I’ve lived in many rental properties due to moving around with work and Stacey has been the best! She is one of those rare people who who works with the owner and tenant to get the best outcome. Communication, assistance, professionalism etc are all excellent traits demonstrated by Stacey as there were a few hiccups, both on my part and on maintenance due to it being a new build, that were taken into consideration and resolved at the highest level. I am currently building an investment property and will be calling Stacey to see if she’s interested in managing it for me as I was that too impressed with how she handled my situation as a tenant. Amanda Robertson was very prompt from the moment I received contact. I was informed on everything that was happening and was able to receive a virtual inspection all the way from a different state. When the internet bombed, Amanda sent through a series of images and videos to help me get the best visual of what I could potential move into. This was awesome as I could not view the property in person. It was also helpful in our decision making process to have a real-estate agent who was transparent in their answers! It made us feel safe as tenants to know that we could trust her. Would recommend Amanda!
