HAD MY 2006 VOLVO NEEDED NES TRANSMISION AND TRANS AXLE AFTER GOT TRANSMISION DELIVER IT WAS DONE IN A COUPLE DAYS AND MY VOLVO DRIVE LIKE THE DAY i BOUGHT IT S60 TURBO!! GOD BLESS! Took my car for a test drive and came back an hour later with some parts for another vehicle. Tells me it didn’t duplicate the problem and walks to the back and had me waiting. I went ahead and ask what the problem is and to tell me I just need to leave the car for him to do a full inspection for estimate…terrible service and poor communication. Very disappointed

Out of the 4 auto mechanics I called, only 2 answered. Out of those 2, Ponce could get me in a day sooner (the next day in fact). They fixed my brakes for a very affordable price! The shop is in a sketchy area, but I do like to support small businesses. They forgot to call me when it was done but they got the parts and everything fixed the same day.

This man takes care of auto service like no other mechanic. He understood my situation and went over and beyond to fix my car and find me a motor. Worked me out a payment plan and the car runs amazing as I expected it too. I do apologize for not being patient at a time, but you were God sent to the people and definitely to me. You will be missed!.

Whenever I need any type of auto care, I rely on Ponce Auto Services as my go-to destination. Their car care services are not only dependable but also very reasonably priced. Despite being pressed for time, they managed to complete the work on the same day. Therefore, I strongly endorse Ponce Auto Services and their welcoming personnel.

Lo más admirable para mí de las personas que trabajan aquí es que no andan haciéndote perder el tiempo si pueden ó no pueden resolver el problema con el que llegues te lo hacen saber y por lo menos yo no tengo quejas de sus trabajos
