Unbelievably TERRIBLE drive thru service!! We waited for nearly 20 minutes to get our mobile order AFTER letting them know at the order kiosk. The line was already moving very slowly anyway but then a big white SUV got to the window and sat there for around 15 minutes! WHY?!?!? The Popeye's staff should have had them pull forward and wait while the staff took care of the customers who were behind this SUV. I know for a fact that the young girl in front of us ordered just one order of French fries and our order was a mobile order that had already been prepared and just sitting there but we had to wait those 15 LOOOOOONG minutes sitting behind the SUV... again I ask ... WHY Popeyes inconvenienced probably at least 12-15 other customers while preparing the order for that SUV! I don't care if the reason was because the SUV's order was big and complicated or if the Popeye's staff was just inept at preparing it .. or both ... but it doesn't matter ... they should have had the SUV pull forward and wait and not made the rest of us suffer. This was THE WORST drive thru experience I have ever had, hands down, and I will not patronize this restaurant ever again. Then to add insult to injury we later discovered that they had neglected to put in the apple pie we ordered .. AND PAID FOR!!! Popeyes .. your should be ashamed of yourselves!

I recently ordered over $60 worth of food they gave the order to a stranger, they didn’t call me to ask if they could replace the order, I talked with a manager she said I would have to talk with Grubhub. I often get food from this location and many times I am missing a biscuit or a piece of chicken, they don’t offer you anything, just the usual apologies. I can say that the food is always hot and delicious when I get my order. I have come to expect this.

Placed a mobile order, arrived at the drive-thru, and told them I was there to pick up. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, and when I got to the window, they said they had already given my order to someone else for a doordash delivery. I showed the manager my receipt and confirmation of my mobile order, and all she kept saying was that I needed to cancel my order and get a refund. They refused to make my order or give me a refund saying there was nothing they could do cause someone had already picked it up. What a load of garbage!

This is now the only Popeyes I will eat at. I’ve been three times now and my food was consistently hot and down right delicious. Two out of three times I was able to go without waiting in drive thru. The wait was about 10 minutes when I did. Well worth. The young lady working drive this evening was also there my first time. Always so pleasant. That’s hard to find today. I appreciate you girl! Your attention to detail is everything. See yall soon! Haha

Fairly new Popeyes. Great location and service is always super friendly! Even with long lines, they usually move quickly. There are also a lot of young/high school kids who work there and I support that as well.

Today was Mothers Day and we ordered thee 12 piece famiky meal. The sides were horrible. I paid extra for a side of slaw and received a 1/4 cup for 3.89. The sides were so small they will not feed a family. I paid 46.00 for food that was not satisfactory. I will not do that again

Flounder on my sandwich was limp like it had been setting around awhile. Two little pieces of pickle and a dinky small dab of tarter sauce. The cardboard bottoms of the sides are raised to give illusion of a larger container. Mac and cheese was limp and tasteless. Waste of time and money in my opinion.

I would have given zero stars if I could waited in line for an ungodly amount of time, and they continuously shifted to the other drive-through line without ever taking my order, I had to finally drive up to the window and place my order at the window because they would not take it at the speaker. Unbelievable!!!

The tenders i ordered was very small im use getting normal decent size prices went up from 10.99 to 12..99 and get kids mealtime tenders wow what a rip off

Service is terrible. First time I went to the drive thru, and it took 20+ minutes to get in and out. Thought I might give it another go, and this time I got skipped over twice by the other lane so I gave up and left. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich

This is my 3rd time coming here & I got a 8piece spicy & it was super dry, my biscuit was cold and hard,but the worse thing was the cajun rice. I have never experienced this rice this way. It was no flavor & no meat at all. I'm super upset!

Drive thru service is ridiculously slow. I waited 30 minutes just to place my order and other 15 minutes to get my food. I was disappointed with the red beans and rice. I got 1/2 of the container. I will not visit this location again.
