As a person who has worked in the service industry I value great customer service. And from the moment Diane welcomed me through the door with a authentic and genuine smile, she turned out not only to be a sales rep or customer service agent ,but bit of an Angel. So I walked through these steps doing the rental online got all the way to the closing where I put in my card and it was accepted on my end and the money was taken out of my account, that was not the case on variant so I had a payment of 114 looming somewhere in cyberspace that my financial institution said would be giving back to me within 7 days, Diane got me in my storage unit and also make sure that it was paid up until the end of the following month you don't really come across people who care about people everyday. But you can tell that Diane loves what she does and it makes that effortlessly wonderful. If you are in any way shape form or fashion looking to store some things clear some clutter or just interact with a really cool gal Diane at public storage she's definitely definitely fits the bill. DO NOT USE this location for storage! I haven’t even been here a month and can barely get to my stuff because it always has a paper sign on the keypad. The gate says access starts at 6 am. No one is there to assist you until 9 according to google. It’s supposed to be a 24/7 access with the app. Be careful with that. I almost got stuck in the gates in the morning on a weekend when I used the app to open the gate. I didn’t see the sign that the keypad was out of order because I used the app to open the gate before I got up to the gate. I was in range to open it with the app. On the way out that’s when the app decided not to work and I got stuck for awhile. I had to keep trying the app because the keypad said out of order. I have an outside unit that is not air conditioned. I have to go early in the morning if I want to get my stuff before it’s too hot to be there. By noon it’s unbearable in the unit.

I don't know if it's the type of gate they chose or what, but when I moved in, it didn't exist because it was broken. 2 months later, it broke and they keep it closed, at least after office hours. So it's only open 9:30am-6:00pm. There is a 2nd gate, but only the keypad INSIDE works. The one outside doesn't even exist (see photo). You cannot retrieve or store your things between the entire time of 6:00am and 9:00pm like how you're supposed to be able to. For people who have items they need to retrieve to run a business, this is terrible. **11/29 update: Main gate has been working fine. Note, a lot of times, there's only 1 spot available for the loading area since another car is parked there. If you're moving a ton of things, keep it in mind

Awesome staff at this location. The manager is really gracious and she remembers my name. Next, I am writing about Brittany. I had a delivery to my unit. It was very heavy and I needed some help. I went and asked for her assistance. Immediately she followed me and helped me to get it back off the pallet. She was eager, extremely willing and able. I appreciate her awesome spirit of helpfulness! We need more people n our world like her.

I chose this storage unit from the great reviews and location! Unfortunately, when we moved our items in, the access gate was broken - this provided no security for the drive up units, as the gate was open 24/7 for several weeks. We have contacted the specific location and the area manager multiple times requesting a refund, and have not received a response. Disappointed with this location and ended up terminating our contract early.

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Helen is the one of their representatives on site and she is Outstanding. She picks up the phone, is super helpful, she has gone above and beyond my expectations. As a business owner myself, I appreciate and take note of outstanding people and I wanted to share my experience here. I would love to have Helen on our Team! Great job to Public Storage!

I typically do not write reviews but I am so disappointed in choosing Public Storage over the past year. Not only did our rent double (shame on me for not realizing that there are no contracts), you are not allowed to use the waste bins for bagged trash. I was told if I used the bin I would be fined. I had to load all the trash in my car - Absolutely horrible.

First time using a self storage unit— Heather at Haskell Public Storage was awesome and made it a really quick and easy process. She patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot lol) and toured me around the units so I could see before renting one. The security measures at this location make it feel safe

Heather is the go-to girl here. Her friendly attitude, very supportive and helpful in answering any and all questions that I had. She also went above and beyond providing excellent quality customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making my move easy and less stressful.

Came in to see about renting a space and although there weren’t any available at that location in the size I wanted, Heather was super nice and extremely helpful. She was able to find me a unit at another property not to far from here for cheaper, with a promotion offer. Thanks Heather!

Public Storage was the perfect Tarantino place for our stuff while we were in between homes. The location was clean and secure. The contact less app was so reliable and convenient. And upon check out Heather was extremely warm, friendly and efficient. Will for sure use them again.

I rented my storage unit and got access the same day. The process with smooth and easy. Helen gives the best customer service, you can tell she enjoys working there. I like how they have an app that both corresponds with your payment and the storage gate.
