We received a $1300 water bill which was almost triple our usual bill. Suspecting a leak we contacted a leak detection service who discovered the leak was under our driveway. Michael was the first plumber I called who prioritised my situation and was over the same afternoon. He liaised with the leak detection company and proposed multiple intuitive and economical ideas on how to fix the issue. A day later it was fixed with minimal disruption and to a great standard. Impressed with his work ethic, price, and quality of work we called Michael back a few weeks later to install a new toilet for us. Once again well priced and we were stoked with the end result.

Michael did a number of jobs for me during a recent kitchen renovation. He is the most professional and pleasant tradie I have ever worked with - he went out of his way to help in a timely fashion, even coming out of hours the next day when urgent work was required (I had no working kitchen and a toddler!). He was always on time, did great work (according to the builder) and communication was excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had plumbjak do extensive work at my house as I have been doing renovations over the past 2 years. Plumbjak have done 2 bathroom rough in’s and fitoffs. 2 toilet installations. Copper repairs under the house. 2 new external tap installations. Very happy with all the works they have done, hence why I have continued to use them. Ive had many issues with my plumbing at home. I called Plumbjak and Jacob was very professional and booked me in urgently. When it came to the job Jacob was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was. His work was very tidy and cleaned up behind him (which not many trades do). My hot water system was leaking water 7pm at night the guys at plumbjak came and fixed it straight away ,we were super pleased as we have a Young family all in need of morning showers ..there was no after hours charge out and we were only charged 150 as plumber said he was on the way home from Coles and my house was on the route.. thanks so much Highly recommended
