Went to buy a gift for my daughter with my daughter's boyfriend and overheard the sales woman tell him that he shouldn't feel pushed into the purchase by me. Was not impressed. End result, I purchased only what I needed to and bought the rest of her presents elsewhere. The young man was actually grateful for my help because he really had no idea what to get my daughter. I really didn't appreciate the sales woman saying what she did. It was unnecessary and unwarranted. She should remember that sometimes it's better to shut up and let people think you stupid than it is to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Oh, one last note, the earrings she was given from there broke within a week. Poor quality product.

Bought two rings 9 months ago and both have had stones fall out, and Proud don't have a warranty on their jewellery, so I was told it would be at my expensive to have the stones replaced. I was disappointed that there isn't at least a 12 month warranty,

Waited 4 weeks for ring to be made then the wrong one was sent to colonnades now have to wait 2 more weeks but staff a colonnades were good tried to fix problem
