I have been getting my flowers from here since moving to Nob Hill- San Francisco in 2019. I live 2 blocks from the shop. I called the shop today and spoke to the owner and asked her to make me a large red ribbon to go around 6 dozen of roses that I am making myself for my proposal on Saturday. She tried to convince me to get the roses from her. I re-explained that I wanted to do the roses myself to personalize my proposal. She refused to help me by just making the bow. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this shop over the last few years have always referred this shop to everyone that I know, but the owners greed made them loose a very faithful and supporting customer. I will never use them again and will also tell everyone that I know in Nob Hill to go elsewhere. SHAME!

This is the first time I've ever ordered flowers from a website and had them show up looking even better than the picture on the site. I am extremely happy with not only the product but the service that I got from Polk Street Florist. I would definitely use them again, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to send somebody flowers in the San Francisco area. UPDATE: I did use them again! And again I was impressed with just how beautiful the arrangement was. As good as, if not better, than the online picture. Quality flowers. Quality arrangement. Excellent value. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

I placed my order over the weekend from the East Coast I noticed I neglected to put the recipient's apt. number. When I called to correct my mistake the women I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful I also told them if when I asked for delivery wasn't convenient for them they could deliver when it was. They said today I said sure. I got a call about half an hour later saying the most beautiful arrangement of Christmas Orchid had been delivered. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend again and if I am ever in need of flowers again in San Francisco I know who I am calling.

Ordered a "designer's choice" bouquet the morning of my mom's birthday with just a few notes on flowers she liked and ones to exclude. They delivered a beautiful bouquet that afternoon, completely hassle free, and it was exactly everything my mom liked. We were super impressed with the service and how fresh the flowers were -- they were going strong over a week after. And I was happy with a very reasonable price. The designer's choice bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. I admit I was slightly nervous not knowing what to expect, but I couldn't have dreamed of something so pretty! I purchased these somewhat last minute for a friend's birthday and these flowers totally outshone some other flowers she received from an online service. I try to shop local when I can and it's easy to do with Polk St Florist -- affordable AND high quality. Service and communication from the shop are also amazing.

What a great shop! I called yesterday to have flowers sent to my surgeon and her Physician Assistant today. The person I spoke with was so helpful with suggestions and very friendly. I felt confident they would be beautiful! I then called the doctor's office to check in and the front desk said they were REALLY beautiful flowers and they were really happy with them. Outstanding all the way around. From ordering on line to checkout. Then the email conformation of the order to the conformation emails when it was delivered. Add into that same day delivery and the text email to the recipient telling them they have a delivery coming and approximate time. Flowers were awesome and as picture. Bernardo called me to confirm and get my credit card information, called me a day before the delivery to get a few extra details, and sent me a text as soon as they were delivered (two hours ahead of schedule!). The Stargazers and Red Roses arrangement was gorgeous! I needed these quickly for an anniversary (not a wedding anniversary) that I had forgotten. :( The florist was very communicative, quick, and the flowers arrived before my wife got home, allowing me to place them in a dramatic spot and drawing exclamations of joy from her.

I received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Ann's petals. She is amazing it was a total last minute gift and she went above and beyond to make it special for me. The flowers are now a week old and still as beautiful as ever. I will be using and recommending her my for all flower orders.

I prefer fresh flowers but I am probably allergic to some of them as daisies (for example) make me sneeze. People here were patient enough not only to make the flower arrangement that best suits my taste, but the one that does not irritate my nose. Thank you. I love you baskets full of flowers.

I've never been to the actual store but I've ordered flowers for funerals from here (from Japan) and they do an outstanding job. My friend, who lost her husband, was so very moved by the arrangement that was sent. She told me it was a spectacular arrangement.
