I had an eyelash lift done. I was hesitant at first and they reassured my mother an I that in the 7 years they'd been doing it, they'd never had anyone have a reaction. well I did! only the eyelashes on one side curled and the burning i experienced in that eye 24 hours after was bad, the other eye was fine, which suggests its the way it was done. I had to flush my eye out several times throughout the night (which your told not to do). not very professional advice, and not very professional results. The girl who did it reassured me the other eyelashes would continue to raise throughout the day... which i suspect was a lie, as they did not. I messaged on facebook to ask for some support, and the owner messaged back saying they were closed but they would call on Monday. They have a 7 day a week care policy on nails, but not on customer care and wellbeing after an treatment... that says alot.

Just had a wonderful pedicure at Polished Beauty. I have quite difficult feet and nails due to some nerve damage after back surgery, and the staff very capable and dealt with my issues in a very gentle and attentive manner.The gel coat looked fabulous and dried very quickly with their technique so didn’t need to sit for ages waiting. The exfoliation and massage felt fantastic, they used the best quality products and it gave me a significant amount of pain relief which lasted most of the day. There was a great deal of care and attention paid to my pedicure which above anything I’d experienced before at other salons.The salon itself was extremely clean bright and airy and all staff were punctual informative and very friendly. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Never having had a microdermabrasion before I didn't know what to expect. What a wonderful experience at Polished Beauty. The salon is quite charming and very inviting. The beauty therapist did a great job, the treatment room was comfortable with soothing music and the towels were luxurious! I was a bit nervous but was put completely at ease and felt very pampered. The products used felt very soothing and obviously the treatment worked very well because the difference in my skin was amazing. An overall enjoyable and luxurious pampering in a very lovely salon. (And despite this review appearing in my husband's name, we share an account, so it was I, Halyna English and not he who had the treatment and wrote this review!).

Poor service compared to previous owner. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and the staff seemed to be in a hurry as my feet had barely been soaked before she started filing away. The manicure was similar, I guess the color I chose was close to skin colour, so the staff didn’t take great care during the application as the gel polish was sealed on to my skin on many fingers. Their prices are much higher than most salons, so I was expecting them to stand out, but that was not the case.

I have been to Polished Beauty at Hazelwood Park on two occasions now. The staff were friendly, right from my first call, to the end of both appointments. The first time, I had a manicure and pedicure with just normal nail polish. It lasted really well and I had many comments. On the second visit, I had both services again, but decided to try the Gel polish instead. It lasted for weeks. A big thank you to Wendy and Candice for all of the pampering. Carol Lockwood

I started coming here about 6 months ago for eyebrow shaping and have been very impressed. Wendy is lovely, and knows her stuff. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Side note for Mums: I recently had a baby and she’s also been very accommodating with me bringing baby in the stroller in to appointments. So much easier than organising a baby sitter just for 15 mins!

Lovely salon, so pretty inside with lots of fantastic products and lovely details, like fresh robes to change into. Anne-Marie was so friendly and caring. I would definitely go back for another fat cavitation cycle or any service. It was so nice to go into a salon that had more of a luxurious feel to it and I wasn't shoved in and out as fast as possible or forced into buying products.

Such a pleasant experience! The staff were very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the products and services. It was very clean and well set up. I especially liked the pedicure bar! I will be making Polished Beauty my regular beauty spot from now on!

Cost more than most other places for a waxing that was in no way complete. Took a life time to complete. She did make an effort to minimise the discomfort and pain with waxing however they do not fall on my list of places to return to.
