Very poor customer service from the Asian lady at the counter. Everytime I visit Priceline I could easily give my phone number in order to scan my membership and haven’t had any issue. But this lady was saying I need to present the physical card cause she can’t enter my phone number one by one. Very poor customer service.

Went in for a booster shot. Took all my info and promised me it would only be half hour. Ended up waiting an hour and a half because they ‘misplaced the basket with my info’. How stupid can they be?! Don’t go there to get your vaccines. They will probably loose your prescriptions too.

The door greeter at this store today is a great asset to this store! We talked as l was on the way out, she made my day with her bubbly cheerful personality. How often do companies put door greeters on when they seem like they don't want customers to be there. Thank you!

I bought my cholesterol and pressure monthly medication from Priceline while I was at Westfield Knox. No service required. Just the prescription. They charged me 70% and 32% for each medication more than Chemist Warehouse. I guess that's why they call it Priceline.

This Priceline is great for makeup but do not go here for prescriptions. I experienced rushed service and they didn’t apply my health care concession card, I have that card for a reason. Could have paid for my prescription almost 3 times over if it was applied...

I had foot surgery done last week and I got my bandage wet and rang Priceline to see if they could put a new bandage on my foot so it won’t get infected by the water, they said no, you can buy it and put it on yr self, to me that is not good service. Not caring.

They won't serve you fairly when you're not Australian. They would hardly talk to you either and looked down on you. Younger staff at the counter don't have considerations and won't say any words, need to be taught good ethics.
