Two weeks ago I went in to buy a jewellery box that was in your catalogue and the only one left was scratched The woman who served me ordered another one for me and I paid a $20 deposit. I was rung a week later to let me know it had arrived. When I went in to collect it ther were only 2 staff on and they were both speaking with a client. 1 member came over to serve me and had no idea where to find the article and had to ask the other girl. Meanwhile a man entered and was served by the younger girl and a couple entered and waited. The staff member attending to me finally found my article and then couldn't find my ordee on the system. Eventually she went back to the uounger girl and asked for help. That staff membet was serving the man and seemed to deliberately wasting time. Eventually she came to me and found my order on the system but could not find the paid deposit and work out how much I had to pay to collect my parcel. $20 from $59 is not that jard to work out. I commented that they may need more staff and someone who knows the system and got a very short response. After 35mins I fially had my parcel, paid and left to be farewelled with "Have a nice Xmas" and not sorry anout the wait. What ever happened to people knowing their job and customer service.

I shop here often. I've purchased over 60 expensive items from this shop. I expect a fair price but I didn't plan ahead this time and I needed to purchase a bracelet. The staff used the No further discount because that was the managers special price, and if I wanted the bracelet I had to buy it. This was a birthday gift, so I had to pay the price to make the transaction and the birthday celebration. The bracelet is not custom but it looks nice but I Wanted to share my experience with all of you. Find a reputable jeweller that appreciates your business and treats and fairly. This was my last purchase at this shop.

Ordered a ring before Christmas, weeks passed and I had to keep phoning as not one person phoned me with updates. After two store visits a lot of phone calls, lots of misinformation on their side and terrible customer service from them I found out the ring was never ordered. Will never step foot in there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, especially if you are needing to order something. After everything they really just didn’t care, they all just kept shifting the blame.

I went into the store very close to closing time hoping to purchase a small jewelery box. To my surprise, the lovely team gave me a much nicer suggestion, made me feel good about my original choice and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. They where so sweet and so full of energy despite the fact that it was late. I definitely recommend going to this store and meeting all the lovely young staff (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names)

The staff here are amazing! Very welcoming and often acknowledge you when you are waiting which most places don’t do! My mother and I went there today to purchase a gift for a special birthday. The lady that served us was lovely! She gave her honest opinion and didn’t try to upsell but rather gave us insightful information on the products to choose the best item for us!

My husband bought me a custom made ring in the city which turned out to be too big went in to prouds and Savannah was amazing! Helped me out with resizing and organising my care plan. Have been in there couple times now to fix a fallen diamond and regular cleaning and rhodium plating. Always very pleased with the service. Savannah is professional and very helpful.

Was only a short interaction but quickly worked out that it is mainly for buying a specific piece you like which they stock rather than actually trying to help you find something suitable. Staff were pleasant but I didn't find them knowledgeable.

Best customer service. Staff knows what they are selling. Had layby here, i was bit late to pickup but they never cancelled my layby and never made anyphone call to cancel my layby.staff do have technical knowledge of products they are selling.

When my sister & I entered the shop today we were greeted by the lovely Silvana. How nice it was to be helped by such a friendly, courteous & knowledgeable assistance. Thank you Silvana!!

Its the shops you can go to every now n then ,n also the prizes s just right ,they have a selection of low n high prizes ,so i 'm happy that i went to Prouds the Jewellers ,cheers

Waited for 10 minutes to ask a question and to be served, however they just ignored us and served the people who came into the store after us, despite coming into the store first
