I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Premier Inn London Ruislip hotel and overall , I had a positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to Wembley Stadium and central London through the nearby tube station. The room I stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room size was decent, providing enough space to move around comfortably. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and transportation options, making it easier for me to navigate the city. One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the noise from other doors banging in the middle of the night. While this was a slight inconvenience, it did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on-site. However, it would have been nice to have additional amenities such as a fitness center or a swimming pool. Overall, I would recommend the Premier Inn London Ruislip hotel for its clean rooms , comfortable beds, and convenient location. It provides a good value for the price and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

Handy location being a short walk from the Central line. Room 21 has a nice floor to ceiling window looking out over the beer garden next door which makes it feel like a much nicer hotel. The extremely loud macerator attached to the sink, shower and toilet let you know your not haha. Also had to keep the bathroom door closed due to a slight drainage smell in there that got worse as you used the shower or sink. Staff are friendly, free parking, and cheap price make up for the niggles. Shame they can’t sort the plumbing out though. Had a similar issue in room 15 a month earlier but more of a urine smell . Still just close the door and problem sorted. Had to reduce my rating from 4 to 3 because I went for a later than normal shower (10 am) and the water was only Luke warm. Didn’t expect hot water to be on a first come first serve basis in a hotel chain as big as these.

Google Maps has confused The Orchard where I ate an early Xmas meal with friends with the Premier Inn built in the car park only a few years ago. This scarcely matters as the venue, The Orchard, is shutting, for good on the 4th of December 2023. How this site, with the most car parking of any venue in Ruislip can be managed into the ground, is beyond me. Let's hope the Council, LBHillingdon, do not allow the site to be redeveloped into poor value housing.

Despite reassurances the full menu would be available, it was not. Only 2 starters from the Festive menu were 'on'. When it came to the dessert of a mince pie, it looked just a supermarket item, and no-one thought to warm them up.

  • Alan Clark

Very friendly staff and food was excellent on the night. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately, although we booked our Christmas meal in advance for a party of 37 people, they did not have the baked camembert which 8 people ordered. They were very helpful in offering a substitute starter, some people were slightly disappointed. This was not the fault of the restaurant but apparently it was down to head office supplies. Beefeaters in general are always running out of certain items on the menu, and I am not sure if they really take complaints seriously. Still 4 stars is a good score but a shame I could not give them 5. Have a great Xmas everyone and a Happy New Year to you all

It was the restaurant attached to the Premier inn the "Orchard"that I visited. The waitress that served us had no people's skills at all, she didn't smile once. And I wanted some garlic bread to go with my meal, first I was told they couldn't do individual portions only a large plate of garlic bread. When I remarked that's ridiculous not being able to cater for a single portion of garlic bread, she then brought me two small slices of garlic bread to go with my meal. But charged me £2.50 for it, way overpriced for 2 small slices of garlic bread, don't think I'll go there again. However the manager did say welcome to us on the way in and on the way out, perhaps he could have a word with his staff.

  • Alison Thomas

Room 10 is tired, smells of dirty socks , and resembles the worst of all the premier inns I have stayed at; especially which has been 'mended'one too many times, yet has cracks and dirty mould, holes and raised old layers of paint. Given each room is nearly £90 per night, sticky, dirty carpets is not something you expect. I will be sharing images of the room itself. The staff at reception are excellent. What an embarrassing place for him to have to work at; he must be constantly apologising to guests. You are a national brand, not a back street 1 star B&B!

One meal was poor quality and had items on menu missing, with the other still questionable quality and arriving at table with chicken and fries lukewarm and vegetables actually cold. On visiting toilet, one cubicle had toilet seat hanging off and another littered with toilet paper, rendering only the third cubical usable. Service was slow and despite restaurant not being near to capacity, dirty plates were left for some while before we were asked if we wanted anything further. This is the third disappointing meal at this restaurant, and sadly have to say they have run out of chances. We won't get going back

  • Joey Nealon

I am so impressed with the service we have received from the kind and thoughtful staff here. We stayed as a family of four (children 4&5) the front of house let us check in two hours early so we could sort out the children ahead of our day which was so appreciated after our long drive. When we returned from a long busy day out, they had left the children juice and chocolate in the room and a huge bar of chocolate for us (which as a tired mum I really appreciated!) thank you so much x

Unfortunately on July 6th we arrived really late, and we realised that we booked by mistake on another date. And everything was sold out for that date. However, the receptionist was super-kind with us, she invited us to stay in the waiting room, while trying to find an alternative for the night. And she gave us further info about the number to call to understand if we could get refund or move date and/or location. What a lovely person! Reception is the first incipit eith a guest, and they definitely got it tight in that hotel! Lucky them!!

Stayed in room 25, first floor at the end of the corridor and one to avoid. There is a weird plumbing arrangement that means when the loo is flushed or the bath/shower is emptied a pump starts up that is so unbelievably noisy It woke the people in the neighbouring rooms, plus when the bath empties and the pump starts it fills the bathroom with a sewer smell. Additionally, its possibly the smallest room I've ever had for this chain of hotels which i do use regularly. Apart from that, immaculately clean as always, free parking for a london hotel and friendly staff as expected

  • Glenn Burchell

Decent enough, example of the genre. Room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. One or two minor housekeeping issues - hand soap wasn't fitted properly in dispenser, toilet roll holder had been left hanging open and the towels had seen better days. Some aspects of the site are a bit shabby. Enjoyed a pleasant breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, where we were well looked after. The pub is much loved locally as it was a watering hole for Battle of Britain airmen. Quite an expensive room, when booked a few weeks in advance, I guess occupancy is high, given location.

  • Chris Day

Only frequented the bar this time. It was very quiet. Not like it would have been years ago when it used to be quite busy all day. Lockdowns would not have helped. As well as the current financial crisis. Plus there is not the range of beers it used to have. That being said they had the beer I wanted and the staff were very friendly. I will be returning every so often. Like I have done for over 40 years. It's just a shame that it has lost its character and ambience it once had. That's just my opinion based on how it used to be.

Paid £145 for the room. Clean and basics as you would expect, however the shower was more than a dribble and the local attached pub stopped serving food at 7:30 pm! Was only a vending machine available, I had to leave the hotel area and find myself something to eat (with no car). Pub opposite the nearby roundabout thankfully was very nice and accommodating. For less than this price, you can find much more exclusive hotels all across London, sadly there’s not much choice in this area. Probably better to find a B&B or AirB&B

  • Victoria Cutress (Tigs)

Fantastic service / staff, arrived early so we asked if we could leave the car parked whilst we went into London no problem. A ten minute walk to either tube stops into London in 30 mins roughly ( not central) The room was clean and spacious bed was big and comfy. We had breakfast included which was in the attached beef eater resturant. Breakfast was alright but lacked staff had a wait of over 20 mins and they weren't busy. Apart from that the staff at the hotel were attentive the hotel clean and spacious.

  • Matthew Nattriss

Was ment to all be checked in for 1 day due to a family funeral the following day after travelling 200 miles only to be told we have nothing in the lead booking when showing the email of the booking the person who took the booking booked us in for the next day the day of the funeral was wrong then told we can't do a refund so we had to find another hotel which we did which was the BARN HOTEL in Ruislip half price on the Premier Inn breakfast included so all in all not happy with Premier Inn

  • Sul Ibrahim

The room was clean. Slightly loud pipes when having bath. Standard Premier Inn. Expect a decent sleep when staying here. The only issue and for me was an issue was the practically empty vending machine. I fancied some chocolate and a cold drink and there was none. Ruislip High Street shops are about an 8 minute walk but they would have been closed at the time I wanted a drink.

My two friends and I visit here every couple of months so we're hardly regular. But the staff are friendly and attentative the food is good but sometimes the standard drops and something has to be sent back or exchangedbut without hassle.(Hence 4☆) there is a good menu with vegetarian choices too. Nice range of deserts. Well stocked bar alcoholic and soft drinks. Its very poular so I advise you to book especially weekends.

  • Tony Avenell

Nightmare getting in and out at peak times, located off a very busy roundabout, check in was not easy trying to make the car registration system work, had to call a member of staff, soft drink vending machine difficult to understand, when questioned with a member of staff, just told, " it's always like that"

Overnight accomodation, great location to get to Wembley for a concert. Really comfy beds and nice rooms with air-con. The only let down was breakfast. We were up and in for breakfast by 8am, but there was no plain yoghurt left and all the flavoured yoghurts had gone as well. Not a good start to the day for me. Come on Beefeater, get your food ordering sorted out. Service was a tad slow as well.

  • Claire McGovern

Premier Inn was as expected. The Orchard Beefeater, although food was OK, dinner & breakfast, no atmosphere and this was a Friday night. Such a lovely old pub but I fear in 5 years time they'll be apartments. So people of ruislip, use it or lose it. Back to Premier Inn, room clean, bed comfy. Lacks personality, but, it's a Premier Inn. 4/5.

Although Premier Inns have downgraded the rooms somewhat, ie no iron, no phone, no pillow choice, this hotel is excellent. Great reception greeting and baggage assistance from the same lady. The hotel and room were really cosy. Bed super comfortable, as always. Feeling cosy and good. Thanks guys. Made my stay in Ruislip excellent

Great accommodation close to West Ruislip Station, excellent for visiting central London. Room was nice and clean, reception staff were friendly. It was handy to use the vending machine in reception but I would have liked to have seen a hot drinks machine too as I don’t like the bedroom coffee. Car parking was free after validating the car reg. The breakfast was good and great value.

  • Daniel Paterson

It was a great stay. From front of house (Gina in particular) and the young gentleman who greeted us on the evening made everything enjoyable and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast at the Beefeater restaurant were of high quality, served on prompt times and was full of flavours. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here for a period totalling 3 days from the 28th Feb. As our house is being refurbished, this hotel is a good option for a decent nights sleep. Rooms are spacious and is clean, its quiet obviously due to lockdown. Beefeater is closed, however plenty of options for having food delivered.

Had a nice stop over last week 3rd Dec to 4th Dec. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and chatty. The beefeater restaurant bar / grill was also pretty decent all the seating was very well spaced out for social distancing. The breakfast was also very good but wasn't buffet style obviously cause of Covid etc....

Great location for stations to London. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Fortunately walking to breakfast was okay but nearest door was locked and wouldnt want to do it in the rain. Only problem was toilet seat keep falling off and wasn't dealt with during our stay so we had to keep fixing the seat back on. Yuk!

Our worst and last visit to a Premier Inn ever. Fire alarm went off after booking in. Spent 40mins in the carpark waiting to be let back in. No heating all night and the water ran out before we had a chance to shower in the morning. No evening meal or breakfast - Thanks alot Lenny Henry.

This is a great premier Inn for getting into London , Central line is just 400yd walk , as all of premier inns you know what your getting always a good standard and this one had friendly staff , room was clean and comfortable , good place to leave the car as it has security cameras , RC

Was at the orchard beefeater food good assit manager dreadful allergic reaction to lemon and limes she tried to take fruit out with fingers from the water until told severe reaction sea bass was serviced 15 mins late from the rest of us waitress excellent

  • Lindsay Thompson

Room was ok, nothing fancy but the water pressure was quite lacking. Breakfast was not included but available in the pub right beside the hotel. Location was good, even though it was on the outer edge, it was within a short walk to a tube station.

  • Letty Jones

Room was old, outdated and dirty. Asked for a fan and they gave us one which let off a cloud of dust when it was plugged in. Made me choke. The bedding seemed slightly sticky. There weren’t enough plug outlets and the emergency button didn’t work.

  • Lesley Watson

Food was good, not great but they were very very busy . Waitress was fantastic and deserved every bit of the tip we left. Would definitely recommend though, been there a number of times when they were a little less busy and everything was perfect
