Very disappointing customer service from Camberwell Priceline. I accidentally purchased 50ml perfume for $35 when I was intending to purchase the exact same perfume in 100ml for $25. As I had removed the plastic, it’s within policy to refuse the exchange for the product, even though I had not used and literally called within 30 mins. I totally appreciate this is is policy, but this is clearly just a customer’s error, as I picked the larger size off the two on the shelf and purchased multiple items so didn’t even realise I’d forgone half of the product, yet paid $10 extra! It’s not about the coin change- it’s the principal that is super disappointing. I’ve been advised by Head Office they cannot force stores to offer a solution in favour of the customer which in this instance it would’ve just been in good spirit to do.

I've ordered 4 x products Skin Physics Dragon Blood Gel online which were on special 40% off on 23rd. March Saturday. On 27th.March Wednesday received an email to advise me that they can't deliver products to me without any reason and will refund me . Just felt strange and then quickly went and checked this products online found that products are still in stock but prices has gone up to original prices. It's it ridiculous marketing way to treat a loyalty customer like this. Felt quite disappointed on this brand or store. Also just suggested to watch their price carefully in case you will face the same scenario like me .

I went to return a faulty tinted sunscreen and because there was no stock available on that same one, the shop assistant said I can exchange for the invisible version. At the register it showed that i need to pay extra $5 because I bought it on promotion, although the regular price of invisible one is $2 cheaper and the lady supervisor insisted this is how it is done. This is ridiculous as the product is faulty and it already caused me inconvenience to go back to store for exchange and pay more for less valued replacement. I'd rather shop at woolies for the same regular price and better service

Being Diddled on amount of product. Your Sheer Multiple Plasters that show on box as 50 assorted. Batch Number 20130526 Expiry 20160526. On opening box - instead of getting the quantities stated on the side of the box. I ended up with 1 x 4cm x 4cn and 1 x S Dia 2.2cm instead of Qty 20 and 10 respectively. Have not checked the rest but, definitely less than stated. Please check with your manufacturer in China. By the way it is a good product. But, 1 instead of 10 and 1 instead of 20 is annoying. Your comments and investigation would be appreciated. Purchased at your Stocklands Riverton outlet.

Working for Priceline - West field Cheltenham . Management very unprofessional , permanent employees and some of casuals hide in the aisles and talk instead of helping the customers on floor. Always more then 2 people on registers there is hardly anyone to cater for, whilst customers need help on the floor . Seems like Mangers are scared of talking to employees about these issues and also the managers are favorable to certain employees, which is unfair to the rest of the workers. Permanent workers take more then required time during breaks . Hope someone should look into this workplace issue.

Fantastic new location, all staff are so friendly and helpful. Pharmacists always helpful and always remember who I am. So many products to select from for ant need. Great hours as they close 9pm weekdays, you can basically find any product you need, anywhere from adult products to kids products like vitamins. You can either enter from the car park entry, or Bourke Road entry. Can spend so much time looking around as so much to choose from. Always clean and tiny, and shelves are alway stocked up.

The service was really horrible. I was there to ask the pharmacist to sign my paperwork for my job application. She was forcing me to donate to the chariry before she can sign my paperwork. I did there before and I didn't have to pay anything. It was horrendous. I ussually do charity but I dont like to be forced doing this. This was the 1st time that it had ever happened to me. I dont think I will come there to purse anything nor recommend anyone to come to that Camberwell store.

Booked an appointment for a whooping cough booster at the Carrum Downs store - took the morning off work for it...I think that the pharmacist did as well! I received 2 reminders about the booking - she mustn't have received a single one! I have called to put in a complaint and am STILL on hold, after 20 minutes! End of the day, Priceline concerns itself more with 'beauty' than health. There was once a great Chemist in that spot...I guess they cared to much about health...

It's a Priceline located at the very busy Camberwell Junction. Standard range of products well laid out in a brightly lit shop. Not everything had prices and it was annoying as I had to go to the registers to find out how much things cost. The store is a walk thru one direct from the street to the large carpark behind, very convenient short cut, otherwise it's a 300- 400 metre detour depending on where you parked.

As mentioned by other reviews, customer service is so poor. The girls working today treated us like an inconvenience and would rather talk about their NYE plans then help us. Store is practically empty, products advertised can’t be purchased, we wandered around aimlessly for fifteen minutes and weren’t offered help at all. Don’t usually leave bad reviews but was insulted by this experience.

This is the best Priceline I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works here is very polite and helpful! I was especially impressed with the pharmacist called Minh. He was so friendly and professional and really went above and beyond. The store is also really well stocked with lots of products I can’t get at other Priceline stores.

I have been going to Priceline Echuca for a long time now because the service and kindness from Con, Kathy and their entire staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond to cater to my needs every time, good job team, always a pleasure to shop in your store

We thought it was like any Priceline, staff leaving you to your own devices and helping when you ask for it as opposed to trying to hard sell you products. The prices seem to be averaging, similar to their competitors. (normal) No complaints from us.

A good store, but doesn't really have anything flash or standout from other stores. As with others, it has a good range and some prooducts that aren't stocked elsewhere. It's quite spacious in terms of the isles, so that's a positive!

After going to three other pharmacies to get a document certified and being denied. I came here in hopes they could. The pharmacist was amazing. He went through the pain of checking all 62+ pages. Cheers Mathew.

Came here to certify some documents on a Sunday and service was prompt; Matthew is neat and polite. Staffs are attending and caring as well. The Pharmacy smells lovely amd products are not dusty.

Terrible store. Can’t find anything. Staff don’t care and tried to complain to head office and brushed me off and didn’t even want my details. Useless company. Better pharmacy groups!

Large, well stocked Priceline store. Staff are always helpful and willing to assist with queries. A pleasure to browse through or when hunting the latest in skincare.
