This was my first time renting a storage unit so I was very hesitant on doing so but I had to. So I did my research and went with this public storage due to the location and availability and I'm glad I did because I hit gold being able to have Gina as the manager at this location! She is AMAZING! She is an absolute sweetheart! She was more than just a manager of the facility. She is very friendly! VERY PROTECTIVE!!!! She is very knowledgeable of what she does!!! She went above and beyond making sure I picked out the right size unit, making sure that all my belongings would fit appropriately in the unit I was going to be renting. She was a listening ear and gave me a good word of advice during a very hard time that I was going through, she was always so comforting. She was EXTREMELY quick to react to pad lock my unit when I thought my key was lost or stolen AND change my gate code. I called her in an extreme panic about my issue and she secured my unit and calmly reassured me that everything would be ok. She has helped me in many ways! Too many to write. And I am and will always be grateful for what Gina has done for me! Gina plays many roles here at Public Storage and does them very well! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend housing your precious good here at the Zarzamora Public Storage with Gina! She will DEFINITELY treat you like family and PROTECT you and your property!!!!! Gina and Zarzamora Public Storage gets an AAA++++++ from me!!! If I could score higher I would. Thank you Gina! You are a Heaven sent!

Gina was very helpful and informative i had been trying to rent a storage for weeks now and i called a few times to get info but i kept missing the $1 deal so i said I was going to look elsewhere but something kept bringing me back to calling public storage the way Gina treated me was amazing she explained everything to me answering all my questions she had all the answers to every question so i felt no need to go anywhere else she actually had the patience and had a great attitude to go with it so i ended up renting the storage online while being on the phone with her i feel any other worker would of hung up on me but she walked me through that as well even tho i wasn't getting the order with her over the phone she still helped me and to me that is amazing customer service i am glad I made the decision to rent from public storage and I would like to say had it not been for Gina i wouldn't of gone thru with it! Gina, called confirmed and arranged an appointment with us. At 10am. Because she needed time to get her golf cart out. Upon arrival she was driving her cart around, and when approaching her she screams in a very annoyed tone. "Did you make an appointment? I don't think you did." Our reply, yes you called me, and we set it up for 10 am. I believe it's 10am. She muttered something to herself. She continued with the annoyed tone. Appeared to be very agitated we were there. Making rude and unnecessary cometary. This was my first contact with Gina, I'm sure she was just having a bad day but she asked for the review, and because of that I thought she needed to know, I felt as if I was inconveniencing her day by showing up. I hope things get better for you Gina!

The wretched woman ran me off the property with threats of calling the police. Truly, an unsavory cast of... People... If I may use that term very loosely. Screaming that I was breaking the law for bulk buying items from a customer of theirs. "YOU CAN'T CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW" She yapped. Perhaps she was angry that I was enabling him to terminate his monthly payment obligation by buying the large sum of items. Speculation aside, I'd avoid this place; if not for your own sake, then for sheer principality. I had to peel out of there without any ropes or straps in place and find somewhere less hostile to stop and secure my wares.

The manager on Zarzamora is so rude. I have been waiting one month to have them let me have access to my storage and she has rudely sent me away. Excuse after excuse. I have left message with the district manager several times and they still have not corrected this issue. I am out of options and I'm beginning to think they are hiding something because she will do anything to not grant me access to my unit. This is the second month I had to pay all because she won't let me in and I don't want to lose my stuff. That is if she hasn't done something with them already and that's why I can't get in!I hope corporate sees this and finally calls me!

This is by far the most awesome manager. She's not only so helpful when it came down to a situation of losing everything and using my storage store everything but she's always been very fair and works with us when we really need it she goes out of her way to give us some advice to helpful ideas for anything that we might be going through as a percent San Antonio and I give Miss Gina a great big hug for being the person that she is I mean it some people can be really mean and sometimes you can be very hard but overall I've seen her good side and she's amazing I recommend this place to anybody and everybody

I made and confirmed my appointment with the manager, Gina, I showed up at my appointment time waited outside for about 20 minutes and no one showed up. I tried calling but no answer. I tried to book online however the website was not working. I left went to another storage who did have someone in the office to rent me a unit. They took about 10 minutes to get me a unit, same size as I had booked with Gina for 10 dollars less! Also I did not have to pay any of the extra costs and fees I was going to pay with Public Storage. I guess in a way it was a blessing no one showed up for the appointment.

I'm a Strong Believer in giving Credit to those to whom Good Credit is Due, Miss. Michelle, was very out going and very informative in helping me find a solution to me relocating to a bigger unit, she went above and beyond. It was Quick and Frustration free! In the long run she saved me money, in months to come. And a bigger unit. Thanks you for your Patients, and your professional customer service care experience. Gina the manager here at this location is by far the best ever ... I highly recommend this location for Public Storage because of her. She is truly a one of a kind person. She is respectful, funny, and compassionate. I had a previous storage unit a couple years ago and IT WAS THE WORST. It was one on culebra but none the less horrible experience so I was nervous going thru a whole storage unit again with things hard and us moving but Gina was awesome and still is..... She makes this location #1 in my books...

Gina is so awesome. I have been a customer on two separate occasions the past 2 years. My current unit I have had since June. I was about to deliver my 3rd child and was going through an unfortunate life crisis. Gina was so kind to my family and always joking with a big smile on her face. Her great customer service and approachable personality made me forget about my current troubles. I have no doubt in my mind that my items are in a safe place everyday. Do not rent from this place. The manager is an amazing sweet person but the property is trash. My moms storage is infested with rats. They destroyed all of her belongings and even though she had insurance they stated it will only cover $250 worth of her property for rat damages. She's literally been renting out this unit for almost a year and paid the extra amount for insurance all for nothing and everything is destroyed. Find a different place to put your valuables.

I would like to say Thank you to this lovely lady Gina. She helped me to decide what unit I needed when I came in to get a unit I was a emotional wreck going through a Domestic case. Gina was a blessing she assured me all was going to be ok and helped me pick the right boxes and advice on what I needed and how to pack my storage unit. Thank you Ma. Came to help a friend out on a Sunday. Ms. Gina was doing her rounds and stopped by to say hello and see how it was going. She explained to us where the bathroom was and even told us about a little place a few feet away where we could get cold drinks. She has a great sense of humor and most defiantly goes above the line in the hospitality department. I will recommend this location to everyone. She takes pride in her job and makes everyone feel welcome.

Was looking for a storage unsure on the size I needed but didn't have to worry Gina was very helpful, honest she took us to see the unit as well as make sure we could open and close the unit she honestly went the extra mile. She goes over all the paperwork and any questions we had and did I mention her great personality and her humor she had me laughing the whole time. This is my first time ever using a storage unit, and I'm glad my first choice was a great choice! I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Gina and she was awesome, very nice and professional! This storage company is always clean and quiet. Having this extra space to store stuff we dont want crouding our apt is so convenient. The manager Gina is great. She can talk for hours but will definitely in force the rules when need. Just fallow the rules be nice and you won't have a problem here. I have rented her a few months and never had a problem.

Gina looked after me and my things for 7 years! I could not come and take care of my unit as Covid19 lockdowns kept me in Australia, and for 4 years she kept everything safe and secure! Great service! i got there after hours and couldn’t get my car dolly in . i ran into a wonderful and super nice employee Miss Gina. she went on and beyond to help me even know it was after hours. thanks to her i was able to lock my car dolly and head on my way home while raining. i recommend this place an extra 100% great service and great people.

It was my first time renting a storage unit and she assist by guiding on me on how to place the lock and making sure vacating the unit was a breeze. Customer service isn’t their strong suit. They couldn’t explain a random $15 charge in my account then they leave threatening voicemails over a few bags of trash left by a dumpster that they have locked. Plenty of other storage places in town that are way more convenient and actually value paying customers.

When I first got a storage unit I was very welcomed and was unfortunate enough to lose all my keys moving office spaces and my home. Thanks to Ginas helpfulness I was able to get the lock replaced and all is well again. Big thanks to Gina at Public Storage. And, yeah she is kinda like a Tia. :)

I already stated my thoughts on public storage. One thing is for sure, make sure your automatic payment switch is turned off so you can pay at your own time, otherwise if depending on your funds you'll get over drafted like me, and now I have to go donate plasma.... again.

Held my storage place hostage, they would not release my storage space unless I purchased a lock that I didn't need as I was moving out, they increase you rental every month. Started at $135 ended at $179 with in month. Bad jared

Make sure to always purchase insurance if you're going to store here, as these units are not insulated to protect from weather damage nor from pests/rottens. The property manager is somewhat friendly.
