I am from Bangalore and I have availed my car service from GoMechanic for the first time and it is going to be the last time as well. The service quality is pathetic at Praveen Garage, let me list the nos of issues i came across: 1) The car was promised to be delivered after service in the same day and it took them 4 days to deliver 2) I took comprehensive service and Deep All AroundSpa. Instead of taking their services the cleaning quality was worst ever for which i had to sent back the car and they returned back after doing cleaning work on the 4th day 3) On returning i see that the AC cooling is not working and had to asked the delivery boys to fix it for which i had to arrange the wires, I don’t understand how come they could not check the cooling effect instead of doing the servicing and claimed that the service is done 4) Within mins after the delivery boys left my premises i see that the car side indicator is not working when i Move the car forward but it works when i reverse, strange 5) Water in sediment indicator lamp is on, it seems while cleaning they put water in the fuel tank 6) I asked them to return the changed spare parts but they did not bothered to give back 7) They even lost one of the car floor mat 8) Before writing the review I thought i will talk to them but these guys did not even bothered to respond to my call or messages If anyone need quality services, pls book your service with an authorised service centre else your car is not in safe hands

I gave for general service here through gomechanic and they pick up my car and did service. They said there are some issues and need to fix. I agreed all they said a paid 10k. Then it was delivered, when I took for a long drive in a week, AC was not working. To repair that I still approached go mechanic as it's their fault, they didn't agree at all . For fixing it I pain again 10k, see that I Only dropped my car. Again within a week AC not working. So I was again asked to drop car to check in this service centre. Once issue is reported no respect to customer. Now they say they need 25k after reviewing for 2 days. I said I don't need anything and asked drop the car for which they say they can't and I need to pickup. Plus asking me 500 for that stupid service. Such a poor service ever received and I haven't spent till date this much money for my car. Don't ever goto go mechanic or this centre especially. Pathetic service and money looting. I strongly feel they have looted the parts and mention this and that. They don't even provide u bill for any parts changed.

Not sure whether they know anything about car repair. I left my car due to a suspension issue and asked for a full service. They overfilled engine and brake oil and haven't bleeded brake lines after changing brake pads. Car was misfiring and literally at 20℅ brake. When asked during delivery, they assured this will be resolved and took an hour with no fix and told it will resolve automatically as the car runs. I ended up spending another 5k on a different garage as they messed up the service. After bleeding the brake lines and removing the extra oil, car started giving electrical issues. It's been more than 15 days, some or the other issues comesup. Really disappointed with the service. Hope you guys improve the workmanship. Not recommend at all for service, even the basic ones.

I booked a Car Wash service 7 days prior and on the service date (15 Oct 2023) I visited Praveen Motors and was denied service stating that we can’t wash the car, please talk to your RM (Ravi Teja). This is a RM who is least bothered about the customer experience. He doesn’t pick your call or bothers to call you back. After calling him multiple times he was kind enough to answer my call. When I informed him that Praveen Motors denied service, he started to cover them up stating you have to visit a Service Center in Brookefield which was more than 15 kms from Praveen Motors. Go Mechanic really have address a lot of ground level issues like these and up their standards. Will not recommend Go Mechanic to anyone

I had one of my worst experiences ever with this car service company. I gave the car to get my AC fixed through Gomechanic. They kept my car for a week without giving me regular updates. I have to call them regularly to get updates. When I got my car, I was shocked to see its condition. The car was crashed from the front with the Renault logo broken. The speakers, horn, airbag wasnt working. Plus the attitude of the workers were just unacceptable with no ownership of what they did. Horrible experience. Please dont ever go there if you care about your car because they definitely wont.

Excellent service. No comments!!! They have cars in exact condition from the owners and also they never cheat you. They truly open up saying all the mistakes and problem of the cars and also they have an outstanding mechanics and excellent workshop behind the showroom.. once again you can blindly but from them!!! Praveen the owner is a gem of a person!! You will get to know once you reach there!!

Gave my car for A/C repair. They delayed delivery of car and came back with A/C still not working properly, Steering fitted at 90 degrees, changed wheel alignment of car that leads to wear and tear of tyres, ruined the sound system, ruined the horn, ruined the bumper by making two big holes on either side. Please do not go to this place at all! You'll only be breaking your vehicle.

Not happy with their service. They don't look professional. GoMechanic guy was clearly bluffing when I asked him about the problem he identified and what fix he has done. Clearly there was no action done on the component he said he had fixed because the dust on it was intact. In one word, not trustworthy people. Going through GoMechanic added up to my costs.

The mechanic on duty said to take it to a nearby garage that would charge me a lot of money as they often did not fix cars as well as a professional could. However, using this app I was able to find another garage that charges less and does not require any money upfront.
