I have been coming to see Anastasia for many years and have always been super supportive of this local business telling family and friends of her excellent services. Unfortunately I mixed up my appointment without realizing for the 1st time ever and came 1/2 hr late. I anticipated that given how busy she is, I may not be able to get an appointment in the next few days which would have been totally understandable. What I didn’t expect is her saying “Sorry your 50% deposit that you paid is now void and you’ll have to re-book online for another appointment”. I guess being supportive and understanding of local businesses only works one way and Anastasia doesn’t value her customers enough to do the right thing. It’s not so much that I lost the 50% deposit paid, it’s more that there was no human decency to offer a solution or another appointment to a long time customer. Very disappointing.

I am so happy with my tan :) I’ll definitely be coming back more often now I’ve discovered Anastasia from Maxitan. I found her technique very thorough & professional. I was given a spray tan that developed in 2 hours, able to shower and off to an event within hours looking like I’d just got back from a good summer vacation. Anastasia had a great selection of colours and matched how I naturally tan to a T giving me options of depth. I’ve never been given such a good spray tan that looks this natural. Her technique is spot on which left me with a flawless & even tan that lasted weeks. You can tell she’s done thousands of tans because she’s fast but thorough which I like! My boyfriend isn’t one to like fake things in general and he was so impressed with the overall finish. I’d give it a 11/10. Thankyou Maxitan!

Maxitan is hands down the best spray tan in Melbourne; Anastasia does an immaculate job and the result exceeds everything you’d come to expect in a spray tan . I’ve been using fake tan for years, but only after going to Anastasia had friends and family asked whether I’d been on holiday. So convincingly natural and no patchiness afterwards. I’ll definitely be coming back for more and recommend her to anyone!

Anastasia is the best spray tanner around. Great product (2hr dark techno tan is amazing!) great service and always friendly and professional. I've been tanning for years and Ana is the best I've used in Melbourne. Clean booth, extremely organised and she doesn't rush you in and out no matter how busy she gets. Anastasia has been doing my eyebrows (and other waxing/spray tans) for years and I've never had better eyebrows! She's very thorough and will always shape them how you like them. Appointments are easy to get, she'll try her best to fit you in for when suits you. The location is great and her pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Anastasia's tans are fantastic! I haven't had a tan in over 20 years and was worried as about the results. Anastasia did such a great job - even natural colour and not heavy handed. The product she uses is lovely as well with no nasty smell and my skin feels soft. Thank you & see you again soon x

This is the best tan I have ever had.. Period. Im pretty white and unlike some 2 hour tans I've had in the past that have been blotchy or washed away, this was rock solid. 2 hour medium tan all the way. Anastasia is great to deal with too.

I felt like she didn’t want me there, it was rushed, no indication on aftercare, and was rude about me putting my handbag and drink bottle in the chair where you wait. I honestly felt uncomfortable being there.
