Karthik, the owner cum trainer is the best thing in the gym along with the machines. Being a national level body builder himself, his knowledge about exercise, nutrition, food are exceptionally good. He motivates you to go a little extra to achieve your goal. I, my wife both go to the gym regularly and we are happy with the environment and other things.
