Visited 17.08.19 approx 10:30am. Service very ordinary. Waited 15 minutes while staff served other people as they came through the door and ignored me and my boys. More worried about putting money through the till than customer service. Ashamed. Was looking forward to Platypus opening here. Had a great experience in Tasmania.

Went to the Elizabeth store today to exchange shoes i brought on line in the sale for a bigger size. It was a very pleasurerable experience the girls in this store are so nice and just make shopping there easy. Love shopping there.

Customer service was amazing. My daughter is quite difficult to get shoes for. Staff were very helpful and patient with us.

Manager was so helpful with a made purchase online but exchanged in store. Saved a lot of hassle and was very friendly.
