the guy who helped me was vary helpful his name was Hector. The property was vary clean and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. Great location close to my home in Brooklyn and great customer service. Ashley was extremely helpful both on move in day and move out day. I needed a last minute unit over the summer and was lucky enough to get Ashley on the phone, she put me at ease and assured me that we would be able to find a unit that would work with the amount I had to store. Yes my experience with public storage has been great so far. The sales associate Hana actually remembered me from before when I came in to inquire. She showed me different spaces to my liking. Very kind and patient as well as efficient. As was her co-worker Ray in finding me a suitable storage space. I would recommend to my friends and family.

The place is great, they have all the stuff you would need to pack and move in, the pass codes are great and make it secure. I had Betsy help me, she got everything done quick, explaining everything there is. Glad I found this my place, the only thing is the actual storage spaces don't like great but then again it is just a storage room.

I moved in 2 yrs ago. The bldg is very clean and safe. Ray initially moved me as I was moving to Cali. Ray held my key & remembered my sister Faye. When I came back she didn't even need to ask my name she knew who I was! That's great customer service! She is very kind and helpful. I wish I could give 10 stars. This location is worth it!

The worst storage place in the world. They over charge for their space and it increases every few months the elevators were out of commission for a year and didn't care about the customer. No grace period for payment if you decide to clear our the room within a couple of days before you clear it out, they are really greedy for money.

Ray has been awesome since my first initial move in to storage in August of 2011. The building has always be safe and clean. Ray remembered my second time around when I came to store. Her customer service skills are excellent. Always greets me with a smile and is more than helpful. I will recommend others to store at Emerson pl :)

Very delighted with the help I received on Sunday and Monday with Maria and Sophia. Maria was super nice and very professional very patient while see showed me units. The facility was very clean and well lighted. The price for the unit was right in my price range and I could not be happier. I look forward to using the facility.

The costs keeps rising and the management is nonresponsive. We’ve had storage for almost 8 years in there. The light fixtures have been out for at least three years and - no matter how many times I call and request them to be fixed - it is still as dark as a cave. I have to bring a headlamp to see what’s going on in my unit.

Friendly staff, well-secured building, and easy access to storage units. Also, the prices here are great. I have used this storage facility multiple times, and I am always more than satisfied with my experience. Windi is super professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Will be returning to this location for every move.

Considering what you guys have to put up with yet continue to maintain your composure and be accommodating and understanding that’s worth more than 5 stars. Hello Hector Torres was amazing in his overall customer service in answering all my questions and concerns also his product knowledge was great and made my overall experience at public storage a simple one. He's the go to guy if your looking to get storage. Rates and prices are reasonable and affordable.

Proceed with caution. Advertised as climate controlled and when I had asked what that means they mentioned that it's a replication of the outdoor climate which makes absolutely no sense. My entire unit was covered in mold. I've original artwork damaged, wood furniture, shoes, etc (photos attached).

I would just like to say that customer service @ this location is horrible. I was greeted with an attitude and it just seemed the employee at the front desk didn’t want to be there. For the prices this storage is asking, I would’ve expected better customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

This place is the best storage company ever. The manager Ray and her team went above and beyond to help us, even holding on to a set of keys for us when my wife and I couldn't be there at the same time for a handoff. The next time we have storage needs, it's definitely gonna be here.

This storage facility is well kept and clean. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Employee Brian at this location whom made my experience simple and easy. With his knowledge, all my questions and concerns were addressed and he has helped me pick the right unit for my belongings.

Brian terrific customer care I felt safe and at ease storing my granddaughters dorm life there. All of them were wonderful highly recommend especially for parents with students in the area it’s close and convenient and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about moving and storage

Was there for the first time last week, loved the professional atmosphere and the office was very neat. a young man named Hector helped me, he was very nice and helpful. I was provided with wonderful customer service and had a great experience. I will definitely be returning .

I got a really good deal on a storage unit here and moved from another Brooklyn storage facility to save (a ton of) money. The front desk service team couldn't be nicer -- really great customer service!! -- and the storage unit itself is clean and dry. I'm a happy customer!

Checked into my storage unit today and Jordan was such a pleasure to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in confirming that my unit was exactly what I needed for my possessions. I feel very optimistic that my things will be safe here when I move cross country.

Let me tell you my mom was going on vacation and needed to store her home items in a storage until she came back. This public storage gave us a reasonable price to store our stuff and I would like to thank Isaiah and Brian for AMAZING customer service and treating us great.

I stored here around 3 yrs ago & Ray remembered me. That's great customer service. The other girl Hana was helping an elderly woman & was being very polite. Ray reminded me of how my code works & the building was clean like I remembered. I would recommend PS to others!

Awesome location. Brittany was helping me (she normally works in Queens) took me all over the property until we found the perfect storage unit for my things. She was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and this business to others.

The manager, Brian, was super helpful during my very hectic moving process. They are honest, informative, and work with you. Much better dealing with people and not a system. Been with them for almost a year, and i’ll use them again if I need storage again. :)

I came in to purchase merchandise. I was very pleased by the help of a young lady Betsy. She was very helpful and very nice. She knew an answer to any questions that I had for her. Definitely would highly recommend my family and friends come see Betsy here.

I wish i read the one star reviews before renting here . They are true . They lure you in with a rate that beats their competitors then screw you with a ridiculous rent hike . In my case it was a rent increase of over 25% less than 3 months after moving in.

Jeremy and Brian were extremely helpful and super nice! I chose this location because a friend of mine already rents a unit from here and it always looks clean and well-maintained. I'm so glad that I can store my stuff in a place that I trust. Thanks guys!

Very nice facility, very clean! Staffed by 2 very pleasant helpful young woman who were always polite and pleasant. I spent time in the office and heard them interact with customers and phone calls, they could not have been more pleasant.

Just started renting a space here. The online paperwork was really easy and simple to use. But I made a mistake, needed to change my move-in date. The guys at the desk (Angel and... Michael?) fixed it in 2 minutes. So far, so good!

Just registered with them. Their staff member Star (Starasia) is great. She is informative, supportive and kind. Initial process has been easy. Got to see the unit and all items that I may need. The price for the unit is great too!

So far so good, I wanted a 5x5 storage room. When I arrived they said they didn’t have a 5x5 and gave me a 5x10 for the same price. I was so excited went home and got more stuff to put inside the room, easy access, clean.

Super helpful staff. N'dea helped me - she was friendly and very efficient. I chose the smallest space available- more space than I needed and more money than I wanted to spend, but it's a good size and still good value.

Angel was extremely helpful. I was moving between storages and turns out the space is smaller than the last one even though I was told it was the same size. He upgraded me on the spot and I am so greatful for the help.

Terrible . As others have stated , once they have you over a barrell with your belongings inside, its all downhill from there. Management does an exceptionally poor job of “managing” . Go elsewhere .
