Where do I begin My realtor and I started working with Beth Ivey on Monday. We put in an offer on Sunday and heard from her on Monday. She wouldn't present or counter my offer until she could speak with my lender and see how fast a deal could close(understandable to a degree) then after she found that out wanted to wait until my lender called her back and informed her we had the money to close. It is now Tuesday and my lender again assured her we had money. Calls my agent and states she wants to move closing and due diligence up before we even went under contract. She presented a counter offer Tuesday afternoon around 3 that we accepted and signed our part of Contract before 4. I went to my bank and got certified funds for the Due Diligence and earnest money they requested. Should be simple we now have an agreement (one would think) However this is not what happened. For the rest of the day Tuesday and all day Wednesday and Thursday. Mrs. Ivey conveyed lie after lie to myself and my agent as to why her clients hadn't signed the contract for the offer they presented. Then tells us we'll we have other offers now would you like to change yours. Which I did sweeten my offer because we loved the home. Over 48 hours after agreeing to her offer she tells us they're not going to do they're offer and take someone else's. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I've never been lied to so much. This seems unethical and extremely shady. I will be filling a grievance with the NC Realtor board. IF THIS IS HOW ALL THE AGENTS ARE HERE. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO AND STRUNG ALONG!

My house has been under contract for months. Buyers agent, Patricia Gordon has done nothing to assist the buyers in closing in a timely manner. Today was their last chance and shes on vacation. I dont know about the rest of the prostead agents but indirectly working with Pat has been a nightmare. She obviously does not care if her clients lose thousands of dollars (yes, thousands to hold the house THREE MORE TIMES after the first closing date). Definitely hire if you dont actually want to close on a house... just have a hankering for shelling out money. Number one choice for little to no communication and definitely choose Pat if you want her to not be around while you lose the contract on the house. She screwed everyone in this situation... her clients, the sellers, listing agent, contractor, lenders and herself. Ever heard of those agents that sit around and wait for the checks to roll in. Like houses magically close on their own... that's what she will do to you. She will not be in contact with anyone. Not the listing agent, definitely not the lender, and will not do anything a REAL ESTATE AGENT is supposed to do. Maybe she forgot what her job was... If you need a 1 star agent, Pat Gordon is your woman.

Michael Cook made the entire process of finding and purchasing our new condo super easy. When we met Michael he truly listened to what we were interested in and stayed within those parameters. He actually helped us to steer clear of some condos and townhomes we wanted to look at by sharing his local knowledge and how these properties didn't fit within our parameters. From the start Michael was very responsive and opened his calendar to show us as many condos as we wanted to see. Michael's attention to detail helped save us significant money by negotiating with the seller's agent before closing. Michael is not just after a commission - we are remote buyers and he has been assisting us well after closing.

Not sure if the whole team at ProStead acts like Michael but if they do I wouldn't waste my time.. This guy has zero professionalism whatsoever. He wants you to do all the work and then reap the benefits. We get more info from realtors we don't have agreements with and that makes no sense at all.. He doesn't know how to talk to his customers or represent them either. Never in my life seen a realtor act like this guy. If you want to do all the work this guy is the realtor for you! If you go with PROStead by all means stay clear from Michael Peersinger. Bad attitude and doesn't want to work. I am sure ProStead has good realtors but unfortunately we got this guy.. What a shame..

Outstanding Service!!!! This company exceeded my expectations. After years of contemplating to purchase a new home. I finally made a decision and the entire process was super easy. I felt no pressure and was always completely informed of all options available. Anytime I wanted to see a home, Mitch responded immediately. When I would change my mind a thousand times, it seemed to never upset him. I'm not sure how he dealt with me for so long because I constantly changed my mind!!! I will use this Real Estate company to purchase my next home. Thank you so much for the excellent service!! So hard to find these days.

OUTSTANDING customer service given during purchasing process. Explaining the in and outs of the different properties. Showing up for appointments. Answering questions and explaining things that have changed over the years of buying a home . Your closing team has also answered questions and responded quickly and that makes it even that much easier. DONT hesitate to call them Rodney was our realtor .

We have been working with Mike Jones from day one when we decided to relocate to the south from N. Jersey. Mike has been SO professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend him and the ProStead team. The closing team was wonderful and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and guided us thru the entire closing process.

I know I’m late with this review but that doesn’t make Robin any less great. We bought and sold a home from her and she was absolutely amazing. Patient, smart, works hard, and answers emails, texts and calls. Thanks to Prostead Realty and Robin we are now living in S.C. Are are extremely happy.

Working with Debbie and Tim Hilton was simply a pleasure.. I don't know the rest of the staff at ProStead, but I can *highly* recommend Debbie as your realtor. It took us 7 months for our house to be built, and Debbie and Tim were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.

May I say it was a pleasure to work with micheal persinger on helping fine the perfact house for me. Being from out of town it was nice to meet someone with knowledge of realty that could heip me so fast. Thank you Micheal for being their to help my every need. you sure know your stuff.

Mitch will "sell" you then send you a contract with someone else's name on it. Then you will get badgered until you just give in. They will NOT work for you, they will work for THE SALE. Absolutely inexcusable how they will treat you.

Great real estate company to deal with and work for. They have the market knowledge and are always there for their clients best interests.
