Everyone should take note that there's a new owner as well as a fresh new team, and they provide exemplary customer service! The reviews that were about the previous owners need to be disregarded. From the lovely floor/register staff to the kindhearted pharmacists and assistants in the dispensary, I know I'll always be going here for my scripts and other goods. Scripts are done quickly and efficiently and that's what I appreciate (unlike Chemist Warehouse, where it feels like a lifetime before scripts are given out and staff avoid you like the plague). Props to the fabulous team at Priceline Pharmacy Acland Court, with a visually appealing store, great variety of products and most importantly, quality customer service!

I have been getting prescriptions at this chemist for 4-5yrs. A few weeks back another highly drug affected customer abused me, my partner & my 3 year old niece in store and aggressively threatened to assault us. I advised the staff at the store and their response was “oh he’s highly anxious. Maybe just let him go before you”. Poor response. My niece was so scared and crying and they did nothing. I went back a week later and spoke to the manager about the poor response and they said they would get back to me about the situation. 2 weeks has passed and no response. Really really poor. I’ll be going to the chemist warehouse 20m away from now on.

If I could give zero I would, this store should not host a Tatts site as the staff have no clue and care even less. I was there 8/4/23 at 6pm, I asked for a ticket to be renewed, the staff member just handed me money and said nothing, when I asked for the ticket I got a scowl, then the ticket was wrong and it was my fault, despite just asking for an exact repeat! Then she processed 1 week instead of ten and one line instead of 4! Then she gave me a quick pick and not the exact repeat I asked for! Rude, clueless and definitely in the wrong job. Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff here are exceptional, both Pharmacists and Customer Service Representatives. They have Always taken the time to provide the Best Service, even when they're busy! >Be that in explaining medications & perhaps interactions with other medications or herbal remedies etc. OR if you're just browsing within the store. My mum & I just had the most lovely experience & fantastic customer service in this store! (: Kristos is very knowledgable, professional & fun! He totally understood what we needed and patiently tested the products on each of us, giving us the right advice for our skin types & personal preferences. We got all our make-up needs sorted in one go & left with big smiles on our faces. Highly recommend.

This is my usual pharmacy. They're always great and happy to help. I was feeling awful last week and my doctor was supposed to fax a prescription but a few hours later when I called to check it hadn't arrived yet so Nathan, one of the pharmacists, went and got it for me, filled it and had it read before I even arrived. An absolute godsend.

I've always had great services here, with the pharmacists taking time out to review medications, explain dosages, and even contact the doctors if in doubt. Duty of care is high here, and in particular the care and attitude of the pharmacists, makes the biggest difference. Overall I prefer this chemist to others in the area.

Not like other priceline stores. Will male customers wait a long time at the pharmacy, which happens, but then anyone can push to the front of the line. Staff not only permit this (repeatedly) but seem to encourage the practice as they always serve the people who push in first. Just go to another priceline.

I came to ask about a covid booster before visiting my elderly mum and cancer survivor over Christmas, Kelcie Luo was amazing, able to help and within 5 minutes I was sorted. Tho level of service at a crazy time of the year is outstanding and I can’t recommend the team enough! Thanks Priceline Acland Court!

The land of smiles. Like a previous customers complaint. I was also in a specialised area for this chemist. They should leave it to the chemists that can deal with the area properly and don't try to let the pharmacists know that they've done something wrong. They take it way too personally.

Not your average pharmacy! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, who care about the health and wellbeing of customers. Kristos, in particular, is my go to guy for recommendations and advice on cosmetics, skincare, body care and accessories. Have a great selection of gifts as well.

Pretty standard Priceline store however they do s tock a few more items than other Priceline stores. Gentleman greeted me at the door and said hello and then as I walked further there is another man asked if he could help and pointed me into the right direction.

My goodness! The staff here made my day today, the pharmacist was so knowledgeable and gave me 20 minutes of his time explaining great skincare advice. There was a sales assistant Kristos who was so lovely and helpful with great customer service.

Excellent pharmacy. Good professional advice. reasonable prices. The medications are always available. I have never heard 'we need to order' this or that from them. The premises are clean and staff is polite. I am very pleased with the service.

The best pharmacy with the most welcoming staff. The owner is one of the sweetest ladies and all the staff treat me with utmost respect every time I visit. The pharmacists have an outstanding knowledge and are very professional and caring!!
