Things haven't been the same at this pharmacy since new owners took over and all of the staff left, however, I dealt with a lovely lady today called Hayley who helped me sort out an issue for my daughter's urgent medical script. Hayley was lovely on the phone and really helpful in our stressful situation. Thanks Hayley! Five stars for you! Let's hope that the rest of the staff there learn a few things from you about wonderful customer service. You're a great asset to their team.

I needed a special baby product that has been in short supply everywhere. As soon as I walked into Priceline, Peta helped me. She looked up the item, ordered it in and called me as promised. She even reordered it during the week and called me when it had been delivered. The special care that Peta gave me was commendable. She was sympathetic, caring and extremely helpful. Thanks Priceline and big thanks to Peta.

The pharmacist was so unbelievably rude. I was looking for assistance on a really simple script matter and was met with hostility and not even a glimpse of eye contact. In times when we are looking to not clog up emergency rooms and doctors offices, pharmacists like the one today are an embarrassment and a shame. If you’re looking for a helpful pharmacist, look elsewhere.

You can expect 2 wildly different customer experiences at this store, the front staff are fantastic and empathetic too their customers, The Pharmacists on the other hand at the back are the polar opposite. If you or your loved ones require care for mental illnesses, this isn't the store for you.

One star is for the poor service from the rude and oddly aggressive pharmacist. The extra star is given as if I hadn’t had such an awful experience, I wouldn’t have found the friendly and terrific Amcal pharmacy on the next block. Friendly, professional, and 10-20% cheaper too. Thanks!

Did not open on time. Open doors after 8:30AM opening time and was annoyed that I walked in, after advising the computers are still turning on, if you had have bothered to go in earlier to set up would have avoided the trouble. I kindly

Absolutely rude pharmacist. Caught one of the pharmacist laughing at me with another pharmacist while I was waiting.. this triggered my anxiety even worse as I was sitting thier trying to calm a panic attack & he knew I saw him Avoid!!!

Dangerous. Administering a vaccine to someone who should have gotten another type of covid vaccine due to health issues and not telling them they were supposed to get another type of vaccine despite knowing this information.

This is my favourite pharmacy in our town. The sales staff are really helpful without being in your face. The pharmacists have always given great advice (that worked) and often steered me at the most cost effective product.

Never had a negative experience there, pharmacists and floor staff have always been fantastic in their manner, and never have treated anyone any differently dependant on class or status in life

Been going to Priceline Pharmacy Lilydale for over 20 years. Always great pharmacists but the latest change of ownership have changed the atmosphere. Will no longer be going there

Some of the people working there are very nice except Michelle who is very rude and condescending. They do not know their return policies with click and collect orders.

Highly recommend - the Pharmacist was super helpful when I had a child with a swollen eye following dental surgery. She had relief in 30 minutes. Thank you!

Convenient location in the middle of Lilydale. Close to public transport, basically on the main road and plenty of free parking near the entrance.

Lovely staff behind the register, but there is an unnecessarily rude and hostile pharmacist working here. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Everyone here is extremely professional and their product knowledge is of a high standard. Scripts are usually dispensed quickly.

Tonight(Saturday) I arrived there at 6:15pm . They're closed so NO they don't open untill 7pm on Saturday as they claim here.
