Worst experience with the Discount center Cashier named Ms. Mehwish. Today I went to Discount Center and Your staff does not have the etiquette, how to interact with customers or even with regular customers. Today I took a lot of items and forgot to put a tag on an item and she angrily said I can't wait for one item, leave this item no need to buy. How she can reply to me like this. If I am going to buy even a single item only she can't talk to anybody like this. Teach your staff how to behave, how to talk with the customers. Cashier name- Mehwish 13th October 4pm

Vary bad behavior from Cash Counter 6 (Time in between January 31st 2023 time 4.55 PM to 5.10 PM) Regrettably, despite expressing my intention to escalate the matter to management and supervisors, the individual at Counter 6 displayed a dismissive attitude toward complaints, indicating a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and implying that salary discrepancies justify unprofessional behavior. (It's not the customer's problem if you're giving them less salary, and he shouldn't have told me this at all)

Since discount centre opened, i do shopping from there. Everything Like clothes,toys and grocery, and found all the staff kind and helpful,but today a new girl(cashier)Slim n short hair )insulted me,talking inappropriately with me.she pushed away my objects,saying come later,as my baby was insisting for taking some kind of candies near cashier counter...she was showing me bad attitude..i did not like that behaviour at all..this is first time,i faced this issue. Please teach her manners. Thank you ..

I noticed that fresh chicken and chicken breast put in closed area. so the customers cannot take it by themselves and they need to have it by the sale person who is busy sometimes. I think it's better to put fresh chicken in opened area to enable the customers to take it without delay.

It's amazing experience.there items also killer price (can food,fresh food, butchery) also is good this review is my personal comment please don't take this one is paid review something. You & your family just visit this store and explore there offers after you take your findings

Offers are good over here specially the tomato rates but hopefully they should continue further with the discount as the rates has increased a bit as compared to what they used to keep rates initially On the whole pleasant experience

After sale is very bad, bought electric oven worth 117/- AED in 2/yrs warranty, it didn’t work even one hour and stopped working, I will never buy anything again, customer service staff seems untrained and unethical.

It's OK but top floor items are likely similar prices from other markets Meat department is like if uiu take 3 chicken they will charge for 4 chicken must beware of rush hour scams

If I will look for affordable clothes, I went for Discounts Center. There many line products to choose from.
