Very bad experience Have been bad experienced many times Guys always pushing for extreme wash may be for thier commission and saying always bad to full wash, sands will not clean from down, thousands of reason full body wash is useless, then i want to ask from pro wash why you put full wash option if your staff dont want to do full wash instead they are happy for body wash, easy 5 minutes More over discrimination with asian indian Pakistani customer is on peak. Staff behaving as per car value, extremely disappointing:-(( No quality check We admit hardwork always given tips in vaccum bay. Giving bad service is not issue Discrimination as per car value is SAD

Takes forever to get car wash, 2 to 3 hours for sure. Feels like ruining whole day waiting in queue. Takes 45 minutes each car. And there are 3,4 cars always waiting when you get there. Waiting area space is conjusted as well. They need to add more washing bays. And yes, they push you to go for xtreme wash. AED105 for xtreme wash is beyond logic, not at all value for money. I don't see them improving because there business is running, I come here every year only because of car testing center. And while waiting so long there is no washroom, You have to go to fuel station for washroom.

It’s a car wash where the people working there seem to fall asleep. Get ready to wait for hours to get a manual wash. They seem to gossip, negotiate with customers and just generally be as slow as possible. It would be much more efficient to have 1 person responsible for taking payments, instead the guys who wash the car flip flop between taking money and washing cars. Knowing how long it takes I find it astonishing that workers seem to come along and interrupt each other. Horrible, just horrible and pathetically slow.

Usually Prowash somewhere else is good but here seems like their employees hate their job, they barely put effort to wash my car properly, I asked last time if they can remove some glue that was easily coming off with my finger from the windshield they said is not possible even I offer to give them extra money, lack of effort and too much lazyness. They also take so long to wash the car and they dont do the best job. I honestly dont recommend it.

01 July 2023 Staff has (cleaning section) different approach to those who is giving tip or no tip. They are noting who is not giving tip and treating bad next time while visiting the center again. Not putting paper below the seats, even when asking only driver area they are providing the paper. One guy is telling other guy that he will not give tip, dont do more on this car. !!! Is tip is mandatory for the service ???

Dear Team, I m not at all satisfied with ProWash full bodywash. They intend to take me Extreme car wash but I refused then taken normal fully body car wash. Honestly the amount I paid AED53.00 its not at all worth. After car wash vacuum bay section work was incomplete totally not satisfied. There is lots of interior vacuum cleaning not done propely. The best service ever!! I have visited a lot of Car wash service but I must say the service at Discovery garden street 8 building s amazing with kind staff like Durga, Ganesh are the best professional and asset to the company as I could feel it being in the similar service industry. Poorly coordinated car wash ever. Normally use another "ProWash" but decided to give this one a try. There were only 2 cars in front of me and it's taken 60mins to wash them and my car still haven't been done. Couldn't wait any longer so left. Never returning to this "prowash" again. Frustrating. Thanks for wasting my time.

Quality of the washing itself is acceptable, but waiting time makes it virtually impossible to have a car wash and not ruin your whole day’s schedule. If you can afford wasting 1,5-2 hours on a simple car wash - go here, but otherwise I would suggest trying other ProWash stations like Jumeirah Lakes

Amazing wash, quick service, detailing and vacuuming for the interior was superb. Jalal miah and Mohammed Ali were really friendly, and they did an amazing job in vacuuming and interior cleaning. Will definitely recommend this prowash in discovery gardens.

It's ok, fast service but long wait in the que for getting a turn. Its expensive and service is not that worth for the pricing. They charge AED 105 for extreme car wash which you can get easily for AED 40 at many locations in Dubai

Need to wait minimum 2- 2:30 hours for a car wash. Poor time management . Management should consider assigning dedicated staff at billing desk to reduce waiting time. Also the quality of car wash is very poor.
