Things honestly started off rough... I later learned our first project manager had some family stuff going on (I certainly wish him the best) but day 1 of what would become a major and multiday project wasn't exactly confidence inspiring. I expressed my concerns to management at which point they put Alex on as my project manager. From that moment forward the tides turned, even in the face of an increasingly challenging project. We started with the understanding my drains were no longer functioning and we suspected it was a root ball (the camera showed us root in the drain). As Alex and his teammate, Terrence worked their tails off excavating our foundation and the ground beneath it for close to 30' over the course of days, we learned a tree root had been growing under a primary drain pipe for years and between collapsing it and growing so large within it, exploding it, the drain pipe was rendered entirely useless... The whole thing had to be replaced. For days Alex and Terrence jackhammered up concrete, dug and removed yards and yards of dirt, tunneled under the house... worked super hard to get to the source of the problem, ultimately repairing it and bringing our home back online. After a rough start, I can honestly say that Alex and Terrence, turned things around and made a frustrated person a Precision believer. My sincerest thank you to Alex and Terrence. Not only did we experience the above with them but they were super respectful and professional throughout. They communicated with us the entire time so we were in the loop and we couldn't be more thankful for their efforts. They were an impressive team to say the least and I suggest giving them a HUGE raise! :) Those are the kind of people you want on your team! Much appreciated...

Unreliable and not professional. Arrived 14 hours late and did not finish job. The job was for a cartridge install on shower faucet. I contacted Precision Plumbing at 730 am 5/23 and was given appointment for 2-4pm. I called at 3:39pm and was told that the technicians were running late but we were next up on the board. I called back at 4:37pm and was told that were were still next up on board. At 6:08pm i was told that the night technician was on duty and will contact us. Frank called me at 9:50pm and said that he would be out between 11-12 pm. Frank called back at 10:58pm stating that his job was going longer than expected and would not be able to arrive until told 2 -3 am or 6:30 am on 5/24. Frank arrived at 6:50am and left my home at 7:15am because he had a meeting to go to. The job was not finished. The shower handle had broken off during the repair. Frank stated that he could possibly return around 9-9:30 am or he could give us a discount and we could finish the job ourselves. Given the performance of the previous day we decided to finish the work ourselves. This does not seem in anyway like a full time professional business. I suspect Precision Plumbing is a part time side hustle for Frank and Autumn and cannot be relied for timely arrival or quality of work.

I moved back home to Vegas after a decade to help care for my aging family members and maintain the house after my dad’s passing. We called Precision Plumbing after trying (and failing) to get two other plumbers to come by the house for a reasonable rate. Sean came by right away for a free estimate, listened to our concerns about a hidden leak in the walls, acted like an investigator to figure out where and what was leaking, and called in another company to get him access to the leak immediately. **He also spotted and predicted that our water heater would fail soon. He was 100% right and it only lasted another two weeks !** Once he had access passed the drywall, the leak was located and repaired, and we even sprang for him to install all new Pex water lines throughout the walls and attic crawl space so we don’t have to keep finding pinhole leaks in our corroded, old waterlines anymore. Sean (and the other two tradesmen who came with him on multiple visits) were kind, honest, knowledgable, timely, and efficient. They all took great care of us and we couldn’t be happier with these new pipes and our new sense of water security.

After coming home to water leaking out of my garage, I realized my water heater was leaking. After calling three of the “top rated” plumbing companies I saw on Yelp I was frustrated because no one even answered the phone or called me back. I found Precision Plumbing’s number and their advertisements looked stellar so I called and thankfully Jasmine was there to answer right away! She was super helpful and had Frank over within 30 minutes of my call. Requiring NO fee for the estimate is really helpful, especially when you are panicking and have never gone through the experience before. Frank was super kind and was just honest and sincere (which was much appreciated). He was able to replace my water heater within an hour and half of my call to Precision Plumbing! Thank you so much for being an honest, prompt, and customer service oriented business! There are few and far between in Las Vegas so I would HIGHLY recommend Precison Plumbing to anyone who is questioning their plumbing issues.

Contacted Precision Plumbing yesterday after having issues with my water heater. Submitted the form around 6:45PM and received a call from Jasmine within a minute. She was able to have a tech come out same day to take a look at our problem. Frank arrived around 7:30-7:40PM, and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He laid out a couple of options for repair or replace and gave the pros and cons of each. We chose to replace the water heater and he completed it that night. So between my initial call around 6:45pm and 10:30PM when Frank finished, we had a new water heater and hot water by 11:15PM. Jasmine and Frank were great and I was blown away by the turn around time. The one knock on the company is that they charge an additional 3% fee if you pay by card. Overall and excellent experience though and will use them again in the future.

As an out of state homeowner and the weekend, it is often difficult to know what company to call for certain repairs. I contacted Precision Plumbing based on their reviews and do not regret doing so! From the moment I spoke with the office it was friendly and professional service throughout the process! Terrence & Juliana arrived on time and Terrence kept in touch with me constantly. He was very respectful and professional on the phone. He sent photos/videos and fully discussed the issues and work that had to be done; including the completed work photos. He was very courteous to our new tenant and made sure he was okay to proceed with the work and timeframe. He was respectful of our property. I had an emergency situation with an active plumbing leak that was causing water damage in my house. The company was very responsive and the original contact person kept in toch until she could confirm they had a plumbing professional available within the hour (Jose Toledo). Jose did a very timely, and excellent, good quality job of fixing the issue I had. Besides being personable, he was very knowledgeable about answering questions I had and providing me with what seemed like good advice about several issues we discussed. Jose and the customer service young lady are definitely "keepers!" and I would not hesitate referring them and their company to anyone needing their services! All around good teamwork and good job!

Ty was so beyond kind to us. He truly went the extra mile. He took the time to explain to us what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and was very thorough. Service like this is very rare to come by. He even stayed to make sure our valve was not leaking and gave us advice on what to do in the future. Very personable and did clean work. I needed to call Precision Plumbing back out for a leak in my front yard. They worked quickly, and did a nice job making everything look good. Of course, they had to dig up the front yard, but I really think they did the best job they could to make it look minimally dug out. They were careful to make sure that my leak had been fixed, and the new box they had to install was buried nicely by the house with a new cover. Their warranty is also excellent, in case I need any additional help -- though, it's been a couple weeks since I had them out and everything has been great so far. I kept their number from last time I called them, and I'm glad I did. I would call them again.

My situation is a little different from most being that I had a 1970's original home. After multiple companies fixing a multitude of water leaks and fixtures inside and outside, it was finally revealed that I had a sewer waste line problem. A terrible thing when your house gets back flow from the waste pipe. Frank came over and "listened". Really listened to what I was saying. Then he explained how he would attack this problem and get me up and running with full completion in 2 days! I was never out of water or a flush while the job handled. It happened exactly how he said it would. Total satisfaction!

Our experience with Precision was excellent! We put in a quote request on Wednesday night and by early Thursday morning, Autumn was calling to schedule a free consultation with a tech. Just a few short hours later, Aaron came to our house, patiently laid out our options, and once we made a decision, he set to work right away. He was super friendly and his work was clean. Our issue was resolved in less than a day! Aaron and Autumn were eager, friendly, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone!!

We had previously used a handyman to fix our toilet leak, but it still leaked a little after that repair. Based on other reviews we tried Precision Plumbing and were highly pleased with the answering service and speed, and repair job that David performed for us. The job came with a 1-year warranty. From the time I called to the time they arrived was about 1 hour - fast! They’ll give you a quote before the job so that you can decide. We would definitely use them again, and hope that Dave would be our service person!

We own a laundromat here in Las Vegas and have used Precision Plumbing on several occasions. David is excellent and is always very helpful. We first had him out when the water heater stopped working and he fixed it for us. More recently, we had another issue with the water heater and it needed replacing. They were quick to get us a replacement and to get it installed. Very responsive, reasonable prices, and excellent service. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for your plumbing repairs.

Called on Thursday before labor day weekend, while nobody could come out till after Labor Day, Celia set an appointment for me for Friday morning. Danny was on time as he was before. Here checked my problem and told me what I needed. While I was expecting to have to wait till after the holiday weekend I was surprised when he said I can do it today. 2 hours later the job was done and I had hit water again. Great service, great workers, and great prices... I would recommend to anyone call Precision.

This company cannot be trusted at all. They sent a guy with a uniform to my front yard and asked for a $475 diagnosis fee (10% discount for seniors) for deciding where it is leaking. However, the guy who wrote down the task (work description) only stated " front yard clean out to be diagnosed". He refused to add the fees including a correct diagnosis result/report. I don't believe that no one would pay more than $400 for the "cleaning out" fee with no result.

the night before, I asked for a free estimate online because the water company was reporting a leak from my home. they called me very early that next morning. came to check it out within an hour, were professional and courteous. they narrowed it down quickly. unrelated to that, i had a 15 year old water heater. they gave me peace of mind by replacing it within 2 hours that very same morning. thanks Jose and Oscar for doing a great job on everything.

Had a leak in my main line leading from the street and Miguel and Luis not only did the job right , they did it in a day !! It wasn't a simple job either . They had to dig a trench , AFTER taking up landscaping , rocks and plastic , and put everything back exactly how it was. These guys are the real deal PERIOD ! They communicate d the whole process and we're extremely professional. I won't use anyone else for my plumbing needs anymore. Great job !

All conversations regarding my work request were attentive and polite as should be in business. Jazmine took my call, quickly setup the work. Oscar arrived on time, discussed his cost estimate with me, completed the work efficiently. In my experience as a customer, the benefits of using a licensed insured bonded plumbing contractor justify the relatively high cost of the work. Not worth the risk to go cheap with unlicensed plumbing work.

We always call Precision Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Super professional and responsive. This time around Tyler came out to work on my 88 year old father’s toilet. He was wonderful; listened to my dad’s needs and challenges and advised on what to do next. He was kind and super professional. All this while quickly fixing the issue at hand. I’ve never had a bad experience with Precision Plumbing. I would highly recommend the company.

My husband was fixing the toilet on a weekend and at night and the valve started to leak. He couldn’t stop it so we looked for a 24 hr service plumbing company. Enter Precision plumbing. Alex made the house call and was very prompt and professional. He fixed it right away and gave my husband tips for maintaining it. It was a fair price considering that it was after hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I should have done my homework. I was charged $565 to send a camera into my sewer line to check it's condition. I was then given a bid of $37,500 to replace the entire line. That didn't include putting any of my house back together. That's 3 times what others charged for the camera and I won't say what others said about their bid. They took advantage of a disabled veteran and don't give veteran discounts.

My washer was being replaced due to bad bearings and in order to install the new unit, I was told that my washer valves needed to be replaced as well. I called precision plumbing for their expertise and they sent Ty. Ty showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. Ty is great guy with great work ethic! Would highly recommend using precision plumbing services again.

Aaron arrived promptly at 9:00 and diagnosed my water blockage very quickly. He was able to find a small blockage under my sink, but he discovered that the real blockage was further down. He used a snake to unblock the drain, and the water was flowing smoothly in 30 minutes flat! Very professional, very knowledgable, and the price was reasonable. I would call Precision Plumbing again if needed.

Called Precision Plumbing because of a leak from the houses water main shut off valve. They were out when scheduled. Jose was the man in charge. He assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. Within 1 hour the water leak was fixed. He even added a water spigot at no charge. From the customer service when making the call to Jose who was very professional and did an awesome job.

This PVC line goes thru the wall from the garage to the front of the house. About 8". I was given a quote of $750 to replace the t fitting inside and replace a foot of PVC between the t and thru the wall. $$$$750. That's $$$700 in labor!!!! Why Needless to say, I declined the work. Yes I can do the work, but my health sucks due to cancer. Looks like I'll be doing it after all.

Terrence has been so wonderful to work with. My mom had water leaking from the condo above her. Terrence came and did major work and showed nothing but kindness and respect to her. I just moved into my new home 1 month ago; I had an emergency with a leaking valve behind my toilet. I called Precision Plumbing, and within about 1 1/2, Terrance arrived and solved the problem within 30 mins. If it weren't for them, I'd have had a much bigger problem. Their prices are reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for fast, reliable service.

I’m not sure why they have high reviews. I’ve tried them twice now and everytime they give me an INSANELY EXPENSIVE estimate. For example I got my toilter installed at home depot for $190, and precision was going to charge me somewhere around $345 per toilet. Thats almost double the price. I won’t call them again as both times, they just wasted my time. Huge disappointment.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision Plumbing. David was sent both times. He is an awesome young man whose work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism is impeccable. He’s very neat and cleans up the work area when complete. Kym scheduled the job for a time that fit our schedule and kept us informed when David was on his way. My shower handle broke off which I thought would be a quick fix but ended up being a bit more extensive then I thought. Good thing Ryan and Danny were able to guide me through it and point out what was needed to be fixed and also what to look out for in the future to maintain everything. Left an early Monday 5AM email about a leaky spigot and Autumn responded within the next couple of hrs. Jose Tesoro came out and expertly diagnosed the problem, came up with a bunch of solutions and even fixed a pre-existing pipe leading directly to the pool. Miguel did a great job in installing a new kitchen faucet. He also fixed the drain on the dishwasher. It was done in a timely manner and explained everything before hand. Autumn was also professional and courteous.
