I left my car with Val to have several issues taken care of. Approximately, a week later Val called to tell me that the car was ready to be picked up. I paid Val in cash and was given a paid invoice. I was given the key and told my car was parked up the block. When I got to my car I noticed my rear bumper scratched, I assume from being parked on the street. When I got inside the car I noticed a fuse and circuit wire coming out from behind the climate control unit, one of the reasons that I brought my car in was because the blower fuse kept blowing. I also noticed the sunroof shade was still jamming on the track, another issue I brought my car in for. Finally, I noticed the pillar trims were full of glue and looked worse than when I brought the car in. The fabric was separating from the pillar trim so, I asked Val if he could take care of that also. He told me his guy was so good at this, he could do it blind folded and it really looked like someone did it blind folded. I walked back and asked about the wire and fuse, Val told me that it was temporary. He explained that another fuse was going to blow and help them identify the source of the problem. I was told to bring the car back when the fuse blows. However, I had to leave the car so that they could look at the sunroof shade further. Val asked for my invoice that showed the shade labor charge and gave me a new invoice without the charge. He asked me if I wanted the money back or a credit to my account towards my next visit. Being that I had to return for the sunroof and blower fuse issue, I told him to just apply the credit. Subsequently, I received a call from Val and he told me that the entire sunroof track had to be replaced and was quoted what I believed to be a high price so, I opted not to have the work done with Val. I picked up the car and after a couple months or so I called Val back to let him know that the fuse hadn't blown yet. It took him a while to remember who I was but ultimately found me in his system, he spoke with the mechanic and told me to just bring it back when it blew. Being that the wire and fuse was an eye soar I popped the climate control unit out and placed them behind the unit, such an easy process I don't know why Val's mechanic didn't just do it himself. Over a year later the fuse still hadn't blown so I decided to call Val to use part of my credit towards an inspection. He didn't recall and there was no note of a credit in his system and he kept doubting my account. He kept asking why would he do that and why did I wait so long to claim the credit. Obviously, because the fuse hadn't blown! After arguing with him and explaining the events surrounding the credit to him several times, he agreed to honor the credit but offered no apology. However, I was so put off by the quality of service and the way my integrity was questioned, I ultimately decided to let Val keep my money and not return to his shop. As far as the pillar trims, I ended up having them replaced, needles to say not with Val. I definitely won't be back and would not recommend to others.

Man, over a year and half ago, I went to a discount place to get tires, and they supposedly did all sorts of stuff. You know, balancing, toe-in or toe-out, alignment, other auto tech babble. I paid alot for 4 tires. I did notice that the tires looked like they were wearing out on one side and 2 tires just didn't look right. Anyway, my car needs inspection this month, so I figured I wanted to know what the deal was with my tires. I asked a friend where he gets his car inspected, and he mentioned Precision. He said that they give a fair deal and seemed trustworthy, at the very least. So, I called. Spoke with a guy in the office, and he was pleasant enough. Asked me some questions about the car, which makes sense. Said the shop is a bit busy, and gave me options when to bring it in. The easiest was to drop it off in the morning, let the shop check out the car, and proceed from there. When I dropped off the car, the guy in the office was friendly and explained things to me, got my contact information. To be honest with him, I mentioned the situation with the tires. He said they'd take a look. Early that afternoon, we spoke. I was expecting to hear how I'd need to take out a second mortgage to pay for loads of work. haha. Turns out, the tires were balanced, but the alignment was totally off. He said, either they didn't do it right, or I drove on bumpy roads or hit potholes often. Hey, I do live in NY. Anyway, he said I only needed to change 2 tires, they were unevenly worn and looked to be older stock and 'dried up" (that's my interpretation). He said the the rear tires were fine enough, maybe good for another year. I gave the go ahead to put new tires on, and do an alignment. I asked if that was it, it'll pass inspection. He said, everything seems fine, suggested I consider an oil change, the oil starting to look dirty. He didn't press me on it. I thought I was going to get stuck with changing 4 tires + more auto mumbo jumbo. So, I asked the cost. And he gave me choice of regular or synthetic. Explained the difference and the cost. I said, go for the synthetic. Asked if I do the oil, along with the tires and inspection, could I get a $ break. He gave me a quote of what the price would be, said call back in a half hour. I did, and he found a way to give me a nice discount. Got the car back the next day. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was nice, cordial, friendly. So far, the car rides better, and steering feels tighter. So, keeping fingers crossed. But, I won't hesitate to bring my car back to them to fix any car problems. And this is my go to place for my car inspections. And, I told my sister to go here for her car inspection in December.

I didn't mention to this repair shop that I took my car to another place before. I knew I needed brakes, but they told me that I needed loads of work. Besides the brakes, they said something about my master cylinder was on last legs, had to replace the calipers and the tie rods (whatever that is, but he showed me something connecting to the wheel). Said that was why my ride felt rough, and would ruin my tires. Mucho bucks. Anyway, someone told me a while ago about this repair shop, in LIC, that did right by him. I called my buddy and go the name, googled it and went. I expected to get the same line, but the guy behind the desk was patient and explained what it could be, but he'd have to have the car checked before giving me details and costs. I was prepared for a colonoscopy. Well, later that day, spoke with him and turns out I did need brakes, but my struts were shot. Nothing about tie rods, or replacing the caliper. A repair shop that didn't want to find the bottom of my wallet! Go figure. So, wanted confirmation to go ahead. Said the car would be ready the next day, after 4PM. Said, yes. Got my car at 5:15. Happy to find a shop that didn't look to bleed me, and just did the necessary work. Total cost was much less than that first repair place. And the guy I dealt with was patient, and kept me informed. Oh, and the car feels smoother. And I'm satisfied with the brake work. I'll be returning when my car inspection is up. I feel confident that they won't 'discover' something wrong just to pad a bill.

Made appointment online and brought car first thing in the morning for a simple oil change I also called to set-up appointment and never got a return call; Approached by George who was not very accommodating or welcoming. He said he was fully booked so I said fine, I can bring my car ANY day of the week, you tell me when, his reply well we are very busy; he told me three times. What am I Chopped Liver?? Obviously they are not interested in New Customers, I tried to give my business to them On TWO different occasions only to be told they are too busy, well guess what so am I; Had to take my business elsewhere....One Note, If you are interested in your business, stop telling people you are too busy, not a very smart business practice, like you're doing everybody a favor. On top of that, a month later, I received a voicemail from Michael, calling me a liar and threatening me with lawyers for leaving my review; What a joke, I rest my case,

I spent a VERY LONG time looking for a mechanic to trust within the City. for a few years, I would take my car to the suburbs to get serviced/repaired at the dealership, where prices can be much higher. I heard too many horror stories about mechanics in the City. Finally, fed up of making the the commute to the suburbs (where the dealer wouldn't give me a loaner car to commute back home to Manhattan), I began researching mechanics nearby. The online reviews for Precision were great, and I gave it a shot -- I never looked back. Precision is the only place I trust with my car now, and I've always been very happy with the service and the price. One critique: they often don't work on my car the same day I drop it off. If you depend on your car to commute, you need to make sure it can be handled on the same day. Luckily for me, I commute by subway to work and don't mind leaving my car overnight if they're busy. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Michael at Precision Auto Works of LIC is great. I had just arrived in New York City from Pittsburgh on a Saturday afternoon with my three young kids for vacation, when my check engine light came on. I drive a 2005 Chrysler minivan. Worried about a potential breakdown while driving home the following Tuesday, I went to the mechanic nearest to our first stop. I could not have been luckier. Not only was Michael extremely professional and transparent about the issue - explaining that I could safely drive home and have my mechanic in Pittsburgh fix it - the price he quoted me was totally fair and matched exactly what a quick Google search said it should be. We grabbed our bags, left the van, and picked it up at the end of our trip. Totally easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend Precision Auto Works for anything you need - from an emergency repair to a simple inspection. Michael and his team are wonderful.

Having a reliable and honest mechanic is probably the second most important thing in life! I’m so fortunate to have started working with Mike and his team!! This place is ALWAYS packed, and that’s a true testament to their work ethic! They truly put their heart and soul into their jobs. Val and George and the other mechanics are top notch. I drive a classic, 1998 Toyota Camry, and I couldn’t feel safer driving this beast because of them!! They have really helped me the past several months with their affordable rates and ability to always help me when I need it!!! They make honest diagnosis and help me plan for what work to get done in a way that I can afford it, as well as make sure I can still use the car for work! Bring your kids, tell your neighbors!! Looked up a local repair shop last minute to fix my break lights that went out. Originally went to another body shop close by that charges $15 a bulb when I've been changed $5 each in another location. Was planning on going back to my old body shop in Brooklyn but decided to check out Precision Auto Works first since the reviews were good. The guy in charge looked at my car immediately even though he was so busy and had his employee change my break lights on the spot. When I asked how much it was, he said "don't worry about it"! I tipped his employee to thank him for the wonderful and quick service. It's hard to find a shop you can trust and I am always wary of being scammed. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place. I for sure will only be going to Precision Auto Works in LIC from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Quick, Trustworthy, and Quality!

A bunch of crooks! Took my 2016 Ford Fusion here for an inspection and got slammed with a $2000 'bill'. They told me I had to change two tires, two struts, all my filters, and do a wheel alignment (for $250!!!). My dealer does a wheel alignment for FREE btw (I don't mind paying, but remember this is part of a $2k bill). But never said that it needed to be done for me to pass my inspection because I did not fail the inspection (my car passed at another shop the next day). On top of this outrage of trying to take advantage of what they assumed was a young female who knew nothing about cars, they put a deep scratched by my hood trying to open it. They called me to ask how to do it and then got defensive and offended when I told them it's 2016 Ford, there is a button by the wheel with a picture of a popped hood!

Don’t bother with hours of research and just come here; save yourself the trouble. These guys are the real deal- they communicate, they’re professional, they’re modern, and highly skilled. They work quickly with insurance companies and do excellent work. An important issue for me was my Tesla needing repair. Many places aren’t familiar with Tesla vehicles and all of the special handling required. These guys repair dozens a month and absolutely know this car inside and out. They detailed my car and it looks brand new, and what’s classy AF is they returned it fully charged. I won’t set unrealistic expectations for these guys but I’ll also say the car was done far ahead of schedule. Thanks Ricardo and the precision team for making a stressful situation easy to navigate. My car looks brand new!

My car had a problem with a radiator hose, which came off lose and leaked most of the coolant on my drive home. I Googled mechanic shops in my neighborhood, and the Precision Auto came as the top rated. Well, Google was right about that. I had my car dropped off on a whim; Mike and the boys took care of it quickly, and I was on my way within minutes. These guys are beyond friendly and understanding, and made sure all boxes were checked before I left the shop. They walked me through the entire process and were honest and transparent with everything. Mike will work with you and make you a deal. The shop, bathroom and waiting room are very clean and well-maintained. This shop is in my neighborhood, and the Precision Auto will definitely be a "go to place" for my car.

I have been going here every year for inspections and repairs for the past 5 years, so I have quite a bit of experience working with them. I get amazing service every time. Mike, the owner, is always happy to educate you about the repairs he makes and why they were needed. Val is also very helpful when you call them. They treat you like family. In the past they have removed an annoying third-party alarm system for free, and this time they noticed my license plate was loose and properly secured it for me. Even though I moved out of Long Island City a few years ago, I still go out of my way to come here whenever I need an inspection or repairs. Thanks to Mike, Val, and the rest of the team at Precision Auto for years of great service.

My wonderful experience at Precision started as soon as I called the day before to see if I could bring my car in. The woman on the phone was so personable, professional, and was able to give me a quick estimate. I brought my car into the shop the next morning to get a tire replaced and Mike was so nice and welcoming! My car was done in literally half an hour. This was my first visit and will definitely be a repeat customer should I need any additional maintenance in the future. Customer service really goes a long way and Mike and his team are so wonderful to work with! Mike at Precision Auto Works completely made my day and took great care of my 2015 GTI. I was in a foul mood the morning I brought my car in, grousing to myself about the general discomfort of living in New York City (not to mention the horror of owning a car in such a place), but Mike turned my mood around with his authenticity, warmth, and great service. I brought my VW in for routine maintenance plus an alignment check, and this shop did a superb job. Mike drove it around numerous times to make sure the alignment was right, and the shop even offered to find street parking the day I came for pickup so I could stash my car nearby for a few days. Excellent service; this is the only place I'll take my car from now on.

Came here two weeks ago for a standard NYS inspection. I was recognized as a new face, and in the 10 minute dropoff time on 3 occasions the owner said "i wanted to get me in and keep you as a long term customer". Ok, great. 24 hours later I get a call saying he can't clear inspection without new brakes and rotors. They are below 10% he claimed. $600. I did a double check and said I can't do this, he still wont pass me. He says $600 is a great price. Immediately drops to $550. I brought it to Long Island, got my inspection and have an appointment to get rotors and brakes fixed in 3 months at a cost of $200. Will never return to this Auto Shop. There are so many alternatives in the area, it couldn't have been worse.

My car was making a noise intermittently and the crew at Precision went above and beyond to discover what it was when I couldn’t reproduce it at first. I brought my car here after taking it to a hole in the wall spot where they failed to diagnose the issue with my car. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Like the sign in their office says “a good mechanic is not expensive, they are priceless” You are paying for labor, years of knowledge and experience for a job well done. They are truly knowledgeable and professional. They were straight forward and provided a receipt/breakdown of costs. I’m highly satisfied with the work done and have peace of mind knowing my car is all set after taking it here.

Dealing with Precision Auto Works, it doesn't get any better in quality, workmanship and customer service. This is my 4th repair, with them and it truly never fails but still amazed that no matter how much time passes. They still maintain their quality of work and customer service. I am a proud customer and grateful for Chris assisting me along the way. He is a true gem! I loved getting the repair progression photos and phone calls from Alison. Needed my wheels replaced, and had tirerack.com ship directly to Precision Auto Works of LIC. Car was dropped off Monday, parts ordered Monday, parts arrived Tuesday, I picked the car up good as new on Wednesday morning. Mike was great - he discussed possible issues and solutions with me, and delivered quick even when he wasn't sure he'd be able to. I would recommend this shop to anyone, great location, inside of the shop looked immaculate and well organized, and communication was great. Although I hope to not see him too often, I feel great peace of mind knowing he's there and I can rely on Precision Auto Works of LIC to help me thru a repair!

Mike the co owner and the crew are fantastic. I have used them twice to repair hit and run damage on my 2019 GMC black pickup. The painter who sprayed my truck is an artist. The truck looked better coming out of precision than it did coming out of the dealer when I purchased it new. I have also given them repair work. My sons 2005 Porsche Cayenne S , with over 100000 miles has been repaired and tuned by Precision. What I like more than the quality of their work and customer service is that there are no surprises. They are on schedule and on point with everything they have done for my family's cars, and I am a difficult customer... thanx.

So I took my Subaru Forrester into Precision Auto Works to get a clicking noise checked and I dont really know much about cars. Honestly, they may have saved my life, the last guy I had been going to hadn't really done a good job but Val and his crew let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and told me that my brakes and shocks were broken along with some issues with the axels which was the source of the clicking noise. Long story short, my cars runs so smooth now and I dont have to floor the brakes to get it to stop. Thanks so much guys and I will be returning the next time I need something done. Lifesaver for real.

I'm a business owner (Prestige Restoration) with 14 service vans and sales vehicles. Precision has been performing all of our service work for over 15 years. The owner, Mike Giannakos and his right hand guy, Val are sincere gentlemen and always a pleasure to deal with. They have done everything for us from routine maintenance to engine/transmission swaps. Mike is a seasoned, highly skilled mechanic whom I've also trusted to perform extensive work on my personal sports car - I won't allow anyone else to work on it. These guys are courteous, professional and perform excellent work at a fair price. 6 STARS!!

I recently moved from out east on Long Island to LIC, and with my car in need of a basic oil change and tire rotation, I wanted to find a place in my new neighborhood that is reliable and trustworthy. After reading the positive reviews for Precision, I made an request for an appt. online, and received a response confirming my time pretty quickly. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mike. He was extremely welcoming and stood true to his estimate about when my car would be ready. All in all, I had a great experience with Mike at precision, and will definitely be bringing my car to these guys in the future.

They saved me! I called and made an appointment for a simple photo inspection and when I left the house, surprise, my car wouldn't start. After 45 minutes of charging my battery with jumper cables, I called them and explained I didn't yet get to my inspection because my car won't start. They gave me advice and offered to get on the road and come pick me up. In the shop, they determined the problem and made sure the part was delivered within 45 minutes and fixed. They went above and beyond to get me on the road asap, were efficient, clear and professional. I will definitely go back!

Michael, Val, and George did a fantastic job with my car. I originally came in because I needed a state inspection, oil change, and tuneup before a cross-country road trip. They did the checks earlier than they even said was originally possible, gave me a transparent assessment of the other things that were off with my car and honest "need now" vs "can wait" items. My car failed inspection the first time, but they gave me foolproof reco's in how to remedy and told me to come back anytime once ready. Friendly, flexible, and thorough the whole way through. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with my decision to come to Michael at Precision Auto. After leaving my cargo van with my previous mechanic for a week, he returned it without being able to diagnose the problem. A total mystery! He'd have to rip out and replace everything, which would cost more than the van itself! After bringing it to Michael he diagnosed and repaired the problem in a matter of hours. After having this issue for nearly half a year, Michael had it fixed and on the road in the same day. I know where i'm bringing all future repairs. Thanks to Michael and his team!!! -PJ

Their price is definitely not the lowest. They charged me one hour labor fee for only 10 minutes work. But that’s not the worst. They have sth in writing in their store “pay at delivery”, but they insisted that I should pay before hand if I’m not leaving the car with them. I asked if I can pay the parts first and labor fee later. Their attitude became intolerant. One of them (can’t remember if it’s Michael or Val) even said “come on, it’s only $380”. After I paid the bill, it also took more days than firstly agreed time to get the parts. Wouldn’t recommend.

Mike and his team are a breath of fresh air. In a world of shady, impatient, and haggling mechanics, he is the epitome of integrity, quality, and kindness. Mike fit me in before the holiday weekend because I was in a pinch and needed the car the next day. He was honest, transparent, and even told me that I didn’t need a service that I thought I did (which he easily could have done, and I wouldn’t have known the difference). I’m so relieved to have a mechanic with fair prices, quick and honest feedback, and quality service. I highly recommend his services.

Great mechanics! Val was very communicative and they exercised great care and professionalism. Made sure that I was informed about my vehicles repairs and they were even able to work with me on price. They worked quickly but never cut corners. Brought my vehicle in for a water pump and caliper replacement. The front bumper was damaged with a dent and partially falling off, and they even fixed that at no extra charge without me asking. Its hard to find a reliable mechanic and Precision has just gained a life long customer out of me.

I tried to get an estimate to repair a front passenger side door handle that had snapped off. I was met with an angry "We don't do quotes over the phone" I told him I wasn't looking for any official pricing, just an idea of how much it may cost and what's involved. "Yeah, yeah, so you can hold me to the pricing. Look, buddy. We don't do quotes over the phone." Long story short, I told him I appreciated his help, and the next place I called had no problem. Just asked me to send them a picture so they could give me a rough estimate.

I love this place! Exceptional service, high quality and reasonable pricing! I just used their service for the first time. I met with the owner Mike, he makes you feel like family. I recently purchased a Ram 1500 sport. I had Mike and his team install a cover for my cab, smoked tail lights and foot rails! My car looks amazing! Best part he gave me 10% off since it was my first visit. He’s a true gentleman. They are very professional and moved extremely quickly! I got my car back within a day! Traveling from North Carolina to upstate for a family reunion (stopping in Queens overnight), my minivan overheated upon entering the Holland Tunnel. I was lucky enough to find this shop and Michael (now nicknamed my Guardian Angel) took the time to look at my van even though he had 50 cars in front of mine. Thanks to him we made it to the reunion on time and I got repairs done then. The kindness and professionalism of Michael and the team is remarkable! I only wish I could find such service in my hometown! Thank you so much!

Update 4 years later. These guys are STILL awesome. I've been going to them basically since they opened this location. Always efficient, competent and honest about how long it will take, how much it will cost, etc. And they do a very THOROUGH job. They are able to handle complex car issues and are happy to dig into whatever issue arises (I have an import that's a not-so-easy car). I would recommend them to anyone in LIC and beyond. Good, down-to-earth and kind folks who really care about doing a good job. So appreciate them.

Mike and his crew are great! I needed to get my tire fixed and it was an emergency and he helped me right away. I’m aware that they are a busy shop so I was very thankful that he was able to accommodate me in short notice. You can tell Mike has been in this business for a long time and is extremely experienced. Mike is informative, honest, and reliable when it comes to any car repair/maintenance. I would definitely bring my car for any other needs. His shop is very popular so I do recommend making an appointment in advance!

Clean shop, clear description of services, everything was done with care. Dealer service did not acknowledge front-end shuddering while braking after two visits. Mike at Precision knew what the problem was from my description and even ordered the parts ahead of time. Besides fixing the brake issue, he performed one of my vehicle’s major service appointments (36,000 mi) with great care. I was very pleased with the service alone—that my car now fees and performs like new again is even better. Thank you, Precision!

Can't say enough about this shop and the owner Michael. In the middle of this Covid-19 Crisis, i needed a place to have my car battery replaced. I called at 8:00 AM, and Michael indicated to bring the car right over. He was professional, competent and diagnosed the issue and made the repair immediately. In this time of need, her in NYC, it is wonderful to see members of the community still out there, meeting the needs of its people. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of quality, professional car care.

Precision trusted me, as a customer, the first time I brought my car to them. I thought I had a broken flexplate and they confirmed and replaced it. When I had the same issue just over two years later, I brought it back to them again. Micheal gave me a break on the work even though it was out of warranty. The second time they pulled apart the transmission a little further and found the part that was causing flexplates to break. My car now shifts and drives like it's new. Happy with the work that was done.

He even noticed a rumbling noise that I have been trying to get addressed by other shops (like pep boys) to no avail, and figured it out. I have never written a review before but I felt obliged to for precision I saw a review before calling that said "don't bother with hours of research and just come here" and somehow I was sold lol. I called the shop on Saturday morning for an oil change and Michael was an absolute pleasure. He got me in on Monday morning and I got my car back quick and with all the bells and whistles in check, even my tires were filled with air (I was running low). I will definitely come back for any future needs.

I only work with Precision in NYC on my used 2005 Honda which they have kept in TIP TOP shape solid on the road since I got the car 5 years ago. Mike always helps me understand the issues, he is thorough and honest. The other mechanics are always nice and friendly I always feel confident going to Precision. They are popular so sometimes I can't get in right away therefore I make sure to plan ahead if I need to drop off. I always feel confident leaving the shop!!

They charged me $26 less than the price they gave me over the phone, they did the work faster than they said they would, and they undid the bad work that somebody else did. Go here. The owner is an old school New Yorker back when this city felt like one big family even though you had over 8 million people here. He cares about developing personal and positive relationships with people in the community and cares about long-term business, not short-term cash.

After ruling out multiple possibilities, they determined that the issue is likely covered by my warranty and that it would be cheaper for me to have the dealer fix it. On top of all that - they didn't even charge me! I will definitely return should I have other issues in the future

Called this place midday during a quick break i had. I explained I am a doctor working out of white plains but needed my car inspected and i live in LIC. Mike was the greatest guy he said no worries just come on in early and he would take care of everything. I got there right on time and he was there ready to go. The battery of my car went completely dead. I called Precision Auto for help. Mike, the owner, was so nice to offer me borrowing the equipment to jumpstart the car. He even sent a technician to the garage to help (my car was parked several blocks away) after knowing that I never used the jump starter before. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable here. I strongly recommend this place if you have any issues with your car!

Great fast service and fair prices. I brought my car in for an oil change and a new radiator after finding out that I needed a new one. I dropped my car off Thursday night and they did both jobs over the weekend so I had her car back by Saturday evening! Val is great and took care of me from start to finish. I have used Precision for maintenance, inspections, and repairs. In fact I was there just last week and have to say they're always really nice. I have recommended them to my friends because they're close to Brooklyn, open on Saturday and try to get your car in fast if like me, you forgot to get it inspected. Plus they stamped a 2 year warranty on the parts and labor, so you really can't go wrong.

I called Precision Auto when I was desperate for someone to help me with my flat tire and defective spare tire, when Audi roadside assistance was of 0 help. (They will even tell you when there is no issue at all!) Trust Precision as they have the tools, knowledge, experience, and (so important) the computer software to work on your car! Finding someone to service an automobile in New York isn't always easy between scheduling, prices, and transparency. Michael made it easy because he replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't what didn't need to be replaced. I got in-and-out on a Saturday, too, which made scheduling easy. I won't have to search around for a shop next time because I'll be bringing the vehicle back here.

Stay away. Wanted to charge me $180 for an oil change price after doing it (double the price they gave me originally). Put their name on my plate without asking permission. Put wrong km (3k) for next oil change. They became very very aggressive when confronted about their dishonest practices. I definitely recommend against it.

Val was up front on everything that needed to be done for the inspection, the crew took great care of the car, and Mike stayed late on a Saturday waiting for a part to come in to make sure we had our car the rest of the weekend. Though it was a Saturday, the guys fit me in early 8 am Monday morning even though their inspector usually comes later. They were quick and courteous. Great auto shop. I came in for an insurance/carco inspection and the owner Mike took time out to clean up for free some light spray paint that I hadn't noticed. It was very easy to make an appointment and the shop was prompt with the inspection time. Val at the front desk is also very friendly and easy to work with.

Came here for a NYS inspection in order to have my car registered. After dropping off my car, they called back a couple of hours later telling me that I needed new brakes for ~$500. My car had been into a Mazda dealership 3 months prior and had the breaks inspected. These guys are completely dishonest.
