From outside its looking small but when you go inside you see that the buildings are narrow. There is heaps of maritime history to see and to read about, and it's recommended also to chat with the staff (volunteers) as nearly everyone can tell the stories by their grandparents. Sadly they are only a few hours open on Sundays, that's to short for short time visitors of the Port or Adelaide but if you are a local you should coming back on an other Sunday.
This tiny looking museum is narrow, has several smaller buildings and a good outside area where bigger pieces of maritime history are on display. All over all a place you should have time to read also about our history as Port Misery.
