Been using your services for at least 6 years . You almost always have a good cleaning, but you need to do something with your staff . Some customer service training. I gave your staff my things . Simply one blouse , trousers and one dress. She haven’t notice dress ( out of 3 items ) than got angry and started to show me her attitude. I don’t need that ,specially in the morning . So , for cleaning 5 for staff 1 .

Google shows open after 22 , came here , nobody here. Called the number , she said info on Google is wrong. Well then how about changing it ? Also they advertise with 24 hrs , the lady on the phone said that this service is not possible. Rate 1 star.

The best dry cleaning in Dubai. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Always perfect quality, service and always on time. Location is perfect with free parking. Fatima, the staff there is very professional, nice and caring.

Has been coming here for 4 years and see how this dry creaning is getter worse: Paul Smith wool dress was ruined by rubbing off a spot to makingg a whole. Blame is on customer and no responsibility taken for a mistake
