Absolutely disgusting workers.My friend with a disability went into this store and got laughed at and mocked and questioned from a worker about why she had a disability. and that she should apparently warn people that she has a disability before walking into any store. This coming from a 50 year old worker and that is suppose to work in a medical profession and be kind and considerate to any customer but instead would rather laugh at and belittle people that are disabled absolutely disgusting and will be taking it further the fact managers allow such a person to work here is beyond me

LA ROCHE-POSAY Pigmentclar Eyes 15 mL,Skin-evening anti-dark circles corrector. Blue and brown circles are corrected. This Product has been introduced to me by a very friendly price-line staff. I just used once over neigh and had a very bad allergy reactions to it. Next morning, I could not open my eyes. I returned the product to the price-line shop in Chapel Street where I bought the product from. All they did was; pay my money back!!!!!!!!!!! Please be aware of the danger of this product and do not trust what it says in the box about "sensitive skin"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mum lives at an aged care home about 600 metres from the pharmacy and was desperate for some hygiene products. Amelia was absolutely fantastic with me on the phone, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She even took the package after work and walked to my mum’s and dropped it off specially. That’s what I call Customer Service going above and beyond, during these tough times it’s nice that someone can do something so lovely to help my elderly and unwell mum and me. I really hope her bosses take notice, Amelia’s a gem. Thank you.

I had the exact opposite experience of the last reviewer. I went in to see if a pharmacist could authenticate some documents (would have required 4 signatures) and even though it was a very quiet weekday afternoon with no one else around I was told me there'd be a $5 charge. So I went down the street to Prahran Central pharmacy where they were friendly and happy to help and simply suggested I could make a Gold coin donation to the charity box on the counter if I wanted to.

Our neighbour who was essentially house bound at the time needed to have documentation witnessed by a pharmacist. On being informed that he couldn't get to the pharmacist to sign and have the documentation witnessed the pharmacist on duty Zoe took it upon herself to visit him after she had finished work to have the documentation completed. Such incredible customer service speaks volumes for Zoe and does so much for the reputation of Priceline. well done.

i went to get a script filled i dont normally come here . what a disgrace . the pharmacist said i need an authority by my dr charged me 43 dollars . i rang my chemist who i normally see no authority needed from my dr . and my regular pharmacist charges me 15 dollars . go else where . on top of that they wasted my time and gave me wrong information regarding my script . never again what a rip off .

I left my wallet at the shop while I was traveling. The staff were so incredibly helpful and boxed up my wallet and helped with the FedEx. I don’t have enough words of praise for how much they’ve gone above and beyond to help me. Especially Eric at pharmacy! Thank you so much Eric and the whole team at Priceline Prahran! I honestly cannot express my gratitude enough!

Pathetic. Do not open shop at 9am - pharmacist is late!!! Because of that, by law, cannot open the shop! Why this pharmacist is not there 30min before the opening??? Was suggested to wait 5 min. 15min later i had to leave for my volunteering job. The doors were still closed, i was going to spend over $200 on non-medicine product. Will get it from Chemist Warehouse

I am so used to clean, well stocked and professional looking Priceline experiences. This outlet looks and feels like it's a barn. So much space and such a limited offering. The only worse one (in my experience) is in Mosman NSW. The windows/marketing at either entrance are a corporate embarrassment. Very disappointed .

An absolute shopping nightmare...the checkout girl was rude and spoke down to me. The Security guard was a total nightmare ...i was very obliging and the guy insulted my intelligence. I am 67 year old teacher and will never go back there. Please Priceline give us staff with manners and some intelligence.

Poor customer service I waited to have a script filled for 15 mins with no acknowledgement or explanation from the staff and when I brought this up their only excuse was they were busy. Not good enough, would prefer to waste my time going to another pharmacy than wait around there.

Not sure what's going on, but over the last 6-8weeks there's hardly any stock in the store. So much so I actually asked if they were moving or closing down. Have shopped here for years but finding I'm having to go elsewhere to get what I need. Disappointing.

My husband and I had our flu vaccine done today at Prahran Priceline. Staff were great, process was easy and the Pharmacist was fantastic. All very professional. Our recommendation: have your flu vaccine done at Priceline Prahran!

I came here just a few hours ago and there was a girl with blonde hair and green eyes, i think her name was estelle. her customer service was excellent and i truly felt cared for while shopping.

Great pharmacy has lots of variety. Nice retail staff and pharmacist. Would go here instead and paying extra then to wait for ages at Chemist Warehouse.

Went in today to grab some eye drops, the pharmacist working there was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The retail staff are great and great product range. The pharmacists are rude and condescending towards customers.
