Stayed here at the Tottenham Hale last night, we booked 4 rooms as we had a wedding close-by. When we checked in the receptionist told us they have been having problems with their electricity it keeps going off. Last night not only it went off for hours so there was no lights to go to the toilet but the rooms were hot and muggy as the air-con wasn’t working of course due to no electricity. When I called downstairs early in morning to see what was happening and how long this would be carrying on, the person in charge more or less just said sorry not our fault it’s happening around the whole area here lately! Spoke to the manager this morning and said it’s not very good and they should inform their customers before hand if they keep having these issues as he explained they have been getting messages by the electricity board to tell them of power cuts! WHY DONT THEY LET CUSTOMERS KNOW that they’re maybe power cuts as there’s an issue lately!!!! Surely a big hotel as premier inn management would call and speak with the local electricity and see how bad the situation is and how long these problems will persist. Not impressed at all! Completely unacceptable and it’s inconvenient. Speaking to another customer this morning she said she was offered free breakfast. I had to ask the manager why we were not offered that. He was offish and blunt and said “GO HAVE SOME IF YOH WANT” I was actually put off by his customer service skills I didn’t want any but it’s the principle you took our money alright for 4 rooms, you inconvenienced us and there was no proper apology! I would NOT stay here again….this hotels ratings I can see will go downhill fast.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with the recent experience I had at the Tottenham Hale Premier Inn. Unfortunately, my lost property, a bag containing children's shoes, has not only gone missing, but the handling of the situation by the manager, Zuuna, has been highly unprofessional. Zuuna initially assured me that the information about the lost bag would be promptly communicated to relevant staff members. However, it became evident that this was not the case, as the matter was mishandled, and the bag remains unaccounted for. Moreover, when confronted about the discrepancies, Zuuna resorted to dishonesty and was unreasonably hostile, screaming down the phone. This situation has escalated to the point where it has been reported to the headquarters and the police, as it involves the potential theft of valuable items. The lack of cooperation from the staff, with seemingly deliberate avoidance of phone calls, only raises further suspicions. It is imperative to emphasize that such behavior is unacceptable, and I am committed to pursuing this matter until a satisfactory resolution is reached. The disregard for customer property and the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the management at Tottenham Hale Premier Inn is deeply troubling and requires immediate attention. I trust that this formal complaint will be treated with the gravity it deserves, and appropriate measures will be taken to rectify the situation. I will not rest until a resolution is achieved, and the accountability of the staff involved is established.

The only reason I will write this review as ok is due to your amazing staff members Sarah and Terri. What amazing staff you have in them two. Sarah was great at customer service and ensuring we was happy with our food on the very limited menu. She would make conversations with us and be very attentive to us. Terri was the same but was running round doing everything herself even though she had her duty manager in with her called Joseph who done nothing the whole time. Terri was serving food and on reception and taking orders and Joseph was nowhere to be seen. Joseph went missing for over 30 minutes and claimed he was at the toilet. We waited over 30 minutes for over desserts to be served but that was no thought of Terri as she was running around doing her best all by her self. If only the duty manager helped out instead of standing around doing nothing. He saw we had finished our meals and just stood there and didn’t clean the plates from our table or ask if we wanted anymore drinks it was left to Terri who was busy running around. The hotel did not have a chef during my stay so we had same limited menu on the four days I was there. This should be advertised on the website before we book the meal deal as we would not of booked it as it’s limited to 4 meals. Most drinks were out of stock too. The Rooms are only cleaned if you ask them too so You have to go and ask for fresh towels. This should be explained on the check in. Sarah and Terri are a credit to your company and they should be a manager.

I came down to Edmonton for work. I booked 2 nights, 20/09 - 21/09. I arrived at my hotel after 21:00. I was unable to find the hotel due to the tarpaulin. I requested parking info; I was given a postcode. I headed for the parking @ 23:30 but thought I was in the wrong place, it looked residential. I found an alternative on Stoneleigh road but couldn’t purchase a ticket. After a 10-minute late night walk, I asked the receptionist to explain the parking. He told me to go back to my car & head back for Hale village. I paid at reception for 2 nights parking. Walking back to the hotel @ 00:15 I had to walk through a gang of 12 youths which was extremely intimidating. I finally reached my room at 00:30 to find that a vent above the door in room 608 was quite noisy throughout the night. I reported this to the reception the next morning, but the duty manager was busy! As I was staying another night, I said I would return later. Whilst at work I was agitated by the previous night, so I returned to speak to the duty manager. She was not available again, so I checked out. All of a sudden, she was available. I was asked why I had not reported it last night. Sorry I wasn’t aware I was going to have a bad nights sleep then. I have paid for a nights sleep & 1 night parking that I haven’t used! The hotel excavation work should be explained, the hotel parking should really be explained, the room vent didn’t appear that night & the duty manager should be... on duty! I've used Premier Inn for over 20 years.

Nice hotel, new build, good location for transport links. Restaurant medium expensive but very convenient and food is good. Very polite and helpful desk staff. Rooms are a good size, nice layout (if minimal; very short on drawers and storage space, no desk, no phone etc) and the beds are comfortable. Good sized bathroom, good showerhead above a tub, good water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping service is surprisingly awful; daily battle to get room made up; sheets aren't changed if you can get them to show up, toilet paper was never refilled and remained empty for days, and trying to convince them to leave towels was maddening and a daily struggle. They would leave one small and one large towel at BEST, if they bothered to turn up at all, in a room occupied by two guests. I would have to go down to the front desk (the rooms have no phones so you can't call down) and request two more towels; the next day housekeeping (if they appeared) would remove FOUR towels, and once again leave TWO in their place - repeat daily. Desk staff happy and fast to resolve issues caused by lazy or incompetent housekeeping staff. Apart from terrible housekeeping experience, not a single complaint. Again, front desk staff is excellent and couldn't be more helpful, polite, and friendly.

Me and my boyfriend came and stayed in this hotel. At first it was nice. During the night a member of staff came and knocked on the door saying the fire alarm was not working. This has raised somewhat alarms for us then again in the morning while my boyfriend was sleeping a member of staff was in the room. She did not even knock on the door what so ever and she was having ago without any presence of sorry or knocking on the door to enter. This is such a rude behaviour as coming into a room without any knocking. She comes into the room shouting and being rude saying the smoke alarm is not working and and it smells of smoke in the room. She did not allow us to speak and kept shouting saying the fire alarm is broken and smells of smoke. She tries to look around the room to see if anyone has smoked but there was nothing to say we had smoked. She had said we either have to leave the room or pay £100 for something that we have not done. When my boyfriend tried to explain and ask why she just blamed the smoke alarm and smell of smoking. And this is such a appealing behaviour giving a room that's not well maintained and the fire alarm is broken

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several issues that really impacted my stay. Firstly, one of the most basic necessities - drinking water - was not available in the room. I was surprised to find that there was no complimentary water provided, and even more concerning was the fact that there was no tap or source of drinking water in the room. As someone who needs to stay hydrated, this was a major inconvenience and detracted from my overall comfort during my stay. Additionally, the evening receptionist, Joseph, was not friendly or welcoming at all. In fact, his attitude bordered on rude and dismissive. I found this particularly disappointing as a friendly and welcoming check-in experience can really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me and I found myself feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this Premier Inn based on my experience. Failing to provide such basic necessities like drinking water and having an unfriendly staff member can really detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of a stay.

Staff were outstanding! There was a group of us that came up/down for work and we were all meant to be in the same hotel, however there was a mix up and I was put in this hotel on my own, at first I was gutted but by my first night I was so thankful it happened. The room is what we have come to all expect from Premier Inn, clean and comfy however what made my decision to stay in the hotel on my own was very simply the members of staff, one in particular called Sarah. She was so friendly and helpful it was an absolute pleasure, for someone like me that isn't used to using the underground she was extremely informative and knowledgeable and basically planned my route for me. I want to say a huge thank you to her and also every other member of staff that made my stay perfect. Only small thing I'd say is they didn't have Fish & Chips on the menu! But I can look past that for all the other amazing things they did have (like top notch customer service!), Thank you again and definitely will be recommending and coming back in the future!

As a Spurs Season Ticket holder I travel from Ireland regularly and have always stayed here, even through the long period where from the outside it resembled a building site and you'd be awoken in the morning to the sound of jackhammer! The rooms are decent, nothing to write home about and have usually found the breakfast and the service generally, good. It's location and proximity to the stadium is what made it attractive. However recently the Hotel has been engaging in serious price gouging on days of matches. Just under £200 for rooms that 6mths ago were costing less than half that. 5 stays would buy my Season Ticket! The location isn't worth those prices, I'd get much better hotels in Central London for that price & similar accommodation for a lot less! Going forward I'll be staying elsewhere or doing day trips which is a shame as I'd prefer to spend my money in local businesses/pubs.

Nice staff, clean big rooms, great location, next to station and bus stops. Only down side is that there is no way to contact the staff downstairs, you have to go down to the lobby even if you just have a question. No phones in rooms. This is wrong because if there is a health emergency and you need help, there is no one anyone would help you. They gave me a number but no one answered. Other hotels give you a mobile number or WhatsApp number to contact from your room if you need anything extra to be provided, to order food and also for emergencies. Please look into this matter. I have to leave my children in the room every time I had to speak to one of the staff.

Short walk from Tottenham Hale tube station with direct links to Central London, as well as a bus station with links all over the city. Short walk from many bars, food places and also a short hop from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Service is very good, staff were friendly enough, if maybe slightly quieter than normal, restaurant was lovely when we had food in the hotel, breakfasts are a must have as always. Rooms were inviting and clean, beds as comfortable as any other Premier Inn. Building works were ongoing, and me and my partner were not aware of this prior to arrival, however - bar some confusion on arrival - the works caused no issue whatsoever. A wonderful and simple place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit London.

The room was nice and big, everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable, also extra pillows and blankets were provided. However the big downside is that the window can't be opened and, even though there's a constant flow of air through pipes, it got really stuffy and suffocating for the whole time we were there. It wasn't nice at all. The good thing is that it was really quiet at all times. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The restaurant was nothing special, but if you're starving it's a valid option; breakfast has many options, including vegetarian ones. The location is not nice but it's very convenient, just 2 minutes away from Tottenham Hale station.

We were given just one set of towels between 2 people and had to ask twice for another one. The toilet tissue sheets dispenser was broken and we had to mention this twice before a member of staff checked it, apologised because they couldn't help but said we would have a member of maintenance call the next day. That never happened. On the second night there were no spirits available in the bar/restaurant area . The breakfast left a lot to be desired on our second morning - there was a small amount of cold scrambled egg, no hash browns, no beans, a few cold mushrooms and only a few sausages. We have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and have always found them good value for money, until this one. Very disappointed

Food a really poor standard. The cook used the same tongues for meat, chips and veg also waited fir breakfast at 7am and it wasn't ready until .07.15. And when the shutter was raised there was only sausage and bacon with nothing to serve them. I am a vegan and there was nothing for me. The cook had no clue and we were told "he only started yesterday". I left only having had two slices of dry toast and marmite. Staff were not visible. So my company spent £10 on a breakfast I could not eat and wasn't available. The staff were nice, what I saw of them but I would not stay again and if I did I would definitely NOT eat here. And if you have any allergies or food intolerance I would advise against eating here.

Not very Impressed tbh.Only picked this place due to us visiting Spurs stadium for a tour.On arrival the staff and service in the restaurant was pretty much none existent and the fact that it was a totally different set of staff in the morning for breakfast which was faultless is the reason I haven't given it a lesser star rating.pity the breakfast team weren't on duty for our evening meal.Wont be returning thats for sure.

Terrible service for our evening meal with waitresses going AWOL and eventually serving cold food and wrong dishes. Totally different story for breakfast though.Good service and considerably better food.

I will not be staying here again. To start with the car park is 1 mile away from the hotel and they have to give you a map to find it. Not great when you’ve got baggage. Ended up going elsewhere for food as I was so far from the hotel after parking. Returned to the hotel at 9.55pm wanting a drink and was told the bar was now shut. Bedrooms are nice but only one towel available. Key card needed for every door, even the toilet in the restaurant. I stay at lots of hotels and apart from the rooms been recently redecorated I would find no reason to book here again. Disappointing all round and only good if you don’t have a car, don’t want a drink and are happy to use one towel between however many guests.

Three colleagues and I spent a night here when in this part of London. The hotel was exceptionally clean and followed covid restrictions. I slept very well in a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee were in the room. The bathroom had a soap dispenser next to the wash basin and a shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the bath/shower. You can walk up and down the stairs to avoid the lifts. We had breakfast and they seemed a wee bit flustered taking four orders for full cooked breakfasts but this was new to them and we all wanted slightly different items. Of course, in normal times, we would have helped ourselves to the buffet. The servers, especially Cristina, were friendly and helpful.

A great hotel in an ideal location. We stayed here as we was going to a concert in Alexandra Palace. Easy links to public transport but due to weather we chose to Uber and it less than £20 for 4 people. It's opposite a retail park which has a Boots, TK Max and Burger King. There's also a Tesco around the corner. We had a room on floor 8 (top floor). These are premium rooms and furnished perfectly. Spotlessly clean and look new. Staff were all lovely, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style but is fresh and hot with plenty if choice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Not that impressed Family 4 person stay. Hotel hard to find due the fact large amount of building work going on and most of the building covered so can't recognise. Left standing in reception for 25 mins when trying to check in as automatic check in not working and short staffed. Charged twice for dinner as issues with card machine and took 5 days to get money back. Again reduced menu Sat night again due to staffing issues. No extra pillows and only 1 set of towels in room and even asking staff for extra twice we ended up asking the room maid ourselves on the second day However great location, breakfast was good. Staff tried but very under staffed.

My mum came to visit me and stayed here and got food poisoning from peri peri chicken in the hotel restaurant. She was up all night vomiting etc and the hotel did not even have a first aider to help. I took her to A&E the next day as she was so severely ill and whilst we were at the hospital they packed up her things and forcibly checked her out. We got back to the hotel after hospital and they tried to make her pay £140 for another night’s stay so she could rest and recover. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour with no compassion. Avoid!!

Stayed on Saturday 12th March and writing this review after fantastic service from the on duty manager and waitress on duty during the evening. The restaurant was closed , but we were too tired to venture out to eat. We asked the manager if it would be ok to order a takeaway and eat it in the bar area to which she said, "of course" seeing as the restaurant was closed. Our takeaway was delivered and within seconds, the waitress arrived with plates. Amazing service. It makes a pleasant change to experience such service and was very much appreciated. Well done to the two ladies who looked after us and thumbs up to Premier Inn. Thankyou.

This was my second stay here, previous stay was good so booked again as I like the convenient location. Arrived to be greeted by a huge mound of rubbish that just got bigger day by day. No staff on front desk, had to press assistance button 4 times before anyone came to check us in. Building work going on which I had missed on the website when booking due to it being in minute print at the bottom of the page. Works started at 8am with banging and drilling constant. Could not open open curtains until the workers had gone home as they were working right outside the window. Room itself was fine with everything you need for a short stay

  • Sunny Isles

The service is excellent from staff, they are always very helpful. I have stayed here several times for work but my last trip I was disappointed by the limited evening menu and portion size. Not sure why the restaurant is closed despite the fact that they can open with social distancing measures put in place. I don't mind having a takeaway meal to eat in my room but please ensure the portion sizes are big enough. My meal was like a child size portion and I was still hungry. This isn't good enough. Rooms always clean and location perfect for work.

No idea what is going on at Premier Inn but their standards have slipped massively. Room wasn't cleaned each day with covid being blamed, the air con unit wouldn't go off so occasionally I'd be woken up with the loud fan going and lastly the breakfast was a shambles. Turning up at 7am when the breakfast opened to see dried out bacon and sausage which was obviously heated up the day before, the next morning at 06:45 and finding out the breakfast wasn't on as the chef was late, so my crew had to wait until later for breakfast and the next 2 days again the breakfast being very dry and barely edible. Must do better guys!

What a fantastic upscale experience that I never thought possible with Premier Inn. My friend booked this hotel for me and I was initially disappointed at having to go to a Premier Inn (the ones I'd visited years ago were just okay and nothing special). I got here and I was very pleasantly surprised by the room quality, size and comfort and the staff friendliness. Joseph at reception was nice. I was on the 4th floor and didn't get any noise disturbance from the main road. Breakfast (which we paid £9.99 separately for) was a pretty good selection of hot options. Will stay again. Value for money for sure.

  • Seth Palmer

Clean, quiet rooms. There is absolutely no parking near the entrance at the moment due to massive amounts of construction, which could make check-in a bit difficult if you have a lot of bags. Parking is £10 for 24 hours near the N17 9FD post code, which is less than a 10 minute walk. The carpark had many cameras. You must check-in before you can pay for parking! Hotel is just a 2 minute walk to the tube station, and about a 15 minute tube journey to King's Cross/St Pancras. You'll have to walk about 10-15 to get to a pub, restaurants or takeaways.

Favorite premier inn and I have stayed in a few of them in and outside London. The price is very good for the location. The staff is incredible here and they really understand how to make people feel welcome. The food is surprisingly good as well. The location is great, steps away from the tube, buses and train. There are many shops around whether for food or shopping. There are also some nice parks nearby. I liked this location so much, I am considering moving in the area.

I am impressed by Premier Inn Tottenham hale. I used to be staying in other locations, but never felt at home as much as in this location. The reception team is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and airy, beds are comfortable. The location is also great, in terms of access to the Tube(Victoria Line) and buses. The retail shops are round the corner. The only downpart is not having a safe or a small fridge in the rooms, but overall compare to the price is worthy. I will stay here again.

So the first room I had here wasn’t the best, it was clean yes but the air con was not working at all, and the bed felt dodgy luckily the lovely staff here were more then happy to transfer me to another room on the third floor where everything was working perfectly, the room was clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the helpfulness here and the second room was exactly what I expected from Premier Inn. Would stay here again and a thank you to the lady here with the tan coloured hair.

Handily located for what we were doing in London. It's quite literally a two minute walk from Tottenham Hale tube. Our room was clean, but had what seemed to be a gap where there should have been a sofa. There was also only one towel, but this was readily fixed by the nice receptionist. Breakfast was fine. There's a good selection, although the bacon and hash browns weren't brilliant, which is a shame. Plenty of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, etc though. Worth the outlay if you fancy refueling after a late night.

Staying at the premier inn was great. We had a family room, it was very quiet and comfortable. The customer service was outstanding! Our breakfast was great and Terry who served us was wonderful. I would love to book a room here for my parents to stay in. Unfortunately there is no on-site parking for disabled guests, making it impossible for my father (who has limited mobility) to stay here. Disappointing, especially as the hotel has accessible bathrooms. But what’s the point of those if a disabled guest cannot get easily from room to car? It would be nice if one or two on-road spaces were made available outside the hotel entrance for disabled guests to use.

£106 doesn't get you much in London these days...get the train from the airport, but a light meal, maybe a beer, and you're line ball with a night here. The whole place is cookie cutter. But who doesn't like a cute-shaped cookie? Everything is where you need it, and the staff are so friendly, it feels like they've all been accidentally paid the CEO salary. Excellent location beside Tottenham Hale station. Service was just ok though, we tried to check in early but got told to come back at 3 which was our booked check in time but then when we returned at 3:30, we were told that we still had to wait another 20 minutes because our room still wasn't ready. Door in the room was also a little bit damaged as the hook was broken off the back of it.

Close to Tottenham Hale tube. Unfortunately work being carried out so no view from room due to scaffolding and plastic sheeting. Otherwise typical Premier Inn room comfortable bed adequate bathroom and tea making facility. Breakfast was good. One downside no evening meal available and not much close regards restaurants. My one complaint is due to work on outside, entrance was obscured and a sign pointing to entrance would have helped.

Covered in scaffolding and noisy due to ongoing work. Should have been informed of noise. Hot items at breakfast kept running out of supply even though only a few people at hot, meant you had to wait longer than you'd expect. After speaking to staff, seems this was due to inexperienced and untrained staff in kitchen. Some items not available even though advertised, e.g. Black pudding, choc spread. Doubt I will stay there again.

This hotel is generally very good. It is clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The food is of a 'chain ' hotel standard. The only drawback is that their car park is part of Hale Village which is about 10 minutes walk away and not too good for disabled people. The adjacent retail park has rats in the car park although we were assured that measures were in place to ensure that the hotel was rat free !

5 stars for the member of stuff who managed to pronounce my surname correctly! But hotel was nice exactly for 4 stars. Room clean and tidy. I had to pay for breakfast to be included extra £9.99 and for this money I could find a better brekkie. Check in / check out - super easy. Not sure about parking by the hotel, but there is a space for drop in / off. By the hotel train station and shopping centre.

Great room with lovely clean ensuite and super comfy beds. Well appointed and very quiet and relaxing. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fab. Very close to Tube and rail services, and handy location. Would stay here again!

Very good hotel for the price. Extremely clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Well equipped room with very comfortable bed. Right next to the subway so trains and taxis readily available. Only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is lack of parking. There are a few on street parking spots and, if you feel adventurous, there are various grassy bits just beyond the pavement where some people seem to park.

Definition of basic. Self check in and check out. Had to ask for towels every day. There was only one towel in the room to start with. AC didn't work. Hotel was clean overall. Very close to train/bus station and someone shopping.

Just a short walk from Tottenham Hale station. About a mile or so from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a varied choice and worth every penny. Will definitely stay again if going to a concert.

Sarah and Terri made the experience worth staying ! They’re absolute sweethearts and really helpful with their service. The hotel is nicely placed by the train station where it’s just minutes walk away and not far from stores.

In a Premier Plus room, more space and some more bells and whistles added. Clean, comfortable and a very good location close to train and bus stations. For London, it was good value, lower cost than the city centre locations

Excellent service. Check in was hassle free. Very close to the bus and tube station. Less than a minute walk from stations. Just adjacent to KFC, subway and well known eateries. So happily dined out. Highly recommended. Only con is no parking space. However this was the cheapest & best deal with 1 hour from all the major sites to see in London.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding and the room was clean and very well equipped and suitable for what we needed. Just one small issue we asked to borrow an iron and was told that they didn't have a spare as they were all out!! Luckily we were able to use our daughters but I did think that was a bit off not having enough irons.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly . Although, it is a 3 stars hotel but it is clean, modern and comfy. One of the nice things they have is the self check in which is very convenient. They have a moderate restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is awesome and neat. In addition, the price is great.

  • Fay Downie

Shower gel poor quality. Minimal staff obviously to save money but doesn't do anything for customer relationship. No phone in room not sure if it's a good thing if you need reception as there is so few staff to help. Limited amount of tea spoons at breakfast - really! Fresh fruit out if a bag! But the porridge was GOOD.

  • Adnan Mehmood

Excellent customer service from the night shift guys. Went out of their way to warm our son's milk and provided extra towels since we accidently put the 'do not disturb sign up' so did not get fresh towels in the morning. Highly recommended.

They're having the cladding replaced which is fair enough. But the entrance is terribly signposted blink and you'll miss it, the bar is poorly serviced and the breakfast was awful. Hardly any cutlery out and the food was slow. Room was well kept but mostly unhappy with this stay, won't be back based on this visit.

Hotel itself was good, however the parking is offsite, and not just a little offsite, it's almost a 10 minute walk, and that's if you can get a space. I arrived there at 15:30, and took one of the two remaining. I could see this being a problem if you have children or mobility issues.

  • Elina Anze

Not the warmest welcome from the girls, could clearly see she was not impressed we pressed the assistance button. Have to guess where the breakfast is and what time. Apart from that, the room was nice and clean, breakfast was ok- eggs, bacon all could tho. Pillow hard as a brick.

  • George Linos

Good quiet hotel, good value for money, comfortable beds, near Tottenham Hale station. But windows don't open at all (there is some ventilation), shower heads are affixed (not handheld) and there was only one working lift throughout my 5-night stay. Helpful staff.

  • Chris Dodd

As always I know what to expect clean room. Good breakfast all u can eat. Cooked and traditional options were available. Tho the evening menu's weren't available to guests or residents. As well as the bar being unavailable in the evening quite frustrating.

Very comfy, quiet rooms and friendly staff. No problems leaving my bag there from 11 am untill 11.30pm when we finally picked my key up. Could do with better signage while they have the cladding replaced as we walked past it
