Highly disappointed. I had some good experiences at this branch before, especially with their staff. However, today, there was a staff member (a white woman, in case this helps identify her) who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and highly condescending towards me. There was clearly a misunderstanding which she was aware of, yet she was extremely patronising. For the future, please give her proper training on customer service as she was very disrespectful. I am giving this review a 1 star to bring it to your attention. Despite my disappointment, I appreciate the efforts of the other employees who have always provided top-notch service.

They should give their staff enough training before let them service customers! I bought a Panadol Children but wrong age, then I went back to the store at the same day to exchange, the item was complete new. They reception staff told me that I cannot return this item! After I do search online of their policy, then I insist to speak to his manager as their policy never mentioned that I cannot return it! Their manager came and did check their policy again and understood that my item could be returned! Wasted my time, and definitely some customers had been given wrong advice previously if they did not read the whole policy by themselves.

The staff was rude and unfriendly! The price will go to change to a lower price the next day. The price tag shows discounts but I thought it is the discount price for today. In the end, when I paid at the counter, the staff didn't confirm with me. After I went out of the store, just realised the price is higher than what I expected. When I went back to the store to (nicely) double confirm with them, that girl came out and talked to me ‘ I was already told you before~ blah blah blah. And doesn't help walked away after she told me like this! If you are in a bad mood that's your problem, don't bring your emotions to the customer!

Switched to this Priceline at the start of this year and encountered the same phamarcist Chris (heard he works mostly Mondays now) several times while filling my script. Each time I saw him his professionalism and customer service was impeccable, not just to me but also to other customers I saw him assisting. It was clear he had excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical products and a high standard of ethics. During busy times he was also able to thrive under pressure. Chris is the obvious standout among the staff in terms of passion, knowledge and customer service. Serious but not serious, please give Chris a raise.

Rude staff. I had booking for my flu vaccine, when I was there they made me sign some paperwork and they didn't give me any further information. After 30 minutes, I asked a staff member about my vaccine and she just said they were not taking people for vaccines anymore. I told her that why they made me wait, she just walked away replying that it was my fault for waiting instead of asking earlier. No apologies, no explanation. It's hard to understand how people like this can work in customer service. Somebody else stepped in and she just told me that my appointment has been moved to the next week. Unbelievable

Staff that put my transaction through was fine. But next time tell me how much my items total to, because you charged me full price for an item that was labelled on sale and when I called to enquire, I was told the sale starts tomorrow and that the prices were "hidden". If I can see it, it isn't hidden. I work retail, we don't put out sale prices unless the sale has actually started, I know you have alot of stock, but you are not the only place. It's very misleading. I'll be going to my local store tomorrow and getting a refund and repurchasing for the price I was supposed to be charged today.

I bought a Vidal season curler in the Chadstone store and it was faulty, so I went to this QV Priceline store to ask for a refund. Seems like this Priceline is very "unique" to other Priceline shops, they won't accept refund if your items were not bought from here. Where their refund policy says you can refund your goods in any Priceline store. Their manager said their shop is franchised (I believe all shops are franchised!!) which is unlike to the others!!! Then I went to the Bourke shop QV and they process a refund without any issues. Avoid the QV shop as they are way too "special"!!!

staff aren’t the nicest here, items locked that i wanted to purchase asked for the attendant at the registers to help me unlock it & she goes “there’s a girl right there who can do it for you” i had to ask the other worker to help me because she didn’t notice which is not the end of the world & she unlocked it and gave it to me with her back facing towards me over her shoulder and asked “anything else?” i dunno i felt like i was bothering the staff & didn’t feel the greatest leaving the store. very nice looking store but service not that great :(

BRANCH OF THE UBIQUITOUS PRICELINE PHARMACY CHAIN Largish store in the Queen Victoria Centre in downtown Melbourne. Offers a full pharmacy service as well as stocking a good range of cosmetics, skin care products and other health needs. It's located on the ground floor next to the escalators. Staff are informative and helpful and it's a good option if you need a prescription filled or want a "pharmacy only" medication in the Lonsdale / Swanston part of town. Accepts most cards and has a professional pharmacy area at the back of the store

Last Thursday I had a tattoo. I came in looking for bepanthen tattoo after are which was out of stock. One of the clients convinced me to use bepanthen antiseptic cream even though I specifically requested tattoo after care. They said they used thesame formula. Now my tattoo is fading and not healing properly. When I looked online it was nit recommended to use antiseptic cream. Please ask your staff more ro misinform clients. If they are unsure it's better they don't say anything.

Pharmacist Ryan provided me with very courteous & personable experience dispensing my medication I have to get on a monthly basis. I wasn’t really looking forward to the chore but he made the process entirely engaging whilst maintaining his own flair of character without being too much. Quite impressive for someone who’s only been a professional pharmacist for one year. I would 10/10 recommend Ryan for all your pharmaceutical needs.

This is one of the most weird priceline. I have 2x vouchers (each $5), and when i go on shopping for just $8 they just “forced” me to used all the voucher, and i lost the $2 by that. It’s just a small amount but still it feels weird. Hope your staff can do better than this, at least give a right information before you just put all the vouchers in the transactions. I would never go back to this priceline if it’s not really urgent.

Older woman that is not a pharmacist gives out unasked for medical advice, very concerning and as I found out from my doctor completely wrong. Also saw her quizzing other customers who were lining up to talk to a pharmacist what they wanted and wouldn’t let them discuss their requirements with the pharmacist directly. She was very rude to many people and misinformed.

I was made to wait for 15 minutes only to be told that I needed a prescription for the medicine. However, I went to Chemist Warehouse afterward and purchased it in less than 5 minutes without a prescription. I won't be returning to this Priceline; their customer service was the worst. The pharmacist named Linh was rude and unhelpful.

Beware of the woman with fake eyelashes, no glasses and heavy makeup in that waitress, because she will roll her eyes and laugh at you while you are picking out the products,what I experienced here was perfunctory, being pushed to spend, all this waitress is staring at is the money in your pocket, she is rude and mean.
